        시스템 사고를 통한 친환경 CSR 활동과 친환경 패션제품 소비 간 인과관계 분석

        This study investigated dynamic causal relationship between CSR implementation and consumption of environmentally friendly fashion products through systems thinking. Based on literature review and empirical research, we drew causal loop diagram for CSR implementation in environmentally friendly fashion product industry. By analyzing feedback loops, we found that companies and consumers interact in the process of CSR activities. In the process of CSR implementation, companies and consumers are closely related and affect each other as stimuli and prior condition. This study suggests that companies adopt push strategy to actively create demand by developing and promoting environmentally friendly fashion products and that companies communicate with consumers in order to be recognized and rewarded by consumers for their CSR activities. In addition, this study suggests that consumers not only support companies of CSR activities but also actively boycott anti-environmental companies by collective action.

        제주-대한해협의 표층해양의 용존 탄화수소

        제주-대한해협중 소흑산도에서 부산앞 대마도부근 까지의 제주도 이북의 대륙붕 해역 (33$^{\circ}$30'${\sim}$34$^{\circ}$N 125$^{\circ}$${\sim}$128$^{\circ}$E) 용존탄화수소의 분포와 성인을 조사하였다. 표층 해수중 용존탄화수소 총함량의 시 ${\cdot}$ 공간적 변이는 10배 이상이 대체로 연안에서 높고 외해에서 낮으며, 총함량은 가을에 봄보다 높다. 탄화수소의 성인을 n-alkanes과 pristane함량을 기준으로 보면 해수중 용존 탄화수소는 1998년 4월의 경우, 황해남부(125$^{\circ}$E) 해역에서는 식물플랑크톤기원 및 석유기원 탄화수소가 우세하고, 남해에서는 육상기원과 석유기원이 우세하다. 그리고 1998년 9월에는 남해에 식물플랑크톤과 석유기원이 우세하게 나타났다. Dissolved aliphatic hydrocarbon concentrations in the surface seawater were investigated to describe their distribution and elucidate their sources in the Cheju-Korea Straits region (33$^{\circ}$30‘-34$^{\circ}$N 125$^{\circ}$-128$^{\circ}$E). Seawater sampling was made in spring and autumn in 1998. A large temporal and spatial variability were observed in the dissolved hydrocarbon concentrations in the region. The sources of dissolved hydrocarbons in seawater were elucidated based on the molecular concentrations of n-alkanes and pristane. Dissolved hydrocarbons in the surface water appears to be largely originated from phytoplankton and petroleum in the southern Yellow Sea (125$^{\circ}$), and terrigenous and petrogenic in the Cheju-Korea Straits region in April 1998. In September 1998, dissolved hydrocarbons in the surface waters were largely derived from phytoplanktons and terrestrial material in the Cheju-Korea Soaits region.

        어린이집 입학상담의 지금-여기(here and now)

        The purpose of study is to understand how a principal of a child-care center and parents accept different episodes and experiences in admission counselling and their use of metaphorical expressions about this, and to illuminate the current state of play by examining the requirements of parents in selecting a child-care center. The subjects were 10 principals of private child-care centers located in the Gyeongsangbuk province of Korea, and the research materials for episodes and metaphors were collected and analyzed by means of in-depth and telephone interviews during an application period. In terms of the overall climate of the admission counselling, as shown in the various episodes, our results indicated that an increase of parents`` demands occurred through a primarily consumer-centered environment, and the sudden increase in a fathers`` participation, the inside circumstances of admission counselling in progress throughout the year, the non-existence of respect and credibility and the continuity of conflicts and were all observed to co-exist. In terms of the emotional meaning of counselling via metaphors, the following emotions could be inferred; hopelessness, anger, lethargy, stress, fear and eagerness. It is anticipate that this study will make a meaningful contribution to better illuminating and improving the current climates of here and now admission counselling.

        도라지 추출액과 한약재 함유 도라지 추출액에 의한 면역세포 활성 표지유전자 발현 분석

        초롱꽃과에 속하는 도라지는 항염증, 항산화, 항암작용뿐 아니라 간기능 강화에도 작용하여 한방에서 만성염증성 질환의 치료제로 널리 사용되고 있다. 이번 연구에서 마우스 대식세포주인 RAW 246.7 세포와 비장으로부터 분리한 T세포에서 도라지 추출액(CC), 도라지 추출물이 함유된 활맥단 추출액(HWAL, 도라지 82% 함유) 및 맥환추출액(MAEK, 도라지 7% 함유)을 처리하여 대식세포와 T세포의 활성과 관련 있는 유전자의 발현을 통해 면역증진 및 항염증 효과를 real-time RT-PCR 기법을 통해 확인해 보았다. 그 결과, 활성화된 T세포에서 많이 발현되는 c-fos (10배 이상), CD40L 유전자(6배 이상)의 경우, 맥환 추출액 처리군에서 가장 높은 발현이 유도되어 면역활성 효과가 높을 것으로 사료되었다. 도라지 추출액과 활맥단 추출액의 경우도 c-fos 유전자의 발현을 유의적으로 증가시켰지만 미약하였고, CD40L의 경우는 영향을 주지 않았다. 도라지 추출액을 처리한 군에서 면역활성을 유도하는 M1 대식세포에서 많이 발현되는 iNOS 유전자의 발현이 유의하게 증가되었다. 반면에 활맥단 추출액을 처리한 대식세포는 M2 표식인자인 Ym1, arginase1 (ARG1) 유전자의 발현이 유의적으로 상승하였다. 결론적으로 도라지가 다량 포함된 맥환 추출액은 면역활성을 유도하는데 탁월한 효과를 나타내며, 도라지 함유가 적게 포함된 활맥단 추출액은 항염증 작용에 탁월한 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다. Extracts of Platycodon grandiflorum have been reported to show anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-metastatic, and hepato-protective effects. This study was designed to evaluate T-cell activation and M1/M2 differential macrophage activation by extracts of P. grandiflorum or P. grandiflorum containing various medicinal herbs. Using real-time RT-PCR, we analyzed expression levels of c-fos, and CD40L(T-cell activation markers) in splenocytes and iNOS, Ym1, and ARG1 in RAW 246.7 cells after treatment of CC (hot water extract of P. grandiflorum), MAEK (hot water extract of P. grandiflorum [82%]and six different plants), and HWAL (hot water extract of P. grandiflorum [7%] and eight different plants. The results showed that MAEK significantly elevated the expression of T-cell activation markers of splenocytes, with the c-fos gene activated more than 10-fold and the CD40L gene activated more than 6-fold. Although CD40L was significantly increased by CC and HWAL, the increase was only about 2-fold. In addition, CC and HWAL did not significantly activate the expression of the c-fos gene. On the other hand, CC elevated the M1 activation marker iNOS, and HWAL elevated the M2 activation marker Ym1 and ARG1 gene expression. In conclusion, MAEK could be used as an immune stimulant because of its ability to activate T cells (elicited c-fos and CD40L gene expression), whereas HWAL could serve as an anti-inflammatory agent because of its differential activation of M2 macrophages.

      • 청각적 접근에 의한 리듬 패턴 즉흥 연주 재구성 방안

        Most of music educators say that music learning should be done by listening to real sounds and they also insist listening is the very first step of music education. When children learn their language, at first, they just hear, and start to speak as a response to their hearing, and it advances to reading and writing. This process is also applied to music education, students can play instruments and sing songs after listening to various music. If these two stages were fully achieved, they can finally make creative activities like an improvisation. Improvisation is the reorganization of compositions within some kinds of rules, so students can increase their creativity and understanding music through enacting and searching for musical ideas additionally musical memorizing 'cause playing without notations but just hearing. Thus, I suggested the way to induce ultimate students' response to what they listen and how for students to do an improvisation by just listening. Especially, I consider about how to reorganize the improvisations playing largely grounded on rhythm patterns that control the structure of music. The rhythm is regarded as fundamental in the music and also we can understand structure of compositions comprehending rhythm patterns first. It consists of tempo, accent, dynamics and pattern so that students can easily weave improvisation applied these four characters. Because students can approach to improvisation skill with the four factors featured above. Additionally, improvisation on the basis of rhythmic patterns can have influences on music compositions and this can allow students to taste diversity of music. I established four stages for an improvisation. It includes ① aural approach ② practicing rhythmic patterns ③ searching for improvisation strategies and playing ④ evaluation. At the same time, the contents of learning can be tempo, dynamics and form. Following this teaching method, students are able to do play an improvisation, finally. Especially, I attempted to show various kinds of rhythmic patterns to students in the aural approach stage. This effort is to allow them to listen manifold musical materials. Improvisation is not a special skill for someone who are gifted. If you can improve your sensitive reaction to music, anyone can do it. Eventually, we, as music educators, have to do a long-term study to develop teaching materials continuously and to forge educational plans for improvisation, and lastly we have to make a endeavor to obtain appropriate teaching method.
