      • 지역아동센터 종사자의 근로조건과 처우개선에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 사회가 발달할수록 양극화가 심화되고 결손가정 아동교육과 돌봄을 위한 지역아동센터의 수요가 급증하고 있는 상황에 아동교육, 돌봄 등 서비스 질과 밀접한 관계가 있는 종사자의 대해 연구하였다. 이에 지역아동센터 수는 점차 늘어가고 있지만, 그에 따른 국가적 지원은 여전히 부족하다. 이러한 문제의식에 이 연구에서는 지역아동센터 종사자의 처우개선에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구 와 광주광역시 지역아동센터 202개 기관, 센터장 122명, 생활복지사 121명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 기술통계와 교차분석 등을 실시하여 지역아동센터 종사자의 처우개선에 대해 살펴보았다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 최저임금수준의 근로자 권한에 대한 자긍심보다 에너지 소진에 대한 상실감과 박탈감이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 담당직무 만족도에서 센터장 매우 만족 5.7%, 만족 76.2%, 생활복지사 매우만족 0.0%, 만족 8.2%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지역아동센터 종사자의 근로조건을 개선하여 조직의 활성화와 근로자의 잠재능력 및 창의력을 극대화함으로써 아동 교육, 돌봄, 상담 등 문제해결 능력과 학습의욕을 고취시킬 수 있음을 시사해 준다. As society advances, income disparity is widening, and the places for children from broken families are disappearing. The number of local children’s centers, recognized as second homes for children from broken families, is rising, yet government support is inadequate. The goal of this research is to study improvements in the treatment of local children’s center workers. For this study, a survey of 202 centers in Gwangju Metropolitan City was conducted via email. Sixty percent of those contacted responded, comprising 122 directors and 121 social workers. Statistical analysis was conducted primarily using frequency analysis, technical analysis, and cross tabulation. The results of this study showed that minimum-income-level workers were experiencing dejection and deprivation due to fatigue, rather than self-esteem because of their profession. In terms of work satisfaction, 5.7% of directors reported being very satisfied and 76.2% reported that they were satisfied. No social workers reported that they were very satisfied and 8.2% reported that they were satisfied. Such results suggest that improving the working conditions of workers in local children’s centers may revitalize the organization and maximize the potential ability and creativity of the workers, thereby instilling problem-solving skills and motivation for learning.

        창의적 코딩교육 플랫폼 설계에 관한 연구

        Since the announcement of the revised curriculum in 2015, coding education has been promoted from elementary school to all social computer education. However, in the actual field of education, students are being informed of the code they have already created and imitating them as they are, and not as creative computing classes, as well. Therefore, it is difficult to code, make and realize what students think. In this study, we studied basic science such as mathematics and physics through Arduino education, and proposed a co-production coding education platform using 3D pen for creative thinking effect based on computing thought. The result of the practical and satisfaction survey using the proposed method, the proposed creative coding education platform resulted in improvements in creative computational thinking through hands-on activities to create finished products considering spatial and visual aspects.

        교육공간의 통합안전시스템 구축을 위한 드론 기반 시뮬레이션

        In this research, we developed an integrated safety system with the drone patrol function to respond to traffic accidents that frequently occur in school zones. The drone-based safety management system includes not only a collision prevention algorithm using CCTV images and drone but also a simulation function for optimal response after an event occurs. So as to enhance the safety of drone patrol, we applied a collision avoidance algorithm and implemented a Unity based virtual simulator. Moreover, we designed the system to connect school, police station, and fire station in real time with the simulation results that use images when school drop off and pick up time.

        디지털 대전환이 가속화되는 4차 산업혁명기에 코로나 펜데믹의 장기화는 세계 경제 · 사회 활성화를 위축시키고, 사회조직과 개인의 일상을 급격하게 변화시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 특징과 범위, 사회경제조직의 역할과 전략 등을 분석하고, 학습 취약계층 및 교육 불균형 현상을 극복하기 위한 포스트 코로나 시대에 필요한 사회적 기업의 교육 비즈니스 모델을 제시한다. During the 4th Industrial Revolution, when the digital transformation is accelerating, the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic is dampening global economic and social revitalization and rapidly changing the daily lives of social organizations and individuals. In this study, both the characteristics and scope of social company and strategies of socioeconomic organizations are analyzed. And also, educational business models for social enterprises necessary in the post-COVID-19 era to overcome learning vulnerable groups and educational imbalances are proposed.

        생애주기별 생활안전에 대한 실감형 안전 체험교육에 관한 연구

        Sinking of MV Sewol, the need for experience education programs for each of the six safety life cycles emerged. In response, the government announced the first basic plan for national safety education in 2017 to improve the peoples ability to prevent and cope with disasters and safety accidents. The implementation plan for national safety education was designed to expand experience-oriented safety education, create a foundation for promoting safety education and strengthen the overall function of safety education. Public demand for efficient hands-on education methods is increasing through realistic safety education and content development using new ICT technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, Internet of Things, and big data. In this study, we are going to develop intelligent platform that can standardize life safety prevention services and integrate safety information by institutions that can feel safety awareness and secure safety in daily life, and practical educational content technology. We suggested strengthen safety education capabilities and prevent damage to actual disaster sites by reorganizing contents based on Korea Age-specific Safety Education Map.

        미래교육과 교육공간의 혁신에 관한 연구

        People want to communicate with each other by creating a virtual space called a metaverse and placing an avatar in there. Whether it is virtual or real, it is absolutely necessary for humans to create a space where people can communicate. As non-face-to-face online education has been activated since the outbreak of COVID-19, professors have improved their educational methods so that students can participate by using various programs other than one-sided teaching methods in existing classrooms. In this process, students and professors recognized changes in educational space and required various educational spaces together. As a smart educational environment is required, classrooms without computers and monitors now feel stuffy. This study simulated and implemented the educational space to recognize the change in the educational space as a demand for these changes and to change the educational space in various ways from the perspective of learners as part of future education. It is expected that communication between professors and students in school classrooms will be expanded through such efficient use of educational space. Through this study, it is expected that the change in smart educational space will have a great influence on creating a future society in the digital transformation era by providing satisfaction and convenience to students.

        노인의 건강상대, 우울 및 삶의 질 연구

        Purpose: This is a descriptive research to examine the level of health status, depression, and quality of life in the elderly, the relations among the factors. Methods: Subjects were 441 elders in Seoul and Gyung-gi province. Data were collected from July 10, 2006 to October 30, 2006. Measures were CMI, GDS, and SF-36. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, T-test, and ANOVA. Results: (1) The health status was the average of 1.75, which indicates being good. Depression was the average of 2.85, which indicate being high, and the quality of life was the average of 2.72, which indicate being moderately. (2) The relations indicate that the better status of health is related with the lower depression, and the better status of health is related with the higher quality of life, and the higher depression is related with the lower quality of life. (3) The health status, depression, and quality of life all showed significant differences according to age, education, past occupation, current occupation, dwelling pattern, monthly pocket money, living expense. Conclusion: for nursing intervention strategies, it are requested the special attention of the current occupation level and interpersonal relation ship in older people.
