      • UTD를 이용한 위성 탑재용 옵셋 복반사판 안테나의 부반사판 해석

        A subreflector of an offset dual reflecor antenna system mounted on satelite is analyzed by Uniform Geometrical Theory of Diffraction(UTD). In order to get the total electric field at an observation point, the reflected field and the diffracted fields obtained by UTD are summed. The reflected point and the diffracted points which have to satisfy nonlinear equations are obtained by numerical methods. The numerical results show taht diffracted fields eliminate the discontinuity of reflected fields at the shadow boundary. To show the validity of our results, the field pattern of the symmetric hyperboloidal reflector is computed and compared with S. W. Lee et al.'s results. At various obsevation angles, radiation patterns of offset ellipsoidal subreflectors offseted by a circular corn and by an elliptic corn are obrained, repectivelly.

        軍 드론 위협 요인 분석과 대응방안에 대한 고찰

        개인으로부터 공공기관까지 다양한 분야에서 드론이 활용되고 발전되면서 우리의 생활을 편리하게 해주 는 순기능도 있지만, 보안 취약점을 악용한 범죄, 드론을 사용한 테러 등 드론으로 인한 위협이 증가되고 있는 추 세이다. 최근 북한은 드론을 이용하여 우리의 영토를 침투하는 등 도발을 자행한 사례도 있으며, 우리 軍은 드론 으로 인한 위협을 분석하고 대응방안을 강구해야 하는 현실이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 軍 드론 위협의 요인을 분 석하기 위해 민간 및 軍의 드론 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사 연구를 수행하였으며, 재검사신뢰도 검사를 통해 연구 결과의 신뢰성을 확인하였다. 설문조사의 분석된 내용을 기반으로 軍 드론 위협의 요인(보안 위협, 물리적 위협, 법제도적 문제점)을 분석하였고 물리적·기술적·법 제도적 측면 대응방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 軍內 드론 위협을 분석하는 기본 데이터로 활용될 것으로 기대된다. There are many good functions that make our lives convenient as drones are used in various fields from individuals to public institutions, but threats of drones, such as crimes that exploit security vulnerabilities and terror by using drones, are increasing. Recently, our military is in need of analysis and countermeasure from threats of drones because of North Korea had some cases of invasion of our territory by using drones. Therefore, we did surveys from public and military drone professionals for analyzing factors of military drone threats. It also has been confirmed on the test of reliability inspection. Factors of military drone threats(Security threat, Physical threat, Legal and institutional problems) are analyzed from the survey, and physical, thchnical, and legal countermeasures are provided. Research findings are expected to use of analyzing drone threats as a basic data.

        CF4/O2 Gas Chemistry에 의해 식각된 Ru 박막의 표면 반응

        Ru thin films were etched using CF4/O2 plasma in an ICP (inductively coupled plasma etching) system. The maximum etch rate of Ru thin films was 168 nm/min at a CF4/O2 gas mixing ratio of 10 %. The selectivity of SiO2 over Ru was 1.3. From the OES (optical emission spectroscopy) analysis, the optical emission intensity of the O radical had a maximum value at 10 % CF4 gas concentration and decrease with further addition of CF4 gas, but etch slope was enhanced. From XPS (x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) analysis, the surface of the etched Ru thin film in CF4/O2 chemistry shows Ru-F bonds by the chemical reaction of Ru and F. RuFx compounds were suggested as a surface passivation layer that reduces the chemical reactions between Ru and O radicals. From a FE-SEM (field emission scanning electron microscope) micrograph, we had an almost perpendicular taper angle of 89°.

      • 海藻類 添加給食에 依한 白鼠의 蛋白質代謝에 關한 硏究

        This study was conducted in order to observe the protein metabolism of the albino rats after feeding mixed diets of rice and several seaweeds. The experimental diets were isocaloric and isonitrogenous containing 375 kcal and 10.7gm per 100gm respectively. In the experimental diet was furrished to 20% of the total protein from the seaweeds and the skim milk used as the standard diet. The experimental animals, 182 male albino rats, the range of body weight were from 120 gm to 130 gm and divided into five dietary groups; control diet, porphyra diet, monostroma diet, undaria diet and laminaria diet group, and were fed for 14 weeks with corresponding diet. The total nitrogen, amino acid nitrogen, urea-nitrogen content and activities of the GOT and GPT in the liver and serum, and total nitrogen, urea-nitrogen, creatinine and urea-N/creatinine ratio in the urine, respectively, were observed. The results obtained were summaried as follows: 1. The gain weight of body and liver was lower in laminaria died group than any other diet groups. 2. The content of total protein in the liver and serum were no remarkable difference than other groups. 3. The content of amino acid nitrogen in the serum was showed high level in laminaria diet group after two weeks feeding and after six weeks feeding. 4. The contents of urea-nitrogen in the serum was showed high level in porphyra, undaria and laminaria diet group, specially in laminaria diet group, than control group after two weeks feeding and showed high level also in laminaria diet group after six and fourteen weeks feeding. 5. The activity of GPT in the liver and serum was decreased after two weeks feeding in the monostroma and laminaria diet groups but increased after fourteen weeks. 6. The activity of GOT in the liver and serum was decreased continuously after two weeks feeding in the laminaria diet group and increased in the serum after fourteen weeks. But there were showed lower activities in seaweeds diet groups than control group after six weeks feeding. 7. Total amount of nitrogen in the urine was lower level in undaria and laminaria diet groups than control group after four weeks. 8. The amount of urea-nitrogen in urine was showed higher level in seaweeds diet groups than control diet group. 9. The amount of creatinine in urine was showed higher level in porphyra and laminaria diet groups than cotrol group two and four weeks while showed low level in seaweeds diet groups after fourteen weeks feeding. It is concluded from the above results that the nutritional effects of the seaweeds except laminaria are considerably useful for supplemnting to the rice diet and good source of provisions.

        Ar/CF<sub>4</sub> 유도결합 플라즈마를 이용한 BET 박막의 식각 메카니즘

        Bi$_4$-$_{x}$EU$_{x}$Ti$_3$O$_{12}$ (BET) thin films were etched by inductively coupled CF$_4$/Ar plasma. We obtained the maximum etch rate of 78 nm/min at the gas mixing ratio of CF$_4$(10%)/Ar(90%). The variation of volume density for F and Ar atoms are measured by the optical emission spectroscopy. As CF$_4$increased in CF$_4$/Ar plasma, the emission intensities of F increase, but Ar atoms decrease, which confirms our suggestion that emission intensity is proportional to the volume density of atoms. From X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the intensities of the Bi-O, the Eu-O and the Ti-O peaks are changed. By pure Ar plasma, intensity peak of the oxygen-metal (O-M : TiO$_2$, Bi$_2$O$_3$, Eu$_2$O$_3$) bond was seemed to disappear while the intensity of pure oxygen peak showed an opposite tendency. After the BET thin films was etched by CF$_4$/Ar plasma, the peak intensity of O-M bond increase slowly, but more quickly than that of peak belonged to pure oxygen atoms due to the decrease of Ar ion bombardment. Scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate etching Profile. The Profile of etched BET thin film was over 85$^{\circ}$..

        The radiation characteristics of the subreflector of a shaped dual offset reflector antenna are analyzed by the uniform theory of diffraction(UTD). The discrete shaped subreflector profile is transformed into an analytic function by the global interpolation. To obtain the first and the second derivative terms on the surface, the local interpolation method is used. The reflection point needed for the geometrical optics(GO) is found by using the multi-dimensional function minimizing algorithm. The radiation pattern of a Gregorian type shaped subreflector is presented. The characteristics of the radiation patterns for various feed edge taperings and frequencies are examined.
