통합유치원에서의 교육과정 수정에 대한 유아특수교사의 인식 및 지원요구

이 연구의 목적은 통합유치원에서의 교육과정 수정에 대한 유아특수교사의 인식과 지원요구를 바탕으로 교육과정 수정전략의 실행수준을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 함이다. 이를 위해 전국 유아특수교사 250명을 임의 추출하여 조사지를 발송하였고, 회수된 241부 조사지 중 유효한 설문지 238부를 대상으로 자료분석을 실시하였다. 조사결과 교육과정 수정에 대하여 ‘이해하고 있음’이 145명(60.9%), ‘매우 잘 이해하고 있음’이 54명(22.7%)으로, 응답자의 83.6%가 교육과정 수정에 대하여 이해하고 있었다. 반면, 교육과정 수정전략을 현장에서 실행하고 있는 교사는 112명(47.1%), 매우 잘 실행하고 있는 교사는 6명(2.5%)으로, 응답자의 49.6%가 교육과정 수정을 실행하고 있었다. 이처럼 교육과정 수정에 대해 이해하고 있음에도 교육과정 수정을 실행하지 못하거나 어려움을 겪는 이유로 통합학급 교사와의 협력 및 역할 분담 곤란(27.7%), 특수교사의 과다한 업무(17.7%), 특수교육대상 유아의 학급당 인원수 과다(15.0%)를 들었다. 특히, 2020학년도부터 시행되고 있는「2019 개정 누리과정」관련 교육과정 수정에 관한 조사결과 교육과정 수정 전략을 적용하기 위해서는 다양한 연수 및 자료지원(35.9%)과 인적ㆍ행정적 지원(31.1%), 구성원간 협력체계(16.8%) 등이 필요하다는 의견을 보였다. 이러한 주요 연구결과를 토대로 교육과정 수정전략의 실행수준을 높이기 위한 논의가 이루어졌다. The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the level of implementation of the curriculum modification strategy based on the recognition of early childhood special education teachers about curriculum modification in the inclusive kindergarten. To this end, 250 early childhood special education teachers were randomly selected and sent to the survey. Data analysis was conducted on 238 valid questionnaires among the collected 241 copies. As a result of the survey, 145(60.9%) teachers had ‘understanding’ and 54(22.7%) teachers had ‘understanding very well’, and 83.6% of respondents understood the curriculum modification. On the other hand, 112(47.1%) teachers were implementing the curriculum modification strategy and 6(2.5%) teachers were doing very well, and 49.6% of the respondents were implementing curriculum revision. The reasons why teachers do not implement this strategy were due to the difficulty of sharing and role-sharing with inclusive class teachers(27.7%), excessive work(17.7%), and excessive number of students per class(15.0%). The demand for support for various training and data support(35.9%) and human and administrative support(31.1%) was high. Based on these major findings, discussions were made to improve the implementation level of the curriculum modification strategy.

유치원에서 실시된 보편적 차원의 긍정적 행동지원이 유아의 문제행동과 기본생활습관에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유치원에서 실시된 보편적 차원의 긍정적 행동지원이 유아의 문제행동과 기본생활습관에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 유치원 전체 67명의 유아를 대상으로 일과 중 문제 발생상황(통학차량, 이야기나누기 시간, 점심시간, 계단통행 시간, 화장실 사용 시간)에서 각각 실행되었다. 유치원 수준의 보편적 지원은 유치원 규칙 선정, 규칙에 대한 교수, 유치원 규칙 게시, 기대행동 수행에 대한 격려 및 문제행동에 대한 사전교정, 집단 강화, 환경의 구조화를 포함하였다. 자료수집 및 분석방법으로 유치원 전체유아의 문제행동에 대한 자료는 사건 기록법으로 수집하여 사전·사후 총 문제행동 발생 빈도의 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 또한 유치원 전체유아의 기본생활습관은 기본생활습관 평가 점수의 사전과 사후에 차이가 있는지 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 유치원 수준의 보편적 지원으로 유치원 내 문제상황에서 전체유아의 문제행동이 감소되었으며 기본생활습관 형성에 긍정적 영향을 끼쳤음을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to non-academic word identify effects of the implementation of universal positive behavior support on kindergarteners’ problem behaviors and basic life skill. Also this study was targeted to 67 kids and the study was about the problem behaviors and basic life habits of children. The universal support that Kindergarten will be offered with Kindergarten rule selection, professor of the rules, the rules posted kindergarten, pre-calibrated for the encouragement and problem behaviors performed on the expected behavior, group consolidation, and included a structured environment. The researchers recorded and analyzed the number of occurrences of problem behaviors before and after the implementation of PBS. Results showed that this investigation was that the intervention was effective on increasing basic life skills.
