        2-Terminal Perovskite/SHJ 탠덤 태양전지 기술 검토

        c-Si solar cells currently account for more than 90% of the solar energy market. Research on tandem junction solar cells to overcome efficiency limitations is drawing attention at a time when new technologies are being developed to secure the price competitiveness of silicon solar cells. Among several candidate materials for silicon-based tandem solar cells, perovskite has recently been studied as it is suitable for the ease of process as well as for its properties as a tandem solar cell material. In this study, we want to review the research trends and technology limitations of 2-T Perovskite/SHJ tandem junction solar cells.

      • 인위적 광구배에서 몇몇 목본식물의 초기성장 분석

        Seedlings of Zelkova serrata, Fraxennus rhynchophylla, Quercus mongolica, Q. dentata and Q. acutissima were raised to compare the ecological responces to the light gradient between them during 116 days in 0.1%, 15.4%, 27.6%, 55.4% and 100% of daylight. Growth analyses were carried out with data obtained from two harvests during the growing season. The first harvest was carried out after adaptation periods of 53days in each light condition. The second harvest was performed after adaptation periods and 63 days growing periods. Total dry weight, RGR and NAR increased with increasing relative light intensity in all tree specics. Q. acutissima showed the highest increasing rate and Q. mongolica showed the lowest rate. In the deepest shade, RGR and NAR of Q. mongolica were higher than the other Quercus species. SLA and LAR decreased with increasing light intensity in all species. Q. mongolica showed the lowest LAR in all light intensity. LWR of Z. serrata increased with increasing light, but that of F. rhynchophylla and Q. mongolica showed high level of LWR in the deepest shade. Shoot/Root ratio of Z. serrata, Q. acutissima was higher than the other species. SHWR increased with decreasing light in all species. Z. serrata was showed the highest SHWR in al light treatments. As increasing of light intensity, Fraxennus rhynchophylla showed decreasing leaf weight and constant stem weight, but Zelkova serrata showed the opposite to Fraxennus rhynchophylla. Chlorophyll contents and changing amounts according to changes of light intensity were higher in Q. acutissima, Z. serrata than F. rhynchophylla and Q. mongolica. According to these results, A. serrata and Q. acutissima has the characteristics of faster response of growing and allocation of photosynthetic material to the changes of light intensity than F. rhynchophylla and Q. mongolica. These results indicated that F. rhynchophylla and Q. mongolica were more shade tolerant than the other species. Z. serrata and Q. acutissima showed the characteristic of shade-intolerant, Q. dentata was intermediate response.

        다수 캐비티에서의 균형 충전을 위한 새로운 러너 시스템

        Almost all injection molds have multi-cavity runner system for mass production, which are designed with geometrically balanced runner system in order to accomplish filling balance between cavity to cavity during processing. However, even though geometrically balanced runner is used, filling imbalances have been observed. So, many studies for improving filling balance in the multi-cavities molds are worked up. In this study, the Melt-Buffer which is a new runner system for filling balance has been suggested, and a series of experiment about degree of filling balance in cavity-to-cavity was conducted in the mold with the Melt-Buffer. From the experiment, the filling balance was increased up to 5~6% by using the Melt-Buffer.

      • 이중 사출시 발행하는 Weld-line의 강도 연구

        In injection molding, many kinds of defects have occurred because of a characteristic of plastics injection molding. Weld line is one of the defects is formed when separated melt fronts recombine together during the mold filling stage. That is one of problems in injection molding. Weld lines in the appearance of plastics parts can deteriorate visible quality. And most importantly, the local mechanical strength in the weld line area can be significantly weaker. It could be one of the most problems for structural applications. In this study, the mold available two-shot-molding of same polymers have been designed, and a series of experiment about tensile strength in weld line area has been conducted using Taguchi's design of experiment to optimize injection molding conditions decreasing of weld strength and find out a factors affected weld strength in two-shot- molding.

        선체 형상 정보를 활용한 3차원 위치인식 알고리즘 개발

        A hull-cleaning robot sticks to the surface of a vessel and moves for efficient cleaning. Precise path planning and tracking using thecurrent position is crucial. Many robots rely on the INS algorithm, but errors accumulate. To fix this, GPS, sonar, and USBL are used,though with limitations. Selecting suitable sensors for the surface operation and accurate positioning algorithm are vital. In this study,we developed a robot position estimation algorithm using the structure of a ship. Problems that arise when expanding the 2D positionestimation algorithm used in existing wall structures to 3D were evaluated and methods for solving them were proposed. In addition,we aimed to improve performance by deriving singularities that exist in the robot path and proposing an error correction algorithm basedon the singularities.

        사출금형의 러너시스템 형상에 따른 충전불균형 유동해석 모델

        Almost all injection molds have multi-cavity runner system for mass production, which are designed with geometrically balanced runner system in order to accomplish filling balance between cavity to cavity during processing; However, even though geometrically balanced runner is used, filling imbalances have been observed. In these day, the CAE has been used widely in injection molding. However, CAE with fusion mesh can't indicate such as jetting, flow mark and filling imbalance in multi cavity mold. In this study, we investigated the filling imbalance according to runner shapes by CAE analysis. As a result in CAE, in case of binary branch runner system, filling imbalance was indicated between cavity to cavity, but the flow pattern of each cavity uniformed in unary branch runner system.

        For mass production of plastics, injection molds have multi-cavities. However, filling imbalance between cavity to cavity always has occurred in multi-cavities mold, and this has caused low quality of plastics part. In this study, the closed-loop-control system which can control temperature of hot manifold and nozzle in hot runner mold for filling balance has been suggested, and a series of experiment about difference of filling time and weight in cavity-to-cavity was conducted. As a result of using closed-loop-control system, a remarkable improvement in reducing filling imbalance was confirmed.

        우슈선수들의 자기관리와 심리기술 및 인지된 경기력과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was verify the relationship among self-management and psychological skills and perceived performance of Wushu athletes. 193 questionaires were for the final analysis. With the collected data, descriptive, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation, multiple regression and mediation were performed by SPSS 26.0 Program. The results of this study are as follows. First, Wushu athetes physical management had a positive influence on willpower, goal setting, concentration,anxiety contro, and confidence, and mental management and training management had a positive influence on will power, goal setting, confidence, and team harmony. Second, Wushu athletes physical management, mental management, and training management had a positive influence on performance, while mental management had a positive influence on game satisfaction, but training management had a negative influence on game satisfaction. Third, Wushu athletes willpower and confidence had a positive influence on their performance. Fourth, Wushu athletes psychological skills relationship between self-management and perceived performance. These results suggest that self-management is involved in psychological skills and perceived performance, and the stronger the psychological skills, the better the perceived performance. 본 연구는 우슈선수들의 자기관리와 심리기술 및 인지된 경기력과의 관계를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 최종분석은 193부가 사용되었고 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 그리고 매개효과분석을 실시하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우슈선수들의 몸관리는 의지력, 목표설정, 집중력, 불안조절, 자신감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 정신관리와 훈련관리는 의지력, 목표설정, 자신감, 팀조화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 우슈선수들의 몸관리, 정신관리, 훈련관리는 경기수행력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 정신관리는 경기만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 훈련관리는 경기만족에 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 우슈선수들의 의지력, 자신감은 경기수행력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 우슈선수들의 심리기술은 자기관리와 인지된 경기력과의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있다. 이상의 결과 자기관리는 심리기술과 인지된 경기력에 관여되고 있으며 심리기술을 강화할수록 인지된 경기력도 향상된다는 것을 시사한다.

        광역단위 자치경찰제 도입에 관한 경찰관들의 인식 연구

        This study aims to introduce autonomous police system in a desirable direction by examining the perceptions of front-line police officers on the introduction of the metropolitan autonomous police system under discussion. For this purpose, a questionnaire was composed of details such as personnel, organization, political neutrality, division of duties, and finances within the regional autonomous police system. A survey was conducted on 1,227 national police officers nationwide to find out about the shortcomings and advantages of the autonomous police system, organizational justice and commitment, pros and cons of the autonomous police system, and investigated preferences and intentions to turnover among the operating types of the police system. SPSS 18 was used for the calculation and analysis of the basic statistics. The analysis methods were factor analysis and logistic analysis. Logistic analysis shows that those who are more aware of the shortcomings of the autonomous police system are more likely to oppose the autonomous police system. The more the difference between the security service and the labor cost of the autonomous police system was recognized, the more likely they were to oppose it. Women are more likely to oppose the autonomous police system than men, and the older are more likely to support the autonomous police system. Meanwhile, when the intention to turn to autonomous police was analyzed as a dependent variable, those who recognized more about the shortcomings of autonomous police system were more likely not to turn to autonomous police. In addition, police officers who perceived the difference between the security service and labor costs for autonomous police were more likely not to turn to autonomous police. Regarding organizational fairness, the higher recognition of interaction fairness and procedural justice, the more likely it would not be to turn away. The higher the level of normative and emotional commitment, the more likely they would not turn to autonomous police, and the older they were, the higher their intention to turn to autonomous police. Finally, this study suggests two policy for police. First, it is necessary to rethink the introduction of the autonomous police system if there is no solution to the fundamental problem represented by the introduction of the autonomous police system. Second, for the introduction of the autonomous police system, an active persuasion process for officer is essential. 이 연구는 현재 논의되고 있는 광역단위 자치경찰제 도입 안에 대한 일선 경찰관들의 인식을 조사하여 바람직한 방향의 자치경찰제 도입을 목적으로 한다. 전국 1,227명의 국가 경찰공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 자치 경찰 제도의 장점·단점, 조직공정성과 몰입, 자치경찰제 안에 대한 찬·반 의견, 이직 의향을 조사하였다. 연구의 수행을 위해 기본적인 통계 산출 및 분석은 SPSS 18을 이용하였고, 분석 방법은 요인 분석, 로지스틱 분석을 시행하였다. 로지스틱 분석 결과, 자치경찰제도의 단점에 대해 더 많이 인식하는 사람들의 경우 자치경찰제도에 대한 반대 가능성이 더 크게 나타나고 있었다. 자치 경찰에 대한 치안 서비스와 인건비 차이를 더 많이 인식할수록 자치 경찰에 반대할 가능성이 더욱 커진다는 것도 보여주고 있었다. 여성이 남성보다 자치경찰제도에 반대할 가능성이 크며, 연령이 많아질수록 자치경찰제도에 대해 찬성할 가능성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 자치 경찰로의 이직 의도를 종속변수로 분석하였을 때는, 자치경찰제도의 단점에 대해 더 많이 인식하는 사람들의 경우 자치 경찰로 이직하지 않을 가능성이 더 크게 나타났다. 또한 자치 경찰에 대한 치안 서비스와 인건비의 차이가 크다고 인식하는 경찰공무원일수록 자치 경찰로 이직하지 않을 가능성이 더 커진다는 것을 보여주고 있었다. 조직공정성과 관련해서는 상호작용 공정성과 절차공정성을 높게 인식할수록 이직하지 않을 가능성이 컸다. 규범·정서적 몰입 수준이 높을수록 자치경찰로 이직하지 않을 가능성이 컸고, 연령이 높아질수록 자치경찰로 이직 의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구는 2가지 정책적 제안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 자치경찰제도의 도입이 나타내는 근본적인 문제의 해결이 없다면 자치경찰제도의 도입을 재검토할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 자치경찰제도의 도입을 위해서는 구성원들에 대한 적극적인 설득의 과정이 필요하다.
