        자동차 실내 환경에 관한 수치적 연구

        The latest cars give much importance in the role of HVAC system that controls the environment of the area for passengers more than just basic capability. In this study, we drew the automobile interior as three dimension and arranged a method of numerical analysis on HVAC environment in the automobile interior displaying air current distribution and temperature distribution through simulation of the automobile interior on the ventilation volume and outlet area. The aim of this study is to develop the estimated method for HVAC environment in the automobile interior. Results of numerical analysis, to cool automobile interior needs more considerations if thinking cheerful surroundings of automobile interior air but the more magnitude of outlet is small, the more cooling capability is excellent and realistic countermeasures about a realistic geometry and boundary condition.

        항공용 마운트의 개발과 시뮬레이션

        The mount which is used in military airplane should be operated in various situations such as vibration, shock and temperature. The recent mounts cost a lot and take much time to replace when they broke down. That's why new mount was produced in domestic by reverse engineering and the product has been proved its performance through environment test regarding vibration and shock. According to simulation of dynamic characteristics on vibration and shock, the result turns out to be similar to the result of the environmental test with an error of within 10 percent. As a result this research, a draft of the military aviation mount designing program is arranged.

        In this life, drivers and passengers should create HVAC environment in the automobile interior which is not only for convenient transportation but also for comfortable feeling with dwelling culture. The latest automobiles give much importance for the role of HVAC system that controls the environment of the area for passengers more than just basic capability. There are some factors like solar radiant heat, surface temperature, air conditioning system(temperature, humidity, air current, velocity), and dust for the factor which have an effect on the HVAC environment in the automobile interior, and these are being carried for the HVAC environment delivered an individual character. In this study, we drew the automobile interior as three dimension and arranged a method of numerical analysis on HVAC environment in the automobile interior through displaying temperature distribution of automobile interior according to temperature and velocity of air condition and compared with experimental values.

        개방된 고분 내부의 열 환경 수치모사

        In recent years the importance of the preservation of cultural artifacts like ancient tombs has been widely accepted domestically and internationally with increasing value of cultural artifacts. However not much technical attention has been paid for the facilities and systems to preserve these artifacts. As a part of the present study, the temperature and relative humidity inside a selected artifact, Shinkwan-ri tomb, have been monitored for a year round to improve the understanding of the indoor thermal environment. In this study, using the Computational Fluid Dynamics calculated the velocity and temperature distribution and offered basic data which are necessary for the best fitted design of tomb air-conditioning device. Through the result of this study, the generation of temperature variation was identified by natural convection. It enables us to get the possibility of humidity variation

        고분내부에 설치된 공조시스템의 운전특성

        문화재적 가치를 지닌 고분의 장기보존을 위하여 고분보존용 공조시스템을 개발할 목적으로 공조시스템을 적용한 고분내부의 실내환경 자료를 확보하고자 공조시스템을 적용한 실물고분을 제작하고, 온·습도 및 공조기의 실내기에 의한 진동수준을 측정하고 검토하였다. 외기의 상대습도가 그다지 높지않은 4월중의 온·습도 측정결과 고분 내부의 온·습도변화는 희망제어조건(온도 22±1oC와 상대습도 55±3%)을 다소 초과하는 것으로 나타났다. 운전중 실내기에 의한 진동측정 결과 교통 혹은 기계진동에 의한 문화재 및 기타 진동예민구조물에 대한 스위스 규정보다는 크게 낮은 결과를 얻었으나, 취약건물/문화재 등 주요구조물에 관한 독일규격(DIN4150)에 정하는 무진동 상태를 만족시키지는 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

        Most of the Military Radar have several kind of Radomes to protect the Antenna and Electric Equipment. The Radome is made with composite materials to get the light weight and high mechanical strength. Recently, The surface damage problems associated with Hailstone Impact on aircraft or Military Equipment during flight and operating condition become an important issue. Hailstone impact is dangerous not only for the direct damages but also for the hidden damages which may cause more serious problems. There are many research which is focus on the aircraft damages under hailstone impact but few research have been studied for the military radome panel. In this paper, We studied the hailstone impact on Composite Radome Panel which has sandwich structure with Finite Element Analysis. To better understand hailstone impact, the ANSYS LS-DYNA explicit dynamics code was employed to simulate hailstone impact. A Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics approach(SPH) was chosen to represent the hailstone geometry. We studied the strength variation of the radome panel under the different sizes and speeds of hailstone.

        Military Equipment is equipped with electronic Device in the console cabinet to ensure safety in various environments such as vibration and shock. and Generally, it is common practice to fabricate multiple samples and test them for reliability. Major disadvantages of this development process are waste of time and excessive Failure Expense. To overcome these disadvantages, we use finite element analysis method. In this paper, We studied Structural Safety of the SSPA(Solid State Power Amplifier) Device which is installed in 19“ standard rack with finite element analysis. To save Pre-processing and Post-processing time, the ANSYS WORKBENCH was employed to simulate SSPA. Simplified structural analysis was performed to verify the simulation FE model. Vibration analysis is performed according to the MIL-STD-167-1A and Shock analysis is performed to investigate the effect of a 20g for 2ms load applied in three axes based on the procedures given in MIL-STD-810F.

        함정용 2축 안정화 장치의 다물체 동역학 및 위치 제어 해석

        함정은 해상 운용 시 파도 및 바람의 영향으로 인하여 Pitch Roll 방향으로 운동이 불가피하다. 따라서 함정은 전 후 좌우로 연속적으로 회전 운동을 한다. 그리고 함정은 내부 장비들의 가진에 의한 다양한 주파수의 진동과 강한 파도, 폭발에 의한 충격 등의 외란 신호에 항상 노출되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 시스템과 유사한 전산해석 모델을 작성한 후 외란 신호를 포함한 함정의 연속적인 거동에 대하여 2축 안정화 장치 의 동적 거동 및 위치 제어 전산해석을 수행한다. A naval shipboard inevitably movies in a pitch and roll direction under the influence of wave and wind in the sea. As a result, the shipboard gets in a continuous turning motion back/front and right/left. And the shipboard is also constantly exposed to many different kinds of disturbance signals including the vibrations of various frequencies from the internal equipments and their vibrations, strong waves, and impact from explosion. This paper formulates multi-body dynamic models similar to an actual system and simulates the pitch/roll positions of a 2-axes gimbals with PI controller for consecutive behavior of a naval shipboard including disturbance.

        공조기가 설치된 고분 내에서의 열 및 음 환경 평가

        Opening an ancient tomb interior can deal fair damage for preservation in long period because of high moisture. In this study, a duct-type HVAC system was installed to preserve an ancient tomb and temperature and humidity was measured to analyze heat environment. Armhole was measured to search whether an ancient tomb receives effects of vibration caused by a duct-type HVAC system. According to the measured data, temperature in an ancient tomb is kept adaptively in conservation regardless of a duct-type HVAC system installation when it rains in summer. The other side, humidity is kept adaptively in conservation when installed duct-type HVAC system. But when it is in natural state, a lot of humidity by dew condensation phenomena. So it needs a duct-type system for an ancient tomb conservation. In the case of vibration, measurement value of 3 satisfy control but Germanic DIN 4150 does not satisfy. Therefore, equip must be such that it can prevent vibration for safety.
