공급사슬관리 추진방식과 TQM 추진방식 요인이 성과에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 기존 관련 연구들에서 도출한 전사적 품질경영(TQM)의 추진방식 요인과 공급사슬관리(SCM)의 추진방식 요인의 개념이 실제로 유의미한지를 확인하고, 양 추진방식요인 중 어느 것이 선행 요인으로서 작용하며, 나아가 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는가를 전국에 소재한 제조업체들에 대한 설문을 통하여 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 요인분석과 경로분석을 이용한다. We categorize quality management practices as two new factors - ‘Infra factor’ and ‘Process factor’ - and also supply chain management practices as factors of CEO’s commitment and supplier management from related preceding literatures. We confirm those factors" statistical significance with empirical investigation about 167 manufacturing companies in whole country. Moreover, we find the factors influences positively on supply chain and manufacturing performances. We prove these results with empirical method of factor analysis and path analysis.

품질경영 실행방식 요인과 성과 간 관계에 대한 JIT와 인력관리의 조절 효과

We classified quality management practices of manufacturing companies into ‘Infra’ factor and ‘Process’ factor which were introduced based on existing literatures and previous studies related to quality management. It was our first objective to confirm its conformance in Korean manufacturing industry, and to examine the two factors effect positively on production performance. Moreover, we tried to examine whether JIT and workforce management have an moderate effect on ‘Infra and Process factors-performance' relationship, using moderate regression. As the result of empirical study on nationwide manufacturing companies, we had the results that the classification between Infra factor and Process factor in quality management practices was valid in Korean manufacturing companies, and that the two factors gave performances positive effect. Moreover, our secondary analysis showed that JIT had an positive moderate effect on the Infra factor while workforce management on the Process factor. With these results, we have an interpretation that manufacturing companies which aim to enhance short term performances have to concentrate their effort and investment on Process factor and, on the other hand, ones which aims to improve long term performances on Infra factor.

품질경영 실행방식과 성과에 대한 customization 및 R&D 전략의 조절 효과에 대한 탐색적 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate if companies` efforts of quality management practices have positive impacts on the companies` performance as the first stage. In the second stage of this study,we tried to confirm if the degree of companies` making efforts on customization strategy and R&D strategy function as moderate variable on relationship between quality management practices and companies` performance. Methods: The collected data through survey were analysed using multiple regression for the first stage of the study and moderate regression for the second one of it. Results: The results of this study are as follows; quality management practices have positive effect on performances. Moreover, much effort on customization strategy has significant moderate effect on relationship between quality management practices and corporate performance. On the other hand, much effort of companies on R&D strategy has significant moderate effect on the relationship between the two as well. Conclusion: Manufacturing and services companies in Korea need to make effort of quality management practices in order to improve corporate performance. Moreover, if that efforts are combined with customization strategy and R&D strategy, they will expect synergy effect on performance improvement.

공급업체 개발 활동과 성과에 대한 공급사슬 CSR 및 상생협력의 조절 효과에 대한 탐색적 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate if purchasing companies` efforts of supplier development activities to supplier companies have positive impacts on the purchasing companies` performance as the first step. In the second step, we tried to confirm if the concept of Supply Chain Corporate Social Responsibility activities and Coexistence activities take the roles of moderate variable on relationship between supplier development and three performances respectively. Methods: The collected data through survey were analysed using multiple regression for the first step of the study and moderate regression for the second one of it. Results: The results of this study are as follows; supplier development efforts effect on all three performances positively. Moreover, Supply Chain CSR has significant moderate effect on relationship between supplier management and corporate performances, while Coexistence does between supplier management and logistics performances. In the case of relationship between supplier management and production performances, both Supply Chain CSR and Coexistence show significant moderate effect Conclusion: Manufacturing companies in Korea need to make effort of supplier development in selective way when they want to practice Supply Chain CSR and Coexistence concurrently considering strategies and objectives.

공급사슬관리에서 장기지향성과 자산특유성이 성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 공급사슬관리에서의 ‘장기지향성’과 ‘자산특유성’이 공급사슬관리 성과와 생산성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것을 목표로 한다. 전국에 소재한 167개 제조업체를 대상으로 한 실증연구 결과, 장기지향성은 공급사슬관리 성과에 그리고 공급 사슬관리 성과는 생산성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 자산특유성은 두 가지 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 자산특유성이 하나의 ‘기반’요인으로서 장기지향성을 통하여 간접적으로 두 가지 성과에 영향을 미친다는 설명을 가능하게 한다. 이러한 분석을 위하여 AMOS 프로그램과 구조방정식 모형이 활용되었다. We establish the model that confirm whether "long-term orientation" and "asset specificity" affect on supply chain management(SCM) performance and production performance. We confirm the model"s statistical significance with empirical investigation about 167 manufacturing companies of nationwide. As a result, we find that "long-term orientation" affect positively on SCM performance and SCM performance on production performance. In addition, "asset specificity" affects on the two performances via "long-term orientation," functioning as a "basis" factor. We prove these results with empirical method of structural equation model and AMOS program.

한국전자제조기업에서의 경쟁전략, 경쟁우선순위의 전략적 적합성에 관한 실증연구

This study tries to examine the strategic fit of competitive strategies and competitive priorities in domestic electronic firms' manufacturing strategy. The strategic fit is accepted as a major factor in explaining the difference of firms' productivity performances. To set up strategic fit model, the previous research on manufacturing strategy model has been examined thoroughly. Based on proposed model composed of competition environments, core competences(competitive advantage and value chain), competitive strategies and competitive priorities, stepwise multiple regression was used as exploratory method to find significant types of internal strategic fit. The test results show that core competences(especially competitive advantage) have more impacts on competitive strategy than competition environments. In addition, there exist the significant types of strategic fit between competitive strategies and priorities. That is, differentiation strategy takes delivery priority and focusing takes flexibility.
