Development in medical technology has played a crucial role in increasing disease survival rate and life expectancy. And the development of medical devices has led to the development of portable medical devices that can be conveniently used in homes to accommodate modern people’s busy lives. Infrared therapy devices, portable physical therapy devices, and electric massage machines are now commonly used in homes. An acoustic vibration health care device is now one such device. The device was developed based on research that showed when micro acoustic and vibration signals were applied to the damaged body parts, the resulting microscopic stimulation healed wounded cells, shortened the recovery time, and promoted cell division. We conducted this study to understand acoustic vibration health care device’s electromagnetic field characteristics and improve their performance. Using the ANSYS Workbench, we analyzed the magnetic flux density of the device’s permanent magnets. To increase the device’s vibration force, we stacked the magnets of equal size and identical material properties, ran a simulation, and compared the results. We aim to use the data collected from analyzing the magnetic field characteristics and the permanent magnets’ characteristics to improve the designs of acoustic vibration health care devices.

Recently the construction of stations under railway lines and railway sections passing through central area of cities are increasing, calling for an urgent establishment of countermeasures against railway vibration and its subsequent second-phase noise. Of technology developed up to now, the most efficient countermeasure is the floating slab track, a track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. Unfortunately, however, the system design technology and technology for key components have not yet developed in Korea. As such, in this study, the analysis and design technology of floating slab track and its vibration isolator technology can be achieved. In preparation for future demands, it is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.

The acoustic vibration health care device is a small medical device that can be used in homes. It was developed for the general public to meet the current needs of modern-day workers who value health and leisure. The device’s massager negates acoustic vibrations set at a certain frequency that activate metabolism and blood circulation. It has also been proven to lessen pain or enhance treatment effects by stimulating the cranial nerves. Stored inside the massager is a voice-coil actuator made of a bobbin core wrapped in coils and a permanent magnet. The component produces the Lorentz force as a result of the applied current and the magnetic flux density form the internal magnetic field. In our experiment, we used the ANSYS Maxwell, a commercial finite element analysis program, to analyze the electromagnetic field. We also measured and compared the Lorentz force by testing the massager’s vibrations. Through these actions, we validate the finite element analysis and obtained the design technology data of the massager model.
발파작업으로 인한 인접 구조물에서의 생활진동에 관한 연구

One of the important factors to consider during blasting work is the problem of living vibration that occurs in the surrounding area. In Korea, due to topographical characteristics, there are many cases where construction work is carried out in mountainous areas, and blasting work is necessary for the work. Therefore, the location and separation distance of blasting must be calculated to satisfy the defined life vibration reference value, but it is not easy to calculate the vibration value due to blasting in the case of mountainous areas with various topographical shapes. In this study, in order to solve this problem, the blasting load by FEM analysis was calculated and the vibration value in the target area was measured. This makes it possible to calculate the location and separation distance of the blasting that meets the standard value for life vibration. And the vibration effect can also be checked in advance.
컨베이어 롤러에 의한 평판 디스플레이용 글라스의 편향과 거동에 관한 연구

Flat displays are transported by various transport devices in each production line, where the conveyor system is a representative transport device. A flat display is made of glass. By making direct contact with the glass, the rollers in the conveyor system use the roller’s rotational force to transport the display. In this process, a roller’s flatness or design error can cause deflection problems in the transported display or cracks in the glass, which is vulnerable to impact due to its nature. Because a roller’s speed and acceleration can also cause damage, it is important to consider design errors and the particular characteristics of a roller’s rotational force. We conducted this study with a CAE program(Recurdyn) specialized in dynamics. In this study, we analyzed simulation results of various cases. Based on these findings, we secured a technical template that optimizes the design of the conveyor system.

공기스프링을 감쇠기로 사용하는 방진대는 넓은 주파수대역에서 우수한 진동 절연성능을 가짐으로 널리 사용되어 왔다. 하지만 공기스프링은 구조적으로 저강성, 저감쇠의 특성을 가지고 있으므로 외란에 의해 쉽게 가진되어 안정성이 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 이에 공기스프링과 같은 수동소자만을 이용한 수동제어 형식의 보완을 위해 능동 및 반능동 방식의 감쇠기가 제안되고 연구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 수동형 제진대의 능동 및 반능동제어를 위한 동역학적 해석에 관하여 연구하였다. 제진대의 제어시스템 구현을 위하여 6 자유도 제진대의 물리적인 특성에 기초한 동역학적 모델을 정립하고 해석 및 실험을 통해 동역학 모델의 적용가능성을 검증하였다. The anti-vibration tables that use air suspensions as dampers have been widely used due to their high anti-vibration performance in wide frequency band. However, they face a problem of easily accelerating the vibration when triggered by external force because their air suspensions have low rigidity and dampness. In response, there has been a study on active/semi-active dampers that use only the passive components like air suspensions to complement the passive-control format. Thus, we have dynamically analyzed the active/semi-active control of such passive anti-vibration tables. To demonstrate the anti-vibration table's control system, we have also constructed a kinetic model based on the physical characteristics of an anti-vibration table with 6 degrees of freedom and verified its applicability through analysis and experiments.

Inside the factory buildings of aprecision industry (which produces semiconductors or TFT-LCD), thousands of vibration-sensitive precision equipments operate in the clean rooms. Various utility equipments that are installed around them for proper operation cause various sources of noise and of vibration to exist inside the clean rooms and thus deteriorate the noise and the vibration environment within. In this study, we check if the existing transient vibration phenomenon is caused by the vibrations that arise from operating the utility installed near these equipments; compare and evaluate the vibration criteria of precision equipments regarding the transient vibration phenomenon; and check the efficiency of these criteria.

This paper presents the heating performance characteristics of the air source heat pump with air to water type. The heating capacity, COP, P-h diagram were measured at various operating conditions, air-side temperatures, relative humidities, and inlet/outlet water temperature under the standard heating condition of KS B 6275. The experimental data for the heat pump were measured using the air-enthalpy calorimeter and the constant temperature water bath. As the air-side temperature increases, the heating capacity and COP increase. The effect of the air-side relative humidities on the heat pump performance is insignificant. The heat pump performance on inlet and outlet water temperatures and air-side temperatures(-7, -11, -15℃) were studied. Heating capacity and COP increased about 27~39% with the air-side temperature increasing. Enthalpy between the front and the rear of condenser decreased about 6% by increasing of the inlet water temperature. These results can be utilized in the design of the air source heat pump system with air to water type.
