The purpose of th'is study was to provide fundamental information for fortifying a customer-oriented attitude by finding out the effect of staff's organizational equity in a professional football club on customer-orientedness. For this purpose, the survey to all staff in the every football club of the K-League was carried out and 206 valid samples were finally adopted. SPSSWIN Ver. 12.0 was used for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and LISREL 8.80 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. The result of this research is as follows: First, the distributive equity, procedural equity and interaction recognized by the staff has positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, empowerment is positively influenced by distributive and procedural equities but not done by interaction. Third, job satisfaction has positive impact on customer-orientedness. Finally, empowerment is affirmatively influential to customer-orientedness.

The purpose of this studied on the importance and performance analysis of choice attributes for the marine sports tourism in saemangeum area using IPA method. Importance-performance analysis was utilized to analyze the gap between importance and performance of the marine sports tourism in saemangeum residents. The participants of this study consist of 477 selected by proportional stratified sampling method from Kunsan city, Gimje city, Buan-gun for the residents in saemangeum, Korea. For the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis and this study analyzed the ranking among each selection attributes using paired sample t-test were conducted using SPSS WIN Version 14.0 Program. The results of this study were as followings. IPA analysis revealed that five factor attributes ``convenience``, ``Appropriate pricing``, ``attraction``, ``information``, ``environmental`` First, quadrant Ⅰ(the keep up the good work) was shown in 2 about safety, accessibility. Second, quadrant Ⅱ(the concentrate here) was shown in 10 about ``convenience``, ``connection of tourism``, ``kindness``, ``Appropriate pricing for facilities``, ``Appropriate pricing for equipment``, ``Appropriate pricing for a guest room``, ``Appropriate pricing for food``, ``cleanliness``, ``environmental``, ``attraction``. Third, quadrant, Ⅲ(the low priority) was shown in 4 about ``food tips offered``, ``quality of leader``, ``quality of program``, ``quality of equipment``. Fourth, quadrant, Ⅳ(the possible overkill) wad shown in 2 about ``various tips offered``, ``lodging tips offered``.

The purpose of this study was to explore the cause of market failure on the Korean sports industIy and suggest a logical foundation for the justification of public sector intervention. The following result was the cause of the failure reason of a sports industry and the logic of the intervention based on the perspective of economic theory. First, sports industry was characterized by public goods. Second, it had the nature of merit goods. Third, it retained the externalities which had great social influence. Fourth, it was not supposed by a perfect competition market. Fifth, due to the frequency of wide-coverage and long-term projects in a sports industry, it could not only depend on the function of a market. Last, like other industries, a sports industry was not in comparison income distribution into productive contribution. In this regard, public sector intervention to a sports industry could be justified.

This study was designed to shed light on the causal relationship among organization culture, organizational justice and organization effectiveness of the dance art Instructors`. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through Structural Equation Model(SEM) after having established relationship models among organization culture, organizational justice and organization effectiveness based on precedent research works and hypothetical model. A convenience sampling method as an object and utilized 487 copies as the last study data. As the result which enforced the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and the structural equation model analysis with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 program, it induced the following conclusion. Results derived from the researches based on the aforementioned methods and data analyses are as follows: First, organization culture had positive(+) influence on organizational justice. Second, organization culture had not a significant influence on organization effectiveness. Third, organizational justice had positive(+) influence on organization effectiveness.
