In order to secure competitiveness of companies in the semiconductor industry, state management of equipment is one of the most important key factors. Particularly, after carrying out preventive maintenance (PM) work to maintain the best equipment condition, process reliability inspection is carried out. This work must be performed manually by the intervention of the operator. This inspection work is becoming more and more difficult due to the difficulty of the manufacturing worker, the increase of the simple repetitive workload, and the increase of the inspection items for the engineer, as the condition and the procedure continuously change as the semiconductor scaling down. Therefore, we would like to carry out an empirical study on the construction of an automatic inspection system in order to carry out the more reliable and efficient inspection procedure by eliminating the problems and unreasonableness of the past based on the investigation and analysis of the work procedures and conditions of the existing manual method.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to implement an automated system that automatically handles MCRS problems in semiconductor lines. Methods Standardized and structured the way manual handling of MCRS problems caused by equipment problems. Therefore, MES-based automatic TMAP system, which is an automatic processing method that can be systematically processed, was implemented and applied. Results As a result, in the process of processing MCRS by applying TMAP, the intervention of workers and engineers was minimized, and the working time was reduced by about 23.1%. Conclusion However, the task of confirming the defect image of TMAP judgment is still being performed manually, and further research is needed using new IT technology.

UFT is a new anticancer compound consisting of Tegafur(FT) and uracil in molar ratio of 1:4. The concentration of 5-FU in human carcinomatous tissues after administration of this compound is maintained longer than that in non-carcinomatous tissues, while the blood level of 5-FU is comparatively low and the compound is retained for a shorter time. Administration of UFT had good effect in 5 stomach cancer patients and 1 breast cancer patient who could not use injective drugs of chemotherapy due to side effect of drugs, economic and individual state. We think that the study for the combination therapy of UFT with other anticancer drugs or radiation therapy, immunotherapy will have to be further evaluated.

기술수용이론과 사회적 관계이론을 이용한 소셜커머스 사용에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 연구: 혁신수용단계의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study investigates how technology acceptance and social influence factors have an influence on social commerce usage. The technology acceptance factors include the perceived usefulness, ease of use, and subjective norm, and social influence factors include the bridging and bonding relationship. In order to analyze the study empirically we collected 388 data from college ages and analyzed it using PLS(Partial Least Squares) of structured equation models. The findings in this study are as follows. The first finding shows that the perceived usefulness, bonding relationship, and subjective norm have a statistically significant effect on the intention to use social commerce. The second finding demonstrates that the effect of technology acceptance factors and social influence factors on social commerce usage intention are varied from the innovator/early adopter, early majority, and late majority/laggard group.
