        초생추에 있어서 6가 Chromium 의 독성과 Copper 및 Zinc 와의 상호작용

        In order to study the toxic level of dietary hexavalent chromium and its interaction with copper and zinc on the growth, mortality and accumulation of chromium in organs, an experiment was conducted with 720 chicks (Hisex White) for a period of 8 weeks. Four levels of hexavatent chrominm (O0ppm, 200ppm, 400ppm, and 600ppm) were added in the absence or presence of copper 1000ppm or zinc 400ppm. The results obtained from the experiment are summarized as follows: 1. Growing chicks(0-8wk) fed 200ppm of hexavalent chromium showed no adverse effects on the growth rate and mortality, but those fed 400ppm to 600ppm of hexavalent chromium exhibited remarkable growth depression and increased mortality(p$lt;0.05). 2. Dietary copper and zinc partially reduced the toxicity of hexavalent chromium, but the modes and degrees were not consistent with the various dietary chromium levels. 3. Chromium accumulation in the internal organs of the growing chicks was slightly increased as the dietary hexavalent chromium level was increased from 200 to 600ppm. And it was found that hexavalent chromium accumulation in the internal organs was partially reduced by dietary copper and zinc supplementation.

        本文主旨在于探討梁代宮□詩人蕭綱詩的形成背景. 主要論述齊梁宮□詩的政治 ? 社會和文學背景以及詩人在此發展中的作用. 宮□詩在齊梁文學史上具有代表性, 後成爲唐代近□詩發展的基礎. 梁代有了自我意識的覺醒, 對美的新追求, 玄學的興趣, 經過新變的文學發展, 南朝民歌的盛行, 帝王中心的文學交遊, 都使得文學得以繁榮, 其中帝王的影響起着巨大的作用. 蕭綱是第二代蕭氏王朝的統治者. 在梁代的文學環境中, 澤受了尊師徐□的影響而後確立了他的文學觀. 以蕭綱爲首的東宮中心文學集團推動了宮□詩的發展. 宮□詩吸取六朝各詩派之藝術技巧, 故得以躍爲梁詩壇之主流. 宮□詩具有自己的特殊風格, 特有的文學價値和意義.

        Olive Oil, Flaxseed Oil 및 Perilla Oil을 급여한 Mice의 지질대사에 미치는 목초액의 영향

        본 연구에서는 현재 시중에서 많이 판매되고 있는 불포화 지방산의 함량이 높은 오일(올리브 오일, 아마씨유 및 들기름)의 mice 내 대사에 미치는 목초액의 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 오일과 목초액의 첨가에 따른 각 군의 평균 체중은 27~31 g 사이였으며, 평균 체중에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 콜레스테롤 수치는 목초액을 첨가한 PP군은 96.71±25.75 ㎎/㎗로 나타나, 올리브 오일을 첨가한 COW군(133.56±21.53 ㎎/㎗)에 비해 유의하게 낮게 조사되었다. 오일을 첨가한 여섯 군을 비교해 보면, 콜레스테롤 농도는 CFP군에서 100.30±22.60 ㎎/㎗로 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 CPP군에서 110.70±11.16 ㎎/㎗, CFW군에서 121.90±23.85 ㎎/㎗ 순으로 조사되었다(p<0.05). 중성지방 농도는 COP군이 121.10±50.79 ㎎/㎗인 반면에 CFP군과 CPP군에서 각각 77.80±38.58㎎/㎗와 92.40±33.04 ㎎/㎗로 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 식이중 올리브 오일의 첨가는 PW군에 비해 콜레스테롤과 LDLcholesterol의 수준 증가시켰다. 그러나 식이 중 아마씨유와 목초액의 동시 첨가는 PW군에 비해 HDL-cholesterol의 수준은 증가시킨 반면에, LDL-cholesterol과 중성지방의 농도는 감소시킨 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 식이 중 들기름의 첨가는 중성지방 농도를 감소시켰으며, HDL-cholesterol의 수준을 증가 시켰다. 결론적으로 식이를 통한 아마씨유나 들기름의 섭취는 지질대사에 영향을 주는 것으로 사료된다. 특히 아마씨유와 목초액을 동시에 첨가한 군에서는 HDL-cholesterol의 수준은 증가시킨 반면에, LDL-cholesterol과 중성지방의 농도는 감소시킨 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 오일과 목초액의 적당한 양의 장기간 투여는 콜레스테롤, LDL-cholesterol 및 중성지방을 효과적으로 억제할 뿐만 아니라, HDL-cholesterol 수준을 효과적으로 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 연구를 기초로 해서 불포화지방산의 함량이 높은 오일과 목초액의 상관관계에 대한 항산화 연구 등이 지속적으로 수행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. Our objectives in this experiment were to study the effects of oils that are high in contents of unsaturated fatty acids (olive, flaxseed, and perilla oils) and pyroligneous liquor on plasma lipid concentrations in mice. Male ICR-mouse (n=10 per group) were fed powdered form diets containing oil and pyroligneous liquor for 60 days. The cholesterol level of the PP group (96.71±25.75 ㎎/㎗) was lower than that of the COW group (133.56±21.53 ㎎/㎗). Levels of triglyceride of COP, CFP, and CPP groups were 121.10±50.79 ㎎/㎗, 77.80±38.58 ㎎/㎗, and 92.40±33.04 ㎎/㎗, respectively (p<0.05). The dietary addition of olive oil increased the plasma lsevels of cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol. On the other hand, the dietary addition of flaxseed oil and pyroligneous liquor increased the plasma level of HDL-cholesterol and decreased the plasma levels of LDL-cholesterol and triglyceride compared with those of the control group. Further, the dietary addition of perilla oil decreased plasma triglyceride but increased HDL-cholesterol. The decrease in the cholesterol level was much higher in the CFP group. In conclusion, the dietary addition of long-term pyroligneous liquor effectively decreased the plasma levels of cholesterol and triglyceride and increased the plasma level of HDL-cholesterol. The additional dietary administration of flaxseed and perilla oils increased the effect of pyroligneous liquor.

        本文考察了梁代宮體詩人蕭綱的文學生平. 主旨在于是論述齊梁宮體詩人蕭綱的文學生涯以及詩人文學作品在此發展中的作用. 宮體詩在齊梁文學史上具有代表性, 後展成爲唐代近體詩的根源. 梁代有了活潑的文學交遊, 文學也卽得以繁榮, 其中帝王的影響其着巨大的作用. 蕭綱是第二代蕭氏王朝的統治者. 在梁代的文學環境中, 澤受了尊師徐리的影響而後確立了他的文學觀. 以蕭綱爲首的東宮中心文學集團得到地推動宮體詩的發展.

        우유및 우유 성분내의 주요 광물질의 함량

        In order to study the level of the selected elements(Ca, Zn and Cd, etc.) in milk and their interrelationships with milk protein, raw milk samples in the vicinity of Seoul and market milk samples were collected in the summer, winter and early spring. The average Ca and Zn content of milk from different areas and different products varied between 0.06∼0.13% and 2∼5ppm, respectively, and the Cu content is below 0.lppm. Cd(regarded as a toxic element) content in milk is not detected and the Hg content is below the detection limit of AAS instrument in the milk produced in Korea. The interrelationship of these elements with milk components(specially with casein) is also studied. Generally, inorganic elements(Ca, Mg and Zn) are contained in the portion of casein and whey. The fraction of α_s -casein contains higher Ca amounts than that of β- or k-casein does, but we have not found out that these elements are combined with milk component or not.

        簫綱 樂府詩 小考

        本論文的硏究目的主要是在探索蕭綱樂府詩的文學特質, 題材與表現技巧, 進而評定蕭綱樂府詩在文學史上的美學價値. 本論文以梁代宮體詩人蕭綱的樂府詩八十七首爲硏究對象. 在二百八十五首蕭綱宮體詩中, 樂府詩一介흔重要的體裁. 主旨在于是論述蕭綱樂府詩的題材, 形式以及表現上的特徵. 蕭綱樂府詩題材是艶情o日常o邊塞o詠物o遊仙, 其中艶情詩最多. 艶情詩的所謂情, 主要詩女性的心理活動. 詩題大部分是曲o行o篇o歌, 詩形最多占有五言八句, 五言四句. 樂府詩里用華麗的文辭, 出現多種的女性形象, 知道了當時女性的生活環境.

        병아리에 있어서 크롬의 독성과 망간 및 몰리브덴과의 상호작용

        In order to study the toxic level of dietary chromium and its interaction with other trace elements such as manganese and molybdenum on the growth, mortality and chromium accumulation in the internal organs, two experiments were conducted with day old chicks for a total period of 4 weeks. The body weight gain and mortality of the growing chicks were measured by two experiments. In the first experiment, the liver, kidney and pancreas were analyzed to determine chromium retention.. Growing chicks (0-2 wks), fed 1200 ppm and 1500 ppm of hexavalent chromium, exhibited considerable growth depression and mortality. Chicks (0-2 wks) fed 4000 ppm of trivalent chromium showed adverse effects on growth rate, but suffered no mortality. There was antagonistic interaction between hexavalent chromium and manganese and hexavalent chromium and molybdenum; however the mode and degree did not correspond to dietary chromium levels. Antagonistic interaction between trivalent chromium and managanese did not appear. Also, hexavalent chromium accumulation in the internal organs was slightly reduced by dietary manganese and molybdenum supple

        초생추에 있어서 3가 Chromium 의 독성과 Cobalt 및 Zinc 와의 상호작용

        In order to study the toxic level of dietary trivalent chromium and its interaction with cobalt and zinc on the growth, mortality, and accumulation of chromium in organs of chicks, an experiment was conducted with 720 chicks(Hanhyub 603) for a period of S weeks. Lour levels of trivalent chromium(0ppm, 500ppm, 1,500ppm and 2,500ppm) were added in the absence or presence of cobalt 150ppm or zinc 600ppm. The results obtained from the experiment are summarized as follows: 1. Growing chicks(0-5wk) fed 500ppm of trivalent chromium showed no adverse effects on the growth rate and mortality, but those fed 1,500ppm to 2,500ppm of trivalent exhibited considerable growth depression(p$lt;0.05) without mortality. 2. Dietary cobalt and zinc did not reduced the toxicity of trivalent chromium. 3. Chromium accumulation into internal organs was slightly increased as the dietary trivalent chromium level was increased from 500 to 2,500ppm, but the degree and mode of the accumulation was different depending upon the internal organ. And adding cobalt and zinc failed to reduce the chromium accumulation.
