과거의 무기체계는 체계의 목적과 비용 등의 문제로 운용환경에 대한 관심이 부족하였으며, 특히 냉방장치가 미탑제된 체계가 많이 개발되었다. 근래 개발되는 무기체계는 고도의 정밀조준 및 고감도 시스템으로 진화함에 따라 무기체계를 효과적으로 제어하기 위하여 운용자의 운용환경도 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 현재의 무기개발자들은 대부분 통합형 환경제어장치를 장착하도록 설계하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 장갑차량의 운용환경 및 설계조건을 바탕으로 한국군의 운용환경에 적합한 냉방기 및 냉방부하를 검토하고 시제품의 냉방성능 시험결과가 목표성능에 미달되어 이에 대해 개선내용 및 검토결과를 기술하였다 A combat vehicle needs to have an air-conditioning unit. Accordingly, new combat systems have tended to apply an integrated heating, cooling, and ventilating system. The air conditioning unit used depends on the combat vehicle"s purpose of use. In this study, we studied an air-conditioning unit for an armored combat vehicle as a special use and military specification and tried to improve the air-conditioning unit"s performance.

SBC를 이용한 궤도차량의 다중데이터 획득 및 분석장치 개발

Recently it is becoming more common to apply vehicle electronics(Vetronics) based on information technology to improve the operability of the combat vehicles. Although the vehicle electronics system has been gradually developed, it is hard not only to design the reliable system which is a built-in multi-function but also to analyze the fault failure in the state of on-vehicle when failures occur. Therefore, It is required the data logging system like a aircrafts black box for the combat vehicles to enhance the reliability. In this paper, we developed the multi data acquisition and analysis device which is acquiring real-time data such as communication data, video data and voice data available for checking operational status of system and managing history. The performance of device has been proved on the vehicle.

차륜형 대공포의 냉방기 최적화 설계

최신의 전투장갑차들은 통합형 공조장치를 선호하는 경향이 있음에도 불구하고 분리형 공조장치에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특수목적용 장갑차량 및 군용규격이 요구되는 장갑차량의 냉방, 난방장치에 대한 연구로 상용 Fluent 를 이용한 유동해석을 통해 덕트 및 최적화 배치를 구현하였으며 실차을 통한 시험 수행으로 해석결과를 검증하고, 선정된 냉방 및 난방기의 유효성을 확인하였다. 기존 차량의 변경 모델이나 계열차량의 경우, 현재 선정된 모델의 부분 변경으로 가능하며, 차륜형 장갑차용으로 선정된 현재 모델의 유효성을 본 연구를 통해서 입증되었다. A modern combat vehicle needs to have a separate air-conditioning unit, although new combat systems tend to employ an integrated heating, cooling, and ventilating system. In this study, we investigated an air conditioning unit for an armored combat wheeled vehicle as a special use and military specification and performed a case study of a unique military combat vehicle. By using Fluent software, we tried to determine a suitable air ducting method and its location in the armored combat vehicle. The results show that an air-conditioning unit is one of the best solutions for wheeled vehicles that are not equipped with a cooling unit for their crews, and it can be applied to similar types of armored vehicles.

증후성 거대 지주막 낭종 3례

발달 지연, 영아 연축, 및 성조숙증의 증상으로 발견된 후두개와의 거대 지주막 낭종 3례에 대하여 수술 및 약물 치료를 시행하였다. 증후성 지주막 낭종은 발생 부위, 크기, 증상 등을 고려하여 조기에 수술적 치료를 시행함으로써 신경학적 손산과 발달 지연을 최소화 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Congenital arachnoid cysts are commonly located at sylvian cistern or middle cranial fossa which are usual)y asymptomatic and incidentally found. Posterior fossa cysts, however, are usually large when diagnosed, and symptomatic. Three cases of large posterior fossa cysts were recognized on the diagnostic MRI investigation for infantile spasm, developmental delay, and the precocious puberty. Surgical decompression of the cysts by craniectomy, cyst excision and fenestration were performed successfully in two patients with arachnoid cysts in the cerebellopontine cistern and the suprasellar, right cerebellopontine, and prepontine cisterns, but an additional cystoperitoneal shunt was needed in a case with the cyst in the quadrigemial cistern with obstructive hydrocephalus. Infantile spasm was treated with vigabatrin and pyridoxine, and the true precocious puberty was managed with LHRH analogue(Decapeptyl??).

A design needs various experience and design knowledge through a whole design process. Despite of all efforts and time, it is not easy to introduce a product that meets all customer"s needs and expectation in time. To achieve the product goal, designers need a set of sequential process to find appropriate design parameters and ensure customers" needs and requirements. In this research we propose a design methodology for the initial design of an excavator front group with existing QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Axiomatic Design to satisfy customer"s requirements. It turns out that the proposed methodology can support designers more effectively, objectively, and systematically.

임상 : 천막상부 수술 후 발생한 소뇌출혈에 대한 임상 분석

Objective￡ºCerebellar hemorrhage after supratentorial surgery is a very seldom but serious complication. The purpose this study is to analyze the available clinical data on cerebellar hemorrhage after supratentorial surgery and apply them treatment for the better prognosis. Methods￡ºBetween 1995 and 2004, we experienced 5 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage after supratentorial surgery. analyzed the data of 71 cases of cerebellar hemorrhage after supratentorial surgery about demographics, radiologic findings, risk factors, treatments and prognosis via retrospective study(5 from our records and 66 from the literature). Results￡ºThe incidence of cerebellar hemorrhage after supratentorial surgery is 0.2% in the literature and 0.17% in hospital. Twenty two patients(30.9%) were operated on for aneurysms, and 21 patients(29.5%) were operated on tumors. Sixty cases were positioned supine with head rotation and 58 cases underwent cerebrospinal fluid drainage during surgery. Cerebellar hemorrhage after supratentorial surgery carries a mortality of about 22%. Conclusion￡ºRemote cerebellar hemorrhage most commonly follows supratentorial surgery, performed with the patient in the supine position with head rotation, that involve opening of cerebrospinal fluid cisterns or the ventricular system. The most important keys to minimize this hazardous sequela are to be aware of this potential complication, diagnose early and treat it promptly.

해방기 필화 시문학에 나타난 ‘미국’의 표상과 그 의미

This study set out to focus on the manifestation of American representations in the serious slips of the pen’s poems and investigate their differences from those in the previous periods and their meanings. The study examined American representations in the serious slips of the pen works during the liberation period with For Whom Is Our Youth Full?, which is a poem by Yu Jin-oh that got the serious slips of the pen in 1946, and Paeans, a collection of poems by Im Hwa, whose books were banned after he got the serious slips of 1lle pen in 1947.<br/> In For Whom Is Our Youth Full?, a poem by Yu Jin-oh, the American representation is “the new conqueror” that was Japanese imperialism with only the appearance altered. In the poem, the poet ferociously criticized the U. S. A as the successor of the colonial remnants. The speaker urged the listeners to have an awakening and critically view America in an instigating tone of voice using an ironic question many times.<br/> Paeans, a collection of poems by Im Hwa published in 1947, was a sort of political response to the Eunghyang Event that took place in North Korea in the same year. However, a sudden order banned the book from the shelves in the store. Particularly problematic was Let’s Take Down the Flag, in which tile poet read American representations as the symbol of capitalism whose metonyms were “the foreign supervisor” and “canned goods.” Korea’s non-autonomous liberation subjected it to the American militmy administration, and he as a herald anticipated that American capitalism would exploit poor Korean people economically and have them under its control.<br/> Getting the serious slips of the pen during the liberation period, Yu and Im exhibited very critical and pioneering perceptions of the U. S. A for the time through their American representations in their works. In the 1950s when the Cold War system was rapidly reinforced during the Korean War, it became difficult to come across negative American representations or critical perceptions of the U. S. A in South Korean literature. The study results show that the serious slips of the pen due to political ideology after liberation were very closely related to the critical perceptions of the U. S. A.
