열차-교량 진동전달특성을 이용한 철도교량의 진동사용성 평가기법

This paper aims for analyzing the vibration serviceability of train by simply expressing its vertical vibration when it passes a railway bridge. For this purpose, bridge-train transfer function was derived and bridge-train interaction analysis was performed by using the derived function. The bridge-train transfer function was developed with the assumption that train is a single mass-spring system, and bridge-train interaction analysis was performed on simple beams of KTX passenger car. The vertical acceleration signals of passenger cars obtained from bridge-train interaction analysis were compared with them of cars obtained from the bridge-train transfer function. As a result, it could be estimated to express the vertical vibration inside the passenger car required for vibration serviceability evaluation by using the vertical vibration of bridges obtained from moving load analysis. Therefore, it may be possible to evaluate the vibration serviceability of railway bridges considering bridge-train interaction effect.

This paper aims for proposed the deflection limit on vibration serviceability of high-speed railway bridges considering the exposed time duration when a train passes a railway bridge. For this purpose, bridge-train transfer function was derived and bridge-train interaction analysis was performed by using the derived function. The vertical acceleration signals of passenger cars obtained from bridge-train interaction analysis were compared with them from the bridge-train transfer function by moving constant force analysis. Therefore it was estimated possible to induce the comfort deflection limit of railway bridge by using bridge-train transfer function. The deflections by moving force of single span bridge and continuous bridge were assumed as sine and haversine wave. The deflection limit on vibration serviceability of high-speed railway bridges considering the exposed time duration can be expanded using bridge-train transfer function and bridge comfort limit considering serviceability due to bridge vibration. And it was compared to other allowable deflection limits of railway bridge design specifications.

In this study, the shake table tests were performed for seismic performance evaluation of fire protection riser pipes. The specimen was subjected to a tri-axial time history shake table test with acceleration levels corresponding to the 0.5g and 0.7g ZPA design level.

In general, The vibration serviceability is little affected by local deformations of bridge or rail under the maintenance. And in the case of complicated car model, it is hard to exactly known which element have an effect on response of car model. Moreover calculated acceleration signals could not be a correct answer. Therefore, simplified car model could be enough to evaluate vibration serviceability comparing with complicated car model. In this paper, the bridge-train transfer function was developed with the assumption that train was a single mass-spring system, and moving constant force analysis and bridge-train interaction analysis were performed by constant moving force, SDOF(Single Degree Of Freedom) and MDOF(Multi Degree Of Freedom) models of KTX passenger car. The vertical acceleration signals of passenger cars obtained from bridge-train interaction analysis were compared with them from the bridge-train transfer function by moving constant force analysis.
진동대실험을 통한 원추형 마찰진자베어링의 내진성능 평가

Existing FPS(Friction Pendulum System) is isolation system which is possible to isolate structures by pendulum characteristic from ground vibration. Structural natural frequency could be decided by designing the radius of curvature of FPS. Thus, response vibration could be reduced by changing natural frequency of structures from FPS. But effective periods of recorded seismic wave were various and estimation of earthquake characteristic could be difficult. If effective periods of seismic wave correspond to natural frequency of structures with FPS, resonance can be occurred. Therefore, CFPBS(Cone-type Friction Pendulum Bearing System) was developed for controlling the response acceleration and displacement by the slope of friction surfaces. Structural natural frequency with CFPBS can be changed according to position of ball on the friction surface which was designed cone-type. Therefore, Divergence of response could be controlled by CFPBS which had constantly changing natural frequency with low modal participation factor in wide-range. In this study, Seismic performance of CFPBS was evaluated by numerical analysis and shaking table test.

최근 국내에서 발생한 경주 및 포항지진은 구조요소와 함께 비구조요소의 피해가 많이 발생한 것으로 보고되었다. 대표적인 기계·전기 비구조요소인 전기캐비닛은 시설물의 기능유지를 위해 반듯이 지진으로부터 보호되어야 한다. 일반적으로 전기캐비닛은 기초에 앵커로 고정된 찬넬과 캐비닛의 바닥판이 볼트로 연결된다. 그러므로 캐비닛 바닥판에서 국부변형이 발생하면 앵커볼트의 추가는 내진성능의 향상에 큰 효과가 없을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 찬넬-캐비닛 연결볼트의 수를 매개변수로 하여 진동 전달 특성을 분석하기 위한 진동대 시험을 수행하였다.
