흉추가동성운동과 HVLA가 요천각도와 통증 및 기능장애에 미치는 영향: 만성요통환자를 중심으로

The rapid economic development of modern times has led to the extension of working hours, and chronic low back pain caused by walking upright has become the most prevalent disease in modern society. The purpose of this study was, therefore, to investigate the effects of HVLA and thoracic mobilization exercise on lumbosacral angle, pain, and dysfunction in patients with chronic low back pain patients whose lumbosacral angle changes are observed. The effects of thoracic mobilization exercise and HVLA on lumbosacral angle, pain, and dysfunction in low back pain patients with chronic low back pain diagnosed more than six months before were investigated. HVLA was found to be effective in reducing lumbosacral angle, alleviating pain, and dysfunction and the thoracic mobilization exercise was found to be effective in alleviating pain and dysfunction. These results showed that thoracic mobilization exercise and HVLA have positive effects on the improvement of lumbosacral angle, pain, and dysfunction in patients with chronic low back pain.

본 연구는 게이트볼 언론보도를 분석함으로서 미래 노인스포츠의 방향과 정책을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 한국언론진흥재단의 뉴스분석시스템인 빅카인즈(BIGKinds)에서 지원하는 뉴스 중 11개 전국 일간지와 8개 경제일간지의 뉴스를 중심으로 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석기간은 2020년부터 2023년까지이며, 수집된 관련 기사는 총 347건이다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 빈도 분석 결과에서 보여지듯이 현재의 게이트볼은 노인뿐만 아니라 장애인도 게이트볼에 많은 관심과 참여가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연관어 분석 결과에서 보여지듯이 게이트볼은 주로 야외에서 이루어지는 파크골프와 달리 실내에서도 가능하기 때문에 외부 환경으로부터 영향을 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 노령화의 가속도와 노인의 건강문제, 접근성 등을 생각해 볼 때 지금보다 장소의 다양성이나 프로그램 등의 관련된 연구와 정책적 대안이 필요하겠다. 이를 위해 게이트볼 관련 게임이나 가상현실(VR)의 게이트볼 프로그램 등이 노인의 신체단련과 건강관리에 필요할거라 사료된다. 향후 연구에서는 이번에 포함되지 않은 언론사의 자료 등을 포함하고 추가적인 분석 프로그램을 활용하여 게이트볼뿐만 아니라 노인들의 관심이 높고 접근성이 편한 종목들에 대한 연구를 한다면 빠르게 증가하고 있는 노인들을 위한 스포츠 정책에 도움이 될 것이며, 실무적인 자료로 활용도가 높을 것이라고 판단된다. The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for the direction and policy of future senior sports by analyzing gateball media reports. As a research method, we collected and analyzed news from 11 national daily newspapers and 8 economic daily newspapers, among the news supported by BIGKinds, the news analysis system of the Korea Press Foundation. The analysis period is from 2020 to 2023, and a total of 347 related articles were collected. As a result of the research, firstly, as shown in the frequency analysis results, it was found that not only seniors but also the disabled have a lot of interest and participation in gateball. Second, as shown in the results of the related word analysis, unlike park golf, which is mainly played outdoors, gateball can be played indoors as well, so it is less affected by the external environment. However, considering the acceleration of aging and the health problems and accessibility of seniors, we believe that research and policy alternatives related to a diversity of locations and programs are needed more than now. To this end, it is believed that gateball-related games or virtual reality (VR) gateball programs will be necessary for seniors' physical training and health management. In future research, if we include data from media outlets not included this time and use additional analysis programs to research not only gateball but also various other sports that seniors are interested in and can easily access, it is believed that it will be helpful in the rapidly increasing sports policy for seniors, and will be highly useful as practical and realistic data.

South Korea is entering an aging society, and since the musculoskeletal system directly affects elders’ daily life, muscle exercise and flexibility are required. In particular, yoga relaxes the mind and the body and heightens stress coping ability. To investigate keywords about yoga, news articles provided by BIGKinds, a news analysis system, was applied to collect articles from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2021, and an analysis was conducted about the monthly keywords and the relationship followed by the weighted degree. Based on the research findings, first, it showed that there is high interest in yoga during the spring and autumn seasons. Second, yoga is offered in non-contact methods nowadays, and various social network services are applied for the operation. Third, there was high public attention to articles on yoga instructors and trainers, and this revealed the importance and interest in online coaching. It is anticipated to apply it for the development of yoga workout programs and base data to develop sports for all. 한국은 고령화 사회에 접어들었으며, 노인의 일상생활에 직접적인 영향을 주는 근골격계는 근육운동과 유연성이 필수적이다. 특히 요가는 정신과 신체를 완화시키고 스트레스 대처 능력을 향상시킨다. 이에 요가와 관련된 키워드를 알아보기 위해 뉴스분석시스템인 빅카인즈(BIGKinds)에서 제공하는 신문기사를 활용하여 2019년 1월 1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지의 기사를 수집하였으며, 월별 키워드 분석과 가중도에 따른 관계도 분석을 실시하였다. 결론적으로 첫째, 요가는 계절로 볼 때 봄과 가을에 관심이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 최근 요가는 비대면 방식을 통해서 실시되고 있으며, 다양한 SNS를 활용하여 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요가를 지도하는 요가강사, 트레이너의 관련 기사가 높게 나타났으며, 이에 따라 온라인 지도의 중요성과 관심도를 알 수 있다. 향후 요가 관련 운동프로그램 개발과 국민 생활체육 발전을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.
