The Experimental study on flame spread over Polyethylene insulated slanted electrical wire was conducted with applied AC electric field. The results showed that flame slanted toward burnt side with AC electric field and slanted angle. The flame spread rate decreased with AC electric field, decreased initially with slanted angle and increased for high slanted angle. Flame extinction was characterized by applied voltage and frequency. Variation of spread rate could be explained by thermal balance mechanism.

Objective: The aim of this study is to show that by calculating the optimal take-over request lead time (TORlt) using the stabilization time, the stabilization time could be fully utilized in research on take-over and reflect the personal driving tendency that variables in the previous study could not perform. Background: In conditional automated driving, the driver is placed in an out-of-the-loop situation. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to take-over request, but there is no official definition of optimal TORlt. In previous studies, they suggested various optimal TORlts, but there is the common limitation that they did not reflect personal driving tendencies. The tendency of personal driving is well observed in longitudinal/lateral control during manual driving, and it is necessary to analyze the stabilization after take-over to see if the driving performance has reached the manual driving level. Method: A total of 46 subjects participated in the study. This study described a take-over situation due to the sudden appearance of obstacles during automated driving using an OpenDS simulator. After the take-over, the driver performed manual driving until it was determined that the vehicle had stabilized on its own. The driving performance related to vehicle stabilization was measured as the standard deviation of speed and steering wheel angle (SWA). Using these, individual stabilization standards and the stabilization time were measured. Four TORlts (3s, 7s, 10s, 15s) were used as independent variables, and one-factor within-subject ANOVA analysis and Fisher"s LSD post-hoc analysis were performed using longitudinal/lateral stabilization time and Dual stabilization time as dependent variables. Results: In lateral stabilization and dual stabilization, there was a significant difference in stabilization time according to the change in TORlts, which was classified into two groups: 3s and more than 7s. And the stabilization time decreased as TORlt increased from 3s to 10s. But when TORlt increased from 10s to 15s, the stabilization time increased again, which was in a U-shape. Conclusion: The optimal TORlt calculated using the stabilization time reflecting individual stabilization standards is about 10 seconds, which is similar to previous studies. Application: This means that the stabilization time can sufficiently replace the role of variables used in the previous take-over studies. In addition, since individual stabilization standards were applied and analyzed, there is a sufficient advantage in that it can reflect personal driving tendencies.

본 연구는 델파이 기법을 활용하여 프로배구에 대한 전문가의 경험과 견해 등을 통해 미래 예측, 불분명한 문제를 파악하고 프로배구 발전 방향을 모색하여 프로배구의 인지도 향상 및 활성화를 위한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 프로배구와 관련된 전문가를 대상으로 총 2차에 걸쳐 조사를 진행하였다. 전문가 집단으로는 프로배구 협회 임직원 7명, 구단 임직원 7명, 감독 및 코치 7명, 학계 7명 총 28명으로 구성하였으며, 경력은 최소 7년 이상인 전문가를 대상을 선정하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 행정요인에서는 행정 부처 간 협력체계 구축이 1순위로 나타났다. 둘째, 정책요인에서는 현장 중심으로 한 중장기 발전계획 수립이 1순위로 나타났다. 셋째, 재정요인에서는 다양한 스폰서 유치가 1순위로 나타났다. 넷째, 지도자 요인에서는 분야별 전문지도자 확보가 1순위로 나타났다. 마지막 다섯째, 마케팅요인에서는 스포테인먼트가 마케팅 1순위로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과가 프로배구활성화를 위한 미래경영전략의 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다 This study applies the Delphi method to forecast future trends, identify indistinct problems, and explore areas of improvement in the field of professional volleyball based on expert insight. Ultimately, the study aims to raise awareness and vitalize the sport. To this end, two sets of surveys were conducted targeting experts in the professional volleyball industry. The panel consisted of 28 experts, including 7 senior board members of the Professional Volleyball Association, 7 executives of professional teams, 7 professional coaches, and 7 academics relating to the field. Only those with 7 or more years of experience in the field were selected as part of the panel. The findings of the study are as follows. First, among administrative factors, establishing a system of cooperation between different administrative wings of organizations was ranked first. Second, among policy factors, enacting field-based, mid to long-term development plans was ranked first. Third, among financial factors, attracting diverse sets of sponsors was ranked first. Fourth, among leadership factors, securing leaders with expertise in each field was ranked first. Lastly, among marketing factors, “sportainment” was ranked first. Nitrogen (N) is an essential element for Zoysia matrella growth, and its application rate was not established in the Z. matrella. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of the N application rates on growth and establish the optimum nitrogen application rate for Z. matrella. Treatments were as follows; control (0 N g/㎡/month), 1N (1 N g/m2/month), 2N (2 N g/㎡/month), 3N (3 N g/㎡/month), 4N (4 N g/㎡/month), and 5N (5 N g/㎡/month). Turfgrass visual quality was improved by the N application. Clipping yield increased by 90~194% in all N treatments than that of control. As compared to control, the grass shoot weight in the 3N, 4N, and 5N treatments increased by 52%, 43%, and 111%, respectively, and the stolon weight in the 4N and 5N treatments increased by 412% and 201%. The N uptake amount and N recovery rate were to be 4.10~6.28 g/m² and 14~58%, respectively. These results indicated that considering growth factors like visual quality, clipping yield, N uptake amount, and N recovery, the application rate of 2~3 N g/m2/month was suggested to be suitable for Z. matrella production.

An experimental study on downwardly and upwardly spreading flames over slanted electrical wire, which is insulated by Polyethylene(PE), was conducted with applied AC electric field. The result showed that downwardly and upwardly spreading flames with angle of inclination leaned toward burnt side and unburned side, respectively. With applied AC electric fields, size of downwardly spreading flame decreased slightly and that of upwardly spreading flame increased significantly. Flame spread rate showed various trends in terms of inclination, applied voltage and frequency.
