        집단심층면접을 통한 북한이주여성들의 식생활 문화 관련 신념 및 태도 변화 연구

        이 연구는 북한이주여성들의 식생활 문화 관련 신념 및 태도 변화에 관해 집단심층면접 연구방법론을 활용하여 생생한 참여자들의 목소리를 듣고, 그 내용과 의미에 관해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 북한이주여성 4명을 대상으로 집단심층면담을 진행하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫 번째로 참여자들은 북한사회 거주 당시와는 달리 방송매체 등을 통해 식품에 포함된 영양성분 관련한 지식을 습득하고 이러한 정보를 토대로 음식을 구매 및 섭취하며, 영양과 자신의 건강상태를 유심히 살펴나가는 점이 변화된 부분이라 보고하였다. 두 번째로 북한사회 거주 당시와 비교해볼 때, 음식을 위생적으로 조리하고 섭취하는 데 더 주의를 기울이는 경향이 있었다. 세 번째로, 참여자들은 계절과 무관하게 자신의 욕구에 적합하게 식재료를 구매할 수 있다는 환경에 만족하면서도, 조리방식에 있어서는 반조리 식품구입이나 외식을 하기보다 여전히 가내에서 직접 조리하는 방식을 고수하였다. 마지막으로 참여자들은 더치페이와 혼밥문화 등 북한 사회에서는 경험해보지 못한 새로운 식문화 관련 규범 및 생활 양식들을 서서히 받아들이고 있었다. 이를 통해 연구 결과에 대한 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of current study is to explore the change of North Korean female defectors’ beliefs and attitudes in dietary lifestyle and food culture by using focus group interview(FGI) method designs. To this end, in-depth group interview was conducted with four North Korean women. The results show that, first, the participants reported deculturation process, such as avoiding livestock slaughter that is rarely done in ordinary households in the South Korean dietary culture, and partly accepted new South Korean culture through neoculturation process, such as checking the nutrients contained in food and taking nutritional supplements. Second, the participants paid more attention to hygiene in the process of managing ingredients and preparing food, and also showed a change in the cleaning method of ingredients. Third, participants expressed satisfaction with the environment where they could buy any kinds of ingredients they wanted to eat anytime regardless of season. When it comes to cooking style, however, they still adhere to traditional home-cooking methods for themselves. Lastly, the participants were assimilated by experiencing new food cultures that they had not experienced in North Korean society, such as splitting the bill (“Dutch pay”) and eating alone culture. Limitations and implications of the study are also discussed with future research agenda.

        코로나 19시대 비대면 수업 참여경험이 있는 대학생에 관한 포토보이스 연구

        This study aimed to explore the non-face-to-face learning experiences of college students deeply by utilizing a qualitative research methodology called participant-centered photovoice study. It targeted college students who participated in non-face-to-face classes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants were five college students, and the collected data were analyzed by focus group interview methods. The results showed that, first, participants were found to have tried positive recognition and challenge in the crisis of non-face-to-face classes that had suddenly begun due to COVID-19. Second, they experienced equal relations and supportive communication between themselves and professors as before. Third, they experienced rearranging learning spaces and using one space for various purposes in non-face-to-face classes. Fourth, they made efforts to adapt to non-face-to-face classes and enhance their concentration but still recognized limitations that were difficult to overcome, such as the limitation of teacher feedback and the lack of non-verbal communication. In this study, This study is meaningful in that it deeply explores the experiences of college students living in the era of disasters caused by the Corona 19 virus about their experiences in non-face-to-face class participation, and how they experience college education in non-face-to-face learning participation.

        은유법을 활용한 대학생들의 가족개념에 관한 연구

        이 연구에서는 대학생들이 인식하는 가족의 개념은 어떠한지에 관해 은유법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해남녀 대학생 총 150명을 대상으로 에세이를 간략하게 기술 하도록 하는 방식으로 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫 번째로 연구참여자들에게 가족이란 자발적으로 선택할 수 없는 운명적인 관계로, 가족원들은 자신의인생에 없어서는 안 될 소중한 존재이면서 동시에 상처를 주거나 서로를 구속할 수 있는 불편한 존재일 수 있는야누스의 특성을 지닌 집단이다. 두 번째로 연구참여자들에게 가족이란 허물없는 관계이자 정서적으로 서로 의지할수 있는 관계로 나타났다. 세 번째로 연구참여자들에게 가족이란 심리적 치유와 회복의 공동체로 인식되었다. 이연구는 대학생들이 인식하는 가족 개념에 관한 내용과 그 의미를 발굴해내고, 최근 가족이 한국 대학생들로 하여금 어떻게 인식되는지에 관하여 살펴보고 가족개념과 관련된 의미를 되새겨보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims to investigate the concept of family using metaphor, which is perceived Korean college students. The participants were 150 Korean college students, and the collected date were analyzed by methods of content analysis. As a result, First, for the study participants, family is a fateful relationship that cannot be chosen voluntarily, and family members are an indispensable and precious existence in their lives, but at the same time, the characteristics of Janus can be uncomfortable beings that can hurt or bind each other. is a group with Second, for the study participants, the family was found to be a flawless relationship and a relationship in which they could depend on each other emotionally. Third, the study participants recognized the family as a community of psychological healing and recovery. This study is meaningful in that it discovers the contents and meanings of the concept of family recognized by college students, examines how the family is recently perceived by Korean college students, and reflects on the meaning related to the concept of family. Based on the results of this study, the necessity and implications of follow-up research on loving, were discussed.

        북한이탈여성들의 심리사회적자원에 관한 질적사례연구

        According to the survey by the Ministry of Unification, 28,133 live in South Korea as of september 2015 and the number has been steadily increased. It is interesting to note that the majority of defectors were women. Statistics say that the total of women defectors was 1,138 in 2002 and consisted of 55.5%. But the number increased to 2,706 in 2011 and consisted of 70.5%(Wikipedia, 2015). Most of them have trauma, because they experienced terrible events like prostitution, sexual abuse, domestic violence, etc. while they were living in South Korea. They had to get over a lot of challenges they never expected. They had to do whatever they need to do for their survival in South Korea as well as in North Korea. Objectives: This study focuses on identifying the psychosocial resources available for them in order to help them out living here. Method: For this purpose, this study conducted unstructured in-depth interviews with four women defectors from North Korea. Their age bracket is between the ages of 50 and 58 and they have stayed over five years in South Korea. They were recommended by social welfare workers, who had dealt with them over 20 years. For the reliability of this study, the three methods were performed such as three-month close relationship, three-person triangular verification, and diversification of resources-the field notes and observation notes. Results: As a result of this study, the resources may be labeled into three main clusters of themes such as 1) Self-Preservation - ‘Self-Love’, ‘Family-Attachment’, ‘Share the Goods’, ‘Live in Harmony’, ‘Avoidance of conflict’; 2) Self-Conquest - ‘Endurance’, ‘Earnestness and Effort’, ‘My own Activities’, ‘Chat’, ‘Put Down’, ‘Appreciation and Optimism’; 3) Self-Presence Awareness - ‘I was a Precious Daughter’, ‘I am Mother’. Also there are thirteen sub categories to be considered. Conclusions: This study focuses on identifying how women defectors have used or can use the psychosocial resources available for them, rather than what they have struggled with. It is meaningful to identify in a positive light that this study provides how they have adjusted to a totally different context for their survival and what psychosocial resources they have used. This study can give an idea about how they may receive proper and practical help from the government programs in order to become better used to new living circumstances in South Korea. As well, this study can provide meaningful criteria and guidance with family life educators for women defectors and social workers working in counseling and social welfare areas. This study contributes to better understanding about how they are using these psychosocial resources.

        대학생들이 인식하는 노동의 개념에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 미래 예비직업인인 대학생들이 인식하는 노동 개념에 관한 내용과 그 의미가 어떠한지 살펴보는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 한국 청년인 남녀 대학생 총 159명(여 84명, 남 75명)을대상으로 노동의 개념에 관한 내용을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫 번째로 참여자들은 노동을 고통스럽고 의무적인 행위로 인식하였지만 이 과정을 통해 다양한 보상물을 획득하여 일상에서 활력을얻고 보다 윤택한 삶으로 나아갈 수 있다고 인식하였다. 두 번째로 참여자들은 노동을 통해 배움과 성장의 기회를 갖고 자기 존재감을 확인해나가며, 자기실현을 이루어갈 수 있다고 인식하였다. 세 번째로 참여자들은 개개인의 노동을 사회와 국가의 유지 및 발전에 토대가 되어 인류의 역사를변화시키는 힘으로 인식했다. 이 연구는 한국 청년들이 인식하는 노동에 관한 내용과 그 의미를발굴해내었다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims to investigate the concept of leisure as perceived by female North Korean Defectors. The participants were four female North Korean Defectors, and the collected date were analyzed using a focus group interview. The results were as follows. First, for the participants, leisure is a different concept from rest , and it has its own value, that is, being free from continuing work. Second, for the participants, leisure can be said to be an act of self-care based on self-desire, being free from mandatory or passive activities centered on the organization . Third, it can be said that for the participants, leisure is not an exclusive property of special classes, but an act that anyone can do. Finally, for the participants, leisure can be said to be a healing act that allows them to experience more psychologically positive emotions as well as energy that supplements their daily vitality. Based on the results of this study, the necessity and implications of follow-up research on leisure for North Korean Defectors were discussed.

        남녀 대학생들의 “사랑의 정의”에 관한 내러티브 연구

        This study was a narrative research of ‘definition of love’ of university students presented in journaling tasks suggested in two classes, ‘marriage and family’ and ‘sexuality and love’. It was analyzed in reference to the narrative research process and procedure suggested by Clandinin and Connely(2000). Only the section of the definition of Love was excerpted from the love stories written by them to analyze the narratives of 75 students in total (42 males, 33 females) with the focus placed on the definition section. The purpose of this study is to analyze the narratives on the definition of love for male and female university students to investigate gender differences. The results show that what was common in their narratives was the definition of ‘love as feeling.’ ‘Feeling’ includes exchange of such emotions as jealousy, sorrow, and distress as well as that of warm and happy emotions. University students were found to emphasize ‘feeling’ in the emotional respect rather than in the cognitive one. Gender differences were shown in four sub-categories of love, respectively: ‘experiencing’ in their living rather than defining it by language, ‘being absolute’, ‘being of fate’, and ‘being of pure’ for females and ‘giving’ in a subjective and positive attitude, ‘being passionate’ in terms of motivation, ‘making efforts’ in a mature attitude and ‘being in love is painful’ for males. This study could investigate narratives on the definition of love for university students to discover how they defined love and to identify gender differences. I hope that ‘love’ desired by university students will become harmonious with reality.

        북한이주민과 근무하는 남한사람들의 직장생활 경험에 관한 혼합연구

        본 연구는 직장에서 북한이주민과 근무하고 있는 남한동료들의 직장생활경험에 관한 혼합연구이다. 먼저 북한이주민과 근무하는 남한동료의 직장생활 경험을 깊이 탐색하기 위해 남한동료 4명을 대상으로 질적사례연구 방법론을 활용하여 심층면담하고 분석하였다. 질적연구 자료분석 결과 6개 영역과 16개의 하위범주가 도출되었으며, 도출된 4개의 영역은 북한동료보다 우월한 강자, 이질적인 문화권을 지닌 북한동료와의 관계에서 대처 역량 발휘, 직장동료들간의 중간역할, 직장스트레스 대처행동 및 실천전략, 북한동료에 대한 양가감정, 북한동료와의 직장생활을 통한 자아의 변화와 확장으로 나타났다. 그 후 얻어진 질적연구결과를 보완하기 위해 북한이주민과 근무하고 있는 남한동료 80명을 대상으로 북한이주민에 대한 다문화 태도, 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음, 직무스트레스 대처 정도, 일의 의미 부여 정도에 대해 양적 자료를 모으고, 다중회귀분석를 사용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국내 북한이주민과 근무하고 있는 남한직장인들이 북한이주민에 대한 긍정적인 태도, 절차공정성에 대한 믿음, 직무스트레스 수용대처역량이 북한이주민과의 일 경험에서 인정과 관계를 중시하는 경향과 자아실현 추구 경향을 유의미하게 정적으로 설명하는 공통요인들로 나타났다. 이를 통해 연구결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 한계점, 시사점 및 추후 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore job experiences of South Korean employees with North Korean Defectors based on sequential mixed method designs. First, we interviewed four South Koreans and analyzed qualitative data using case study research to understand work experiences of South Koreans who had North Korean defectors as co-workers. The qualitative study results showed six areas and 16 categories, and those six areas are showing superior power over North Korean colleagues, demonstrating social competence in relations with North Korean colleagues who have experienced heterogeneous cultures, taking mediator roles between coworkers, using workplace stress coping behavior and action strategies, having ambivalent feelings toward North Korean colleagues, and seeking self-realization through work with North Korean colleagues. Based on the qualitative findings, we conducted a quantitative study with 80 South Koreans who have worked with North Korean Defectors. We measured multicultural attitudes, job stress coping ability, belief in a just world, and meaning of work and we conducted a multiple regression analysis. The findings demonstrated both positive attitudes toward North Korean defectors and job stress coping skills as the common significant variables that explain the tendency to putt work meanings on acceptance and social relationship as well as the pursuit of self-actualization. Last, limitations and implications of the study are discussed with suggestion for the direction of future research.
