Internet shopping has been getting more rousing due to extension of supply with PC(personal computer) and a rapid rise of use of internet. Some companies have been continually researching in how to serve individuals with each ordered information, which aimed at getting ordinary customers to induce to be loyal customers. For that, there is progress of a service of a web-recommendation which considers individual attribution. This study is suggested a method which is a service of the web-recommendation by access to sensibility ergonomics approach. Previous studies established that service had a weak point. It did not manage to realize new needs of customers. Proposed service of the web-recommendation has been designed, which preferentially propose goods included customer's sensibility to the customer who wants it. This study is expected that it will encourage a rise of products' purchasing power of customers, make an increase in a profit of both sellers and people who operate electric commercial and satisfaction of customers will go Lip in the same. Also, products accord with sensibility of customers will be recommended customers by the suggested service of the web-recommendation. In addition, there will be a decline of time-consuming about making a choice among some products.

소셜 네트워크 분석(SNA)을 통한 정부 바이오헬스 연구개발사업의 협력 네크워크 분석

세계적으로 각국 정부는 정책의 정당성을 확보하기 위하여 근거에 기반한 정책수립을 강조하고 있다. 정책수립에 있어 경험·직관 아닌 데이터를 기반으로 하는 근거기반 정책수립(evidence-based policy making)의 중요성이 확대되고 있는 것이다. 그러나, 현재까지 우리나라는 정부 연구개발사업을 추진함에 있어서, 축적된 데이터를 분석하고 이를 근거로 정책에 반영하는 접근은 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 바이오헬스 분야의 정부가 보유하고 있는 정부 연구개발사업 데이터를 활용하여, 연구자, 기관, 국가 간 네트워크의 형태와 핵심그룹을 파악하고자하였다. 이를 위해서 소셜 네트워크분석을 수행하였으며, 연구자, 기관, 국가 간 협력 네트워크 구조를 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 향후, 본 연구는 연구개발 협력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 개입지점을 파악하고, 분야별 전문성이 높은 평가위원 풀을 확보하는 등 정부 연구개발 정책개발 및 관리에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Governments of the world are emphasizing the establishment of ‘evidence-based policies’ to ensure their legitimacy of policies, which means the importance of ‘evidence-based policy making’ based on data rather than experience and intuition is growing in policy making process. However, there has been a lack of an approach that analyze and reflect accumulated data while promoting government R&D program. We identified the forms of networks and core groups among researchers, institutions, and countries by using the data on government R&D program in the field of bio-health. To this end, social network analysis(SNA) was conducted and the structure of cooperation network between researchers, institutions, and countries was identified empirically. This study is expected to be used for government R&D, policy development and management, by identifying intervention point of enhancing R&D cooperation, and securing a pool of highly qualified experts in each field.
