Also, pattern of the consumers` spending have many sided interests. The variety of consumers testify to personal spending situation is changed with consumers` recognition. Now, we have to grasp the potentialities of a masterpiece market through an analysis of high society consumers` behavior. Go a step forward, we have to understand future market of noble design and marketing. This paper, research of future noble design and marketing, based on the new high society, Korean Bobos.
국공립어린이집 교사들이 경험하는 동료장학과 컴페션(compassion)이 업무수행능력에 미치는 영향-긍정적 감정과 집단적 자긍심을 매개로

본 연구는 국공립어린이집 보육교사들이 경험하는 동료장학과 컴페션이 보육교사들의 업무수행능력에 어떠한 변화를 가져오는지를 살펴보고, 보육교사들에게 긍정적인 감정과 집단적 자긍심을 매개로 그 효과를 알아보고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월 18일 부터 2019년 4월 3일까지 경기도 G시와 A시의 국공립어린이집보육교사 339명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 본 연구결과, 국공립어린이집 보육교사가 경험하는 동료장학이 긍정적 감정으로 인해 보육교사들의 업무수행능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 국공립어린이집 보육교사가 경험하는 컴페션이 긍정적 감정으로 인해 보육교 사들의 업무수행능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 국공립어린이집 교사들이 경험하는 동료장학과 컴페션이 업무수행능력에 영향을 미칠 때 긍정적 감정과 집단적 자긍심의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether peer supervision and compassion experienced by national/public childcare centers teachers would affect their job performances, and to find out whether their positive emotion and collective self-esteem serve as mediating roles. 339 childcare teachers were recruited and surveyed in national/public childcare centers in G-si and A-si in Gyeonggi-do. The survey was conducted for 17 days from March 18, 2019 to April 3, 2019. The results of this study are as follows. First, peer supervision experienced by childcare centers teachers in national/public childcare centers affects job performance due to positive emotion. Second, compassion experienced by childcare centers teachers in national/public childcare centers affects job performance of childcare teachers due to positive emotion. Third, when the peer supervision and compassion experienced by teachers in the national/public childcare centers affect job performance, positive emotion and collective self-esteem have mediating effects.
무용활동이 초등학생의 신체 자신감과 자긍심에 미치는 영향

The present study investigated the girls children`s perceived competence through the dance. We revised the Harter`s Perceived Competence Scale for Children(Harter, 1982) and Mendelson`s Body-Esteem Scale for Children(Mendelson, 1982) to adopt korean elementary third, fourth, fifth, sixth grade students. The Korea version questionnaire consisted of seven items on social competence, seven items on physical competence, seven items on general self-worth. The instrument showed adequate reliability and validity. The subjects who were training regularly in the dance of Chonbuk`s Chonju, Iksan, Gunsan City were randomly selected. The total 168 primary girls students completed the questionnaire during practicing and studying. The subjects were divided into two groups based on dance participation; one was dance activity(DA) group(over 6 months), the other was non dance activity(NA) group. The results were as follows ; First, the scores of social competence, physical competence, general self-worth variables in DA group were significantly higher than those of NA group(p<Ol). But the scores of body-esteem in NA group were significantly higher than those of DA group(p<.01). Second, there were significant differences in all variables between groups(p<.01), but there were no significant differences in grade. There were significant differences in social competence and general self-worth in variables interaction(p<.Ol) by two-way ANOVA analysis. Body-esteem was showed significant differences in variables between groups, grade, and interaction by two-way ANOVA analysis(p<.01). As the results, dance activity after school affected positive influence to the perceived self-competence of elementary school students.
A Study of Multimedia Space for Children

The interactive multimedia was first developed for the purpose of training and educating people effectively. We must consider the ultimate effect it has on the people, especially the young children. So the purpose of this paper draw upon the complexities, concerns, and issues in developing an interactive media which promotes principles and fun for young children. Also in order to this, aspects of design are explored as well as the merits of technology and learning and provide a multimedia sensory space for the children based on these concepts.
