        상선승무원들의 질병실태 조사

        상선승무원들의 승선근무로 인한 질병 발생 실태를 조사하여 승선근무로 인해 발생되는 질병예방 및 건강증진을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 1049명의 상선승무원들을 대상으로 설문 및 면접을 통해 조사 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 최근 12개월 동안 승선 중 당직근무에 지장을 받을 정도의 질병을 경험한 선원은 69.0%였으며, 질병경험분포에 유의성을 나타낸 변수는 연령(p<0.05), 소득수준(p<0.01), 승선경력(p<0.01), 직급(p<0.01), 건강인식도(p<0.01), 건강염려도(p<0.01), 피로도(p<0.01), 직업만족도(p<0.05), 휴식시간(p<0.05) 등이었으며, 질병경험은 치주질환 7.3%>무좀 6.6%>위궤양 6.4%>외상 5.3% 순이었다. 질병군별 질병발생은 근골격계질환이 17.8%로 가장 많았고 구강계질환 13.6%> 피부계질환 12.4%> 소화계질환 12.1% 순이었으며, 발생 질병의 불편기간은 31일 이상이 35.7%, 입원기간과 치료기간은 각각 7일 이하가 50.2%, 42.8%였고 의료시설 이용은 의원급이 27.9%로 가장 높게 조사되었다. The purpose of this study was to find out morbidity rate and pattern of disease and affect of variables related disease and medical management of seafares'. The subjects this study were 1049 seafares' were took education in Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology. This questionnaire was focused on finding the basic data for prevention of disease and promotion health for the seafares'. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, Chi-square, cross tab, linear regression by SPSS 10.1 package. The result of this study are as follow. 1)The morbidity rate within recent 12 months was 69.0%. 2)there were significant differences qf occurred disease in age(p<0.05), income(p<0.01), career of ship on board(p<0.01), rank(p<.01), perceived health status(p<0.01), worry of health(p<0.01), fatigue symptoms(0.01), satisfy of job(p<0.05), rest time(p<0.05) 3) Considering disease unable to work more than 4 hour, the number of those who had oral disease 7.3%> tinea 6.6%> gastric ulcer 6.4, and musculoskeletal disease group were 20.9%, which revealed the highest rate oral disease 13.6%> skin disease> 12.4%, digestive disease> 12.1%. 4) As refer to medical management, The pain above 31days 35.7%, hospitalization and treatment below 7days were each 50.2%, 42.8%, medical service were doctor's office 27.9, which revealed the highest rate.

        인간/시스템안전분야 : 소방대원들의 근골격계질환 예방을 위한 작업 자세 분석

        The aim of study was to reduce risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders, and prevent it according to evaluation and analysis of its symptoms survey, and work postures which doing much frequently. This study was conducted by 64 firefighters. It was surveyed physical burden levels, distribution of musculoskeletal symptoms, and analized work postures by using ergonomics tools, such as Rapid Entire Body Assesment(REBA), Rapid Upper Lim Assessment(RULA), NIOSH Lifting Equation(NLE). Physical burden levels, and distribution of musculoskeletal symptoms were surveyed according to frequency analysis, and the analysis of above tools were presented figures and scores. The all the results of REBA were that risk level was "High", action level was "Need soon" and the results of RULA were "The results are required detailed survey and immediate improvement" at Require rescue person handling, fire hose, hybraulic rescue equipment, universal axe work postures. The occurrence possibility of musculoskeletal disorders of fire fighters is quite high due to instability postures, excessive physical work and so on. Thus, making various efforts to prevent disorders, and improving working environment is necessary continuously

        어깨, 팔꿈치, 손목의 자세에 따른 최대악력과 근육활동에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to analyze postures that were frequently conducted in manufacturing industry. To find grip strength and muscle activities of each posture, Maximum Voluntary Contraction (MVC) and ElectroMyoGraphy (EMG) were measured. Based on the results of this study, the most appropriate posture could be suggested and used as a basic information for preventing musculoskeletal disorders. Most work-related musculoskeletal disorders have been occurred in the fields of manufacturing industry. According to previous studies, it was reported that the rate of musculoskeletal diseases of upper extremity was higher than that of other body parts. Accordingly, there were many studies about discomfort and grip strength of upper extremity. However, these studies dealt with single selection of wrist, elbow and shoulder. So, it was insufficient for comprehensive studies about upper extremity. And in order to improve the work posture, the physiological changes being generated by the combination of wrist, elbow and shoulder postures should be observed and analyzed. In order to conduct this study, thirty university students who had no records of MSDs involved were recruited. Independent variables were postures of wrist(pronation, neutral, supination), postures of elbow(flexion 45°, 90°) and postures of shoulder(flexion 0°, 90°). And dependent variables were MVC values and EMG values. Jamar dynamometer and TeleMyo 2400T G2 was used to measure MVC and EMG. MVC and EMG for 12 postures were measured for three second and for three times. Experiment was performed randomly. A 10 minutes rest period was provided after each t. To measure muscle load, the EMG signals of eight muscles (Biceps, Medial triceps, Lateral triceps, Brachioradialis, Extensor carpi ulnaris, Extensor carpi radialis, Flexor carpi ulnaris and Flexor carpi radialis) were evaluated. MVC values and EMG values were analyzed using Minitab ver. 14. The results showed that MVC value was the highest at shoulder 0°, elbow 45° and wrist supination. In case of wrist postures, MVC of supination is the highest. In case of elbow and shoulder postures, MVC of flexion 45° and 0° was the highest. It was found that there were interaction between wrist and elbow posture under shoulder flexion and between shoulder and wrist under elbow flexion 45°. In case of the angle of shoulder 0°, elbow 45° and wrist supination, the EMG values of four muscles(Medial Triceps, Extensor carpi ulnaris, Extensor carpi radialis, Flexor carpi ulnaris) were the highest. Based on this study, it is worth to note that the combination postures of upper extremity have a large impact on the MVC and EMG. The optimal condition upper extremity was shoulder flexion 0°, elbow flexion 45° and wrist supination for preventing work-related musculoskeletal disease.

        이전 연구 결과를 통해 조선소 공장에서 실시되고 있는 상위 생산정보의 하향식 전달방식에서 벗어나 상위 생산정보와 하위 생산정보의 쌍방향 융합을 통한 작업 생산성 향상, 작업자의 안전관리 향상, 조선소의 물류비용 절감을 위해, 스마트조선소의 구축을 목표로, 시간과 공간에 제약을 받지 않는 조선생산실행업무가 가능하도록 하는 스마트워크 기반 조선생산실행시스템의 개념설계를 제안하였다. 스마트 조선생산실행시스템의 기능과 주요 특징, 주요 구성요소를 정의하고 조선생산실행시스템이 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않도록 무선 메쉬망과 Application 가상화 시스템의 구축을 통해 모바일 환경을 지원하게 되도록 시스템 아키텍쳐가 구성되었으며, 본 논문에서는 구현설계와 진행 중인 구현 결과의 일부를 소개하도록 한다.
