        미숙아에서 채혈을 위한 발뒤꿈치 천자시 두 종류 천자 기구의 비교

        Purpose: To evaluate two different heel lancet device in terms of pain response and success of the procedure in the preterm infants undergoing heel puncture. Methods: 100 preterm infants undergoing capillary blood gas analysis or capillary bilirubin monitoring underwent heel puncture,were randomly allocated to blood sampling from the heel with either a conventional manual lancet or an automatic incision device. Primary outcome measures included the Premature Infants Pain Profile (PIPP) score, total duration of procedure, number of heel puncture and number of bruise. The pain response was evaluated using PIPP score and the effectiveness was evaluated using three criteria: total duration of blood sampling, number of puncture, bruising of the heel or ankle. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS ver. 13.0 program. Difference between the groups were analysed with t test (continuous variables) and the Chi square test or Fisher test (categorical variables). Results: The mean PIPP score was 4.91 for the automatic lancet group compared with 5.84 for the conventional manual lancet group (P=0.0255).The number of pain scores above 7 during blood collection did not differ between two groups (P=0.2167). The procedure took less time to perform in the automatic lancet group (mean, 30.69 seconds) than in the conventional lancet group (mean, 48.92 seconds) (P<0.0001). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the automatic lancet device causes less pain and a shorter procedure time than the conventional manual lancet in preterm infants undergoing heel puncture. On the basis of these results the automatic lancet device is very useful method for blood collection in preterm infants by heel puncture. 목적: 효과적인 미숙아에서의 채혈방법을 모색하기 위해 미숙아에서 발뒤꿈치 천자시 새로운 자동화 천자기구(automatic lancet device)와 기존에 사용되던 고식적 수동식 천자침(conventional manual lancet device) 의 효과를 비교하여 임상에서의 유용성을 알아보고자 한다방법: 재태 연령 37주 미만의 미숙아 총 100명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 대상아들은 발뒤꿈치 천자시 무작위로 각 50명씩 고식적 수동식 천자 기구를 사용한 군(50명)과 자동화 천자 기구를 사용한 군(50명)으로 나누었으며, 발뒤꿈치 천자시 통증의정도 및 천자 횟수, 검사 시간, 출혈의 여부 등을 평가하였다. 통증의 평가는 Premature Infant Pain Profile (PIPP) 점수와 최고심장 박동수를 측정하였고, 검사시간은 발뒤꿈치 천자 시작으로부터 1개의 microtube에 채혈을 완료하는 시간까지를 측정하여 비교하였다. 천자횟수는 1개의 microtube를 혈액으로 채우기 위해 발뒤꿈치를 천자한 횟수를 측정하였다. 그리고 검사12시간 이내에 발뒤꿈치 및 발목 주위에 출혈이나 멍 등을 관찰하였다. 결과: 통증을 나타내는 PIPP 점수의 평균은 자동화 천자기구군에서 4.91로 고식적 천자기구 군 5.84에 비해 유의하게 낮게측정되었다(P=0.0255). 검사에 소요되는 시간은 고식적 천자군에서 평균 48.92초, 자동화 천자군에서 평균 30.69초로 자동화천자기구를 사용한 군에서 통계적으로 유의하게 짧았다(P<0.0001). 천자 횟수의 평균값은, 자동화 천자군에서 1.02로, 고식적 천자군 1.35에 비해 통계적으로 의미 있게 낮았다(P =0.0001). 검사후 출혈반점이나 멍 등은 고식적 천자기구 군에서15례(30%), 자동화 천자기구 군에서 3례(6%)로 자동화 천자기구 사용 군에서 의미 있게 적게 나타남을 관찰할 수 있었다(P=0.0024). 결론: 자동화 절개형 천자기구(BD QuickHeel)는 검사 실패율이 낮으며, 짧은 시간에 채혈이 가능하고, 멍이나 출혈 같은부작용이 적어 신생아, 특히 최근 생존율이 향상되어 증가되고있는 미숙아에서 발뒤꿈치 천자에 의한 채혈에 유용한 도구가될 수 있겠다

        Water Gas Shift 반응에서 Pt/CeO2 촉매의 지지체구조에 따른 촉매활성 연구

        Nanorod and particle shape CeO2 were synthesized via hydrothermal process and precipitation method,respectively, and used as supports of Pt catalyst for water gas shift (WGS) reaction. Three different durations (12,48, and 96h) for hydrothermal process were applied for the preparation of nanorod type CeO2. 1.0 wt% of Ptwas loaded on the prepared supports with incipient wetness method prior to the catalytic activity tests that werecarried out at a GHSV of 95,541 h-1, and a temperature range of 200 to 360 oC. Varying duration of hydrothermalprocess led to the difference in physical characteristics of CeO2 nanorods, such as aspect ratio, BET surface area,pore diameter, and pore volume. Consequently, the catalytic activities of Pt/CeO2 nanorods were affected by thephysical characteristics of the supports and appeared to be in the order of Pt/CeO2(12) > Pt/CeO2(48) > Pt/CeO2(96). The comparison of the catalytic activities and results of the analysis (XPS, XRD, SEM, BET and TPR) for thesupports revealed that the activity of the catalysts depends on chemical states of the Pt and the support materialsin the temperature range that is lower than 280 oC. However, the activity is rather dependent on the physicalcharacteristic of the supports because the increased gas velocity limits the mass transfer of reactants in microporesof the supports.

        동작인식 스마트 의류제품의 특징적 유형 분석

        The purpose of this study is to utilize technology as basic data for smart clothing product research and development. This technology can recognize user's motion according to characteristics types and functions of wearable smart clothing products. In order to analyze the case of motion recognition products, we searched for previous research data and cases referred to as major keywords in leading search engines, Google and Naver. Among the searched cases, information on the characteristics and major functions of the 42 final products selected on the market are examined in detail. Motion recognition for smart clothing products is classified into four body types: head & face, body, arms & hands, and legs & feet. Smart clothing products was developed with various items, such as hats, glasses, bras, shirts, pants, bracelets, rings, socks, shoes, etc., It was divided into four functions health care type for prevention of injuries, health monitor, posture correction, sports type for heartbeat and exercise monitor, exercise coaching, posture correction, convenience for smart controller and security and entertainment type for pleasure. The function of the motion recognition smart clothing product discussed in this study will be a useful reference when designing a motion recognition smart clothing product that is blended with IT technology.

        성인용 보건 마스크의 형태별 구조 및 디자인 분석

        As the COVID-19 continues to sweep across the globe, wearing a face mask is now a part of daily life. Early interest in the masks was primarily associated with their protective function in preventing the virus. However, as the pandemic progressed, people began embracing the masks as essential fashion items and demanding them to have a higher comfort and better fit for hours-long wear in public. The shape and size are both important considering factors when purchasing the masks. Thus, this study compared the shapes and sizes of currently available KF94 hygienic face masks to identify the critical design and structural factors that affect the selection of face masks. Study samples were divided into two groups, a vertical double-fold face mask and a horizontal tri-fold face mask. This study utilized direct measurement data of 16 tri- and 6 double-fold face masks. The measurement items include the weight, thickness, length (side edge, top edge, bottom edge, etc), dimensions of ear band (length, width and between band ends), and position of nose wire (from the top edge, width and height). The study found that there were no significant differences in the weight and thickness measurements between the two sample groups. However, there were notable differences between the double- and tri-fold masks in the values of width and height of their ear bands and the position of nose wires. As the finding of this study indicates that double- and tri-fold masks have different physical features and component measurement values, they can be applied towards developing different types of mask patterns to improve the fit and comfort for different face shapes and sizes.
