IMT-2000용 초소헝 적층형 대역 통과 칩 필터 설계 및 제작

BiN $b_{0.975}$S $b_{0.025}$ $O_4$저온 동시 소결 세라믹 후막 및 적층 세라믹(Multi-Layer Ceramic, MLC) 공정 기술을 이용한 소형 마이크로파 필터를 설계 및 제작하였다. MLC 칩 대역 통과 필터(BPF)는 소형화와 낮은 가격이라는 장점을 가지고 있다. 제안된 필터는 stripline 공진기와 결합 캐패시터로 구성되며, IMT-2000용 단말기의 수신단 통과 대역에 적합하며 통과 대역 아래쪽 저지 대역에 감쇠극이 형성되도록 설계하였다. 상용 마이크로파 회로 및 구조 설계 tool를 이용하여 제안된 MLC칩 대역 통과 필터의 공진기 전자기적 결합량 변화 및 결합 캐패시턴스에 따른 필터의 주파수 특성, 특히 감쇠극의 위치 변화에 대해 살펴보았다. 제작된 MLC 칩 BPF의 주파수 특성은 시뮬레이션 결과와 매우 일치하였다. A Multi-Layer Ceramic (MLC) chip type Band-Pass Filter (BPF) using BiNb$\_$0.975/Sb$\_$0.025/ $O_4$ LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics) and MLC processing is presented. The MLC chip BPF has the benefits of low cost and small size. The BPF consists of coupled stripline resonators and coupling capacitors. The BPF is designed to have an attenuation pole at below the passband for a receiver band of IMT-2000 handset. The computer-aided design technology is applied for analysis of the BPF frequency characteristics. The attenuation pole depends on the coupling between resonators and the coupling capacitance. An equivalent circuit and structure of MLC chip BPF are proposed. The frequency characteristics of the manufactured BPF is well acceptable for IMT-2000 application.

1930년대 송영 희곡 재론(再論) - 소설과의 상관성을 중심으로

This paper is written for an overall prospect toward Song Young's 'Literature'. There has been estimation that Song Yong achieved great accomplishment in playwriting but not in novel writing. This estimation has been a ball and chain to examine his whole 'liturarure'. From this critical mind, this paper analyse Song Young's well-known 1930's plays <Hwanggumsan>, <Yunsiilga>, <shinimisajang> by comparing his several short stories and novels written in similar period. This work desires to demonstrate that Song Young achieved the expected literatual results in both plays and novels. In 1930's novels, Song Young often tells the narratives about a husband exiled by periodical situation and his perseverant wife in many forms. <Hwanggumsan> arouses these narratives in dramatic way on the stage. In <Yunsiilga> Song young brings up the problem of poverty. This problem generates a networks of meaning about social structure by combination with scattered informations in many different novels, like <Boksuni>. Eventually, it can be said that Song Young strewed touchy social issues over his texts, and they seems to do with a huge social structure, namely the empire and colony. Particularly in <shinimisajang>, he not only showed a master satire on the capitalist class also wanted to tell the whole story about popular movements which resisted against Japanese imperialism. As a result, we can say that Song Young is not a playwright bound by class consciousness but a writer who is try to keep tension to the society in same period by gazing at the colony Chosun. 이 글은 송영 ‘문학’을 전체적으로 조망하기 위한 시론의 성격을 갖는다. 그동안 송영이 성공한 ‘극작가’이긴 하지만 소설 창작 영역에서는 실패한 것과 다름없다는 인식은 그의 ‘문학’ 전체의 모습을 정당하게 재구하는 데 큰 걸림돌이 되어왔다. 이러한 문제의식에서 출발한 이 글은 송영이 1930년대 발표한 대표적 희곡 <신임이사장>, <황금산>, <윤씨일가> 등을 그가 비슷한 시기 발표한 장․단편 소설과 함께 검토함으로써, 송영이 희곡과 소설 두 장르 모두에서 일정한 문학적 성취를 이루어냈음을 보이고자 했다. 송영은 1930년대 소설에서 시대적 상황으로 인해 망명한 남편과 그를 기다리며 고난을 인내하는 아내의 서사를 여러 형태로 변주하고 있는데, <황금산>은 그러한 서사를 무대 위에 극적으로 환기시키고 있다. 또한 <윤씨일가>에서 드러나는 딸을 팔아야할 정도로 궁핍한 가난의 문제는 소설 <복순이> 등에 산재된 정보들과 함께 대사회적 의미망을 형성하게 된다. 결국 송영은 민감한 사회적 코드들을 희곡/소설 텍스트에 산재시켜둔 것인데, 이는 제국과 식민지라는 거대한 사회적 구조를 염두에 둔 것이다. 특히 <신임이사장>에는 능숙한 풍자와 함께, 일제의 식민지 지배정책에 맞섰던 민중들의 거대한 움직임의 흔적을 보여주려던 작가의식 드러난다. 이를 통해 송영은 계급의식에만 얽매이지 않고 식민지 조선의 현실을 늘 응시하면서 시대와 사회에 대한 긴장감을 늘 유지하고 있었음을 알 수 있다.

사회복귀시설 종사자의 직무형태 분석을 통한 직무교육 방향성 연구

The purpose of this study is to know the staff's duties and job training contents in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centers. Consequently, this study will be helpful for the improving service performance & efficiency and the making job training programme. For achieving this purpose, delphi survey which is a group facilitation technique and an iterative multistage process was used. The expert panel is composed of thirteen social workers specialized in mental health. During four processes, we can collect qualitative data, which are about the essential job duties and needs of job training. The results of this study are as follows. First, the essential duties of staffs in the facilities are case management, operating psychosocial rehabilitation programs, and administering job rehabilitation programs. Second, preferential needs for job training are case management methods, programs development methods, evaluation techniques for programs, and counselling techniques for improving mental health of clients. Based on this results, the direction for education programs of the staffs might be settled and job training programs will be developed. 본 연구는 사회복귀시설 종사자의 직무형태를 분석하고 이들 종사자들의 전문성을 향상시킬 수 있는 직무교육의 방향성을 제시하여 궁극적으로 사회복귀시설의 서비스 운영 및 성과를 향상시키는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사회복귀시설 종사자가 수행하는 직무의 특성을 충분히 반영한 직무교육의 방향을 모색하고 제안하기 위하여 델파이 조사방법(Delphi Research)을 활용하였다. 연구에 참여한 전문가 패널은 총 13명의 정신보건사회복지사로 구성되었으며, 총 4차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 연구과제를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 주요결과로는 첫째, 사회복귀시설 종사자의 고유한 직무형태는 사례관리 업무, 정신사회재활 프로그램 운영 관련 업무, 직업재활 업무 등인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복귀시설 종사자들에게 가장 필요한 직무교육으로 사례관리 교육과 프로그램 개발과 평가기법교육, 정신과적 면담기법 교육 등으로 나타났다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 사회복귀시설 종사자들을 위한 직무교육의 방향성을 논의하고 제언하였다.

전쟁에서의 죽음을 기억하는 하나의 방식: 6·25전쟁기 공군 전사·순직자를 중심으로

이 논문은 6·25전쟁 기간 중 전사하거나 순직한 공군 소속 장병에 대한 역사적 기록이 기억되고 전승되어 온 방식을 검토한다. 전쟁 수행에 기여하며 죽어 간 그들의 행적을 보다 구체적으로 조감하는 동시에, 공군의 공식적인 역사 서술에서 부지불식간에 누락·간과된 국면들을 새롭게 조명하고자 한다. 이를 통해 전쟁 수행에 직간접적으로 관여한 공군 구성원의 다층적 실체를 풍부하게 드러내는 발판으로 삼고자 한다. 지금까지 공군사는 전쟁 중 사망한 장병 중에 ‘전사 조종사’를 중점적으로 기억하게 만드는 방식으로 서술되어 왔다. 그리고 이러한 서술이 공군의 기관지를 중심으로 문화적으로 재구성되면서 더욱 확고한 역사적 사실로 인식되어 왔다. 하지만 공식적 자료 중에는 전사뿐만 아니라 순직한 장병들의 목록까지 기록하고 있으며, 자신의 임무를 수행하다 죽음을 맞이한 수많은 장병들의 다채로운 이야기들이 상존한다. ‘전사’, ‘조종사’, ‘최초’ 등의 단서조항을 떼어내고 이 자료들을 활용하면 전쟁 중에 사망한 장병들의 목록을 보다 확대할 수 있다. 이들을 충실하게 기억하는 것이야말로 전쟁에서 목숨을 바친 많은 이들의 희생을 의미 있게 하는 일이며, 경중을 따질 수 없는 죽음 그 자체에 역사적 의미를 부여할 수 있는 길이다. This research deals with the way of remembering the R.O.K.A.F Airmen who died during the Korean War. Especially it is expected that not only contributions of the R.O.K.A.F Airmen who gave their lives will be analyzed more concretely, but also the overlooked people of the R.O.K.A.F official history will be clarified. Through this, the complex substance of the R.O.K.A.F members who involved in the conduct of the Korean War will be explained abundantly. Until now, the R.O.K.A.F official history concentrated on ‘the pilots killed in battle’ so naturally they have been remembered remarkably. The historical description about them has been accepted as clear historical facts by the cultural reconstructions through the official organ of the R.O.K.A.F However, the official materials has the lists of not only the pilots killed in battle but also the airmen died at their post. These materials indicates that a lot of stories about the Airmen who died in performing their tasks. Skimming proviso clauses such like ‘killed in battle’, ‘pilot’, ‘the first’, the expanded list about the Airmen who died during the war can be produced. Trying to remember them faithfully can indeed commemorate a spirit of sacrifice of them and find the meaning of the death during the war itself.
