고객 요구의 변화, 비즈니스 환경의 변화, 기술발전 등으로 인해 국제물류주선업의 서비스 범위는 확대되고 복잡해졌으며 글로벌공급망관리, 부가가치서비스, 정보 및 컨설팅에 이르기까지 종합적인 물류 서비스 제공으로 고객의 만족도와 충성도를 높이는데 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 국내 기업들은 서비스의 질을 개선하기보다는 치열한 가격경쟁을 하고 있으며 국제무대에서의 경쟁력도 약해지고 있다. 국내 물류기업들은 새로운 경제 시장에서 운송의 전통적인 역할을 넘어 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 고객가치 창출에 주력해야 하며 이를 위해서 혁신은 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류 산업의 특성에 초점을 맞추어 국제물류주선업을 대상으로 혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인과 혁신이 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구 하였다. 혁신의 요인을 기술불확실성, 최고경영자 특성, 물류정보시스템, 개인특성으로 보고 혁신의 유형을 서비스혁신과 관리혁신으로 구분하였으며. 물류성과는 효율성과 효과성으로 구분하고 기업의 성과는 재무성과로 측정하였다. 연구결과, 혁신요인들 중 개인특성을 제외한 요인들은 서비스혁신과 관리혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 서비스혁신은 물류의 효과성, 관리혁신은 물류의 효율성과 효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 물류성과인 효율성과 효과성은 기업의 재무적성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 실증하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 국제물류주선업의 혁신은 물류효율성과 효과성을 향상하며 기업의 재무성과를 증대하는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 보여주어 기업의 경쟁력 제고에 혁신이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. Due to changes in needs of customers, business environment, and technological developments, the scope of Freight Forwarder services has expanded with the increased complexity. Expanded service scop of freight forwarder plays key role in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing comprehensive logistics services from global supply chain management, value-added services, information and consulting. However, domestic companies are meeting with cutthroat competition for the price rather than improving the quality of services. Consequentially, competitiveness in the international arena is weakening by only focusing on a price war. Domestic logistics companies should break away from this hyper competition on price. Instead, concentrating on creating customer value to secure a competitive edge beyond the traditional role of transportation in the new economic market, and innovation would be essential. Regardless of high necessity for in-depth research on this, there are not many innovation studies on the domestic Freight Forwarder yet. In this study, Innovation type had been sorted into service and management. This division is focusing on the nature of logistics industry with seeing uncertainty of technology, the characteristics of CEOs, information system of the logistics, and personal traits as the factors which influencing to innovation in freight forwarding. Logistics performance was classified into efficiency and effectiveness, and corporate performance was measured as financial performance. Research result was proved that innovation factors have positive effects on both service and management revolutionization. Also on the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics. In addition, it was demonstrated that efficiency and effectiveness, which are logistics performance, have a positive effect on a company's financial performance.
액화수소 수송용 진공자켓 밸브의 진공도에 따른 열적특성에 대한 연구

Liquefied hydrogen have advantage which reduces the volume by about 800 times or more compared to hydrogen gas, so it is possible to increase the storage density. However, liquefied hydrogen produced by cryogenic cooling of 20 K or less at normal pressure has a problem of maximizing the insulation effect that blocks heat introduced from the outside. Representative insulation technologies include vacuum insulation and multi-layer insulation materials and in general, heat blocking is attempted by combining insulation technologies. Therefore, in this study, the pressure of the internal vacuum layer was changed to 10<SUP>-1</SUP>, 10<SUP>-2</SUP>, 10<SUP>-3</SUP> and 10<SUP>-4</SUP> Torr to confirm the thermal insulation performance of the vacuum jacket valve for transporting liquefied hydrogen. As a result, it was confirmed that the insulation performance improved as the degree of vacuum increased.
On The Higher Order Derivatives of Non-Characteristic Curve in Cauchy Problem

본 논문에서는 Cauchy Problem에서 비특성적 곡선의 모든 고차도함수가 유일하게 결정되는 것을 보였다. In this paper we show that all higher derivatives of function on non-characteristic curves are determined uniquely on Cauchy Problem.
김치 발효시의 CO_2와 Vitamin C에 관한 연구

1) CO_2 is produced by fermentative miero-organism in the fermentation of Kimchi. amount of CO_2 are effected from optimal temperature and optimal time of fermentation. Peak time of CO_2 producing at 5℃ is 72hrs, and at 22±1℃ is 24hrs. 2) The production of Vit-C in Kimchi is also different according to temperature, its peak time coincide with that of CO_2. 3) And after peaktime, the decreasing tendency of Vit-C is similar to that of CO_2. 4) PH of Kimchi juice gets gradually lower by the effect of the increase of lactic acid and other organic acids. 5) CO_2 in Kimchi juice is concerned to the metabolism of electrolytes. But in fact, it is difficult to take a great deal of Kimchi juice. 6) Kimchi juice can stimulate, central nerve system and control the metabolism of electrolytes. But we can't use if antidote of poisoning of gases.
