ZnS/Na₃AlF₆ 다층박막의 광학적 두께 변화에 따른 광특성

ZnS/Na₃AIF? multi-layer thin film were produced by evaporation system. ZnS were selected as a high refractive index material and Na₃AIF? were selected as low refractive index material. Optical properties including color effect were systematically studied in terms of different optical thickness by spectrophotometer. In oder to compare with experimental data, the Essential Macleod Program(EMP) was adopted that simulation program. The thin film consisting of ZnS/Na₃AIF? multi-layer show the wave length of 530~600nm, typically color range between purple, blue, green. It was confirmed that this experimental result was well matched with simulation data.
MgF₂/Cr/MgF₂, MgF₂/Cu/MgF₂, MgF₂/Al/MgF₂ 다층박막의 광학적 특성

MgF₂/Cr/MgF₂, MgF₂/Cu/MgF₂ and MgF₂/Al/MgF₂ multi-layered thin films were fabricated by evaporation system. MgF₂ and Cr(Cu, And Al) was selected as a low refractive index material and mid reflector layer, respectively. Optical properties including color effect were systematically studied in terms of different film layer by using spectrophotometer. Experimental results were compared to the simulation result. The films consistings of MgF₂/Cr/MgF₂, MgF₂/Cu/MgF₂, MgF₂/Al/MgF₂ multi-layered thin films showed wavelength range of 430~780 ㎚, typically color range between greenish yellow and orange at view angle of 45˚. It was confirmed that this experimental result was well matched with simulation result.

Multi-layered thin films of $Fe_2O_3/Na_3AlF_6/Fe_2O_3/Cu$, Cr, Al were deposited on glass substrate by evaporation process. As high and low refractive index material, $Fe_2O_3$ and $Na_3AlF_6$ were selected and additionally Cu, Al and Cr were chosen as mid reflective layer respectively. Optical properties including reflectance were systematically studied depending on optical thickness of $Na_3AlF_6$ especially $0.25{\lambda}$ and $0.5{\lambda}$. In order to expect the experimental result, the simulation program, the Essential Macleod Program(EMP) was adopted and compared with the experimental data. Based on the results taken by spectrophotometer at viewing angle $45^{\circ}C$, the $Fe_2O_3/Na_3AlF_6/Fe_2O_3/Cu$ show the colour rage between red and orange in $0.25{\lambda}$ and green and pupple in $0.5{\lambda}$ respectively. When the Al was used as mid reflective layers in $Fe_2O_3/Na_3AlF_6/Fe_2O_3$ system, typical yellow colour and mixed colour between green and pupple were appeared in $0.25{\lambda}$ and $0.5{\lambda}$ of $Na_3AlF_6$ respectively. As compared the experimental result to simulation data, it was found out that the experimental data is relatively well matched with the EMP simulation data.
