        산재환자의 주관적 구강건강상태와 보건태도가 구강건강 영향지수(OHIP)에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the oral health impact profile (OHIP) in the industrial accident injury patients, and the effect of subjective perception and attitude of oral health on the oral health-related quality of life in industrial injury patients. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 496 industrial accident injury patients from October 29 to November 30, 2013. Data were analyzed using SPSS ver 20.0 program for chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Results : The OHIP-14 was higher oral health-related quality of life in young people, women, highly educated persons, and those having high income and frequent scaling service. The subjective perception and attitude of oral health was closely correlated to the OHIP-14. The factors influencing on the oral health-related quality of life were the subjective perception and attitude toward oral health. Conclusions : It is necessary to emphasize the oral health promotion program for industrial injury patients. The government should pay more attention to the policy for the improvement of the oral health of industrial accident injury patients in the future.

        청소년의 자아분화 수준 및 자아존중감이 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 청소년의 자아분화, 자아존중감, 학교생활 적응과의 관계와, 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하는 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구 대상은 2011년 5월 9일부터 27일까지 K시에 소재한 2개 중학교 재학생508명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 n (%), t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffe test, Pearsons Correlation Coefficient 및 multiple regression analysis를 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상자 학교생활 적응은 학년, 성별, 성적, 모 교육수준, 가정경제수준에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대상자의 자아분화 총점 평균은 102점, 자아존중감 평균은 27.3점, 학교생활 적응 총점 평균은 63.6점으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대상자 학교생활 적응은 자아분화(r=.54, p<.001) 및 자아존중감(r=.52, p=.001)과 정적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대상자 학교생활 적응을 설명해주는 변인으로 자아분화 수준의 하위영역에서 가족퇴행, 정서적 단절, 인지?정서적 기능, 가족투사와 자아존중감, 그리고 일반적 특성에서 성별(여), 모 교육수준(대학교이상), 성적(상)이 확인되었으며, 46.5%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 청소년의 학교생활 적응을 이해하기 위해서는 인간의 기본적 발달이 이루어지고 초기 소속집단인 가족적 맥락을 고려하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 청소년기 학교생활 적응 관리를 위한 간호중재 개발 시 가정환경을 고려한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of self-differentiation, self-esteem and school adjustment among adolescents. Methods: The data were collected from 508 adolescents and analyzed using n (%), t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression with the SPSS 16.0program. Results: First, School adjustment was different for grade, gender, level of mothers education, and economics level. Second, Subjects of self-differentiation was the average score 102 points, self-esteem average score 27.3 points and school adjustment average score 63.6 points..Third, Self-differentiation and self-esteem had a significant positive correlation with school adjustment. Fourth, Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that family regression, emotional cutoff, recognition?emotional function and family projection in self-differentiation, self-esteem and gender(female), level of mothers education(above university), and grade(high) explained 46.5% of the total variance in school adjustment. Conclusion: Self-differentiation and self-esteem were confirmed as having an influence on school adjustment. We need to develop a nursing intervention program that can manage adolescents school adjustment. When providing such programs, the family must be included.

        청소년의 가족기능 및 자아존중감이 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 청소년의 가족기능, 자아존중감이 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2011년 9월 19일부터 9월 30일까지이며, 연구대상은 일 도시에 재학 중인 남녀 고등학생 406명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA 및 Scheffe"s test. 상관관계분석 및 단계별 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 스트레스는 가족기능(r=-.107), 자아존중감(r=-.135)과 부적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 스트레스를 설명해주는 변인으로 가족기능 총점, 가족기능 하부영역에서 정서적 반응성, 의사소통, 자아존중감, 일반적 특성에서 성별, 학년으로 나타났으며, 30.4%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 청소년기 스트레스 문제에 대한 예방과 관리를 위한 간호 중재프로그램의 개발이 필요하며, 중재프로그램을 실시할 때 가족에 대한 개입도 함께 이루어져야 함을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of family function, self esteem and stress in adolescents. Data were collected from 406 adolescents and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS 18.0 program. Stress differed according to gender, grade, parent relationship satisfaction. Family function and self esteem had a significant negative correlation with stress. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed total family function, emotional reactivity, communication in family function, self esteem, gender (female), grade (3rd) explained 30.4% of the total variance in stress. The findings indicate that family function and self esteem have an influence on stress. We need to develop and provide nursing intervention programs to prevent and manage adolescent"s stress problems and include the family in these programs.

        청소년의 충동성, 자아존중감, 우울수준이 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 청소년의 충동성, 자아존중감, 우울 정도가 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 2010년 10월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 K시 소재 2개의 중학교에 재학 중인 중학생 415명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관관계분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교생활 적응은 충동성(r= -.53), 자아존중감(r= .51), 우울 정도(r= -.56)와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학생의 학교생활 적응을 설명해주는 변인으로 학업성적, 충동성, 자아존중감, 우울 정도가 나타났으며, 51.8%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 중학생의 학교생활 적응과 충동성, 자아존중감, 우울 정도에 대한 이해를 돕고, 중학생의 학교생활 적응을 증진하기 위한 간호중재의 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the predictors of impulsive behavior, self esteem, and depression on school adjustment of adolescents. The original data were collected using questionnaire from the sample of 415 middle school students selected by convenient sampling. The data were collected from October 1 to November 30, 2010. The data was conducted by using a correlations coefficient and the hierarchical regression. The major findings of this study were as follows. Firstly, the school adjustment correlates with the impulsiveness(r= -.53), the self esteem(r= .51), and the depression(r= -.56). Secondly, the school adjustment was significantly associated with academic performance, impulsiveness, self esteem, and depression, which explained 51.8% of variance in school adjustment. These results may contribute to a better understanding of impulsiveness, self esteem, depression, and school adjustment of adolescents. Therefore, programs for prompting adolescentss school adjustment should be a planned based on results of the study.

        청소년의 자아존중감, 충동성 및 정신건강이 휴대전화 중독에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 청소년의 휴대전화 중독군과 비중독군의 자아존중감, 충동성 및 정신건강을 파악하고, 휴대전화 중독에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 중학생 239명으로, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 program을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차, χ2-test, Fishers exact test, t-test, Logistic regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 휴대전화 중독군과 비중독군의 일반적 특성에서 차이를 보인 변수는 학년, 성별 사용기간, 구입동기, 문자메세지 이용횟수/1일, 용도, 요금, 통화상대이다. 둘째, 휴대전화 중독군이 비중독군보다 자아존중감은 낮고, 충동성과 정신건강 점수는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 휴대전화 중독에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감, 무계획충동성, 정신건강 총점, 학년, 성별, 사용기간, 문자메시지 횟수/일로 나타났다. 본 연구는 청소년의 휴대전화 중독에 자아존중감, 충동성 및 정신건강의 역할을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점과 청소년의 휴대전화 중독예방을 위한 중재방안의 기초 자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was done to investigate the relationship between self esteem, impulsive behavior and mental health among adolescents who were cellular phone addiction and those who were not. Methods: The data were collected using questionnaire from the sample of 239 middle school students. The data were collected from April 8 to 19, 2013. Data were analyzed using frequencies, means, χ2-test, Fishers exact test, t-test and logistic regression analysis with SPSS 20.0. Results: Firstly, Significant differences were found for grade, sex, period, buying motives, the number of the messages/day, use, phone bill, callers between students who were cellular phone addiction and those who were not. Secondly, Self esteem for the cellular phone addiction were lower than for those in the non-addiction group, and impulsive behavior and mental health were higher. Thirdly, The logistic regression analysis revealed that self esteem, non-planning impulsiveness, mental health total, grade, sex, period, and the number of the messages/day significantly associated with being a cellular phone addiction. Conclusions: The result of this study offer basic data for the development of intervention programs to prevent adolescents cellular phone addiction.

        청소년의 우울 및 충동성이 흡연에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 흡연군과 비흡연군 청소년의 우울 및 충동성을 파악하고, 흡연에 영향을 미치는 위험요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 2012년 7월 2일부터 13일까지 일 지역에 재학 중인 중학생 249명(55.1%), 고등학생 203명(44.9%)이었으며, 수집된 자료는 χ²2-test, t-test, Logistic regression analysis를 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 청소년(중ㆍ고등학생) 흡연율은 19.2%로 나타났다. 첫째, 흡연군과 비흡연군의 일반적 특성에서 차이가 나타난 변수는 성별, 학업성취 수준, 학교생활 만족도, 가족 구성형태, 부모관계 만족도이다. 둘째, 우울과 충동성은 흡연군이 비흡연군 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 우울군에 흡연군(88.5%)이 비흡연군(32.6%)보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 흡연에 영향을 미치는 위험요인은 우울, 운동충동성, 학업성취 수준으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 흡연 예방을 위한 중재프로그램의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. This study was to investigate the relationship between depression and impulsive behavior among adolescents. The data were collected using questionnaire from the sample of 452 middle and high school students. The data were collected from July 2 to 13, 2012. Data were analyzed using frequencies, means, χ²-test, t-test and logistic regression analysis (SPSS 20.0). The major findings of this study were as follows. Adolescents smoking rate were 19.2%. Firstly, Significant differences were found for Sex, school achievement levels, school of life satisfaction, family living together, parental relationship satisfaction between smoking group and non-smoking group. Secondly, Depression and impulsive behavior of smoking group were higher than non-smoking group. Thirdly, The logistic regression analysis revealed that depression, motor impulsiveness, and school achievement levels were significantly associated with smoking. The results of this study offer basic data for the development of intervention programs to prevent adolescents smoking.

        간호사의 자원동원성, 의사소통유형이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향

        This study was done to identify the impact of resourcefulness and communication style on nursing performance in nurses working in hospitals. Method: Though a convenience sampling method 312 nurses were recruited between from July 4 and 17, 2011. Data were collected using a questionnaire, which included items on work related characteristics, resourcefulness, communication style, and nursing performance. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) There were significant relationships between nursing performance and resourcefulness (p<.001), informative communication style (p<.001), affiliativeness communication style (p<.001), and dominance communication style (p<.001). 2) The nursing performance was significantly associated with career in current department, resourcefulness, informative communication style, affiliativeness communication style, and dominance communication style in capability which explained 45.6% of variance in nursing performance. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate a relationship between resourcefulness, communication style, and nursing performance in hospital nurses indicating the need to use the study results to plan programs to prompt nurses in their use of resourcefulness and communication style in nursing care.

        청소년의 자아분화수준, 자아존중감 및 정신건강 간의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of self differentiation, self esteem and mental health in adolescents. Methods: Data were collected from 829 adolescents and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe`s test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with the SPSS 14.0 program. Results: Mental health differed according to grade, level of father`s and mother`s education. Self differentiation and self esteem had a significant negative correlation with mental health. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed emotional cutoff, family projection, cognitive emotional function, and family regression in self differentiation, self esteem, level of mother`s education explained 24.4% of the total variance in mental health. Conclusion: The findings indicate that self differentiation and self esteem have an influence on mental health. We need to develop and provide nursing intervention programs to prevent and manage adolescent`s mental health problems and include the family in these programs.

        금연준비단계 대학생의 니코틴의존도 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing nicotine dependency among college students intending to quit smoking, and to provide data for the construction of programs that will be successful in helping the students quit smoking. Method: In this study a cross-sectional survey to analyze was used. The data were collected between April 22 and April 24, 2013 from 218 college students who had unsuccessfully tried to quit smoking in the past but were now intending to try and quit smoking again. Data were analyzed using frequency, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression with the SPSS 21.0. Results: Factors influencing nicotine dependency were self-efficacy for smoking abstinence (t=-6.60, p=<.001), length of time since beginning to smoke (t=5.39, p<.001), level of carbon monoxide intake (t=2.38, p=.018), and withdrawal symptoms as reasons why the students failed to quit smoking (t=2.22, p=.028). These 4 variables accounted for 35.0% of the variance with regard to nicotine dependency. Conclusions: To conduct a successful program for students who intend to quit smoking, self-efficacy for smoking abstinence, length of time since beginning to smoke, level of carbon monoxide, and withdrawal symptoms as reasons for failing to quit smoking should be considered.

        청소년의 가족기능과 우울이 충동성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The study was done to influence of family function and degree of depression on impulsive behavior in adolescents. Method: Using convenience sampling 780 adolescents were recruited from October 29 and November 9, 2011. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires which included items on general characteristics, family function, depression, and impulsive behavior. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) There was a significant negative relationship between family function and impulsive behavior (r=-.236, p<.001) and a positive relationship between depression and impulsive behavior (r=.342, p<.001). 2) Factors with asignificant negative association with impulsive behavior were higher school records (β=-.112, p<.001) and family function: positive resolution of family problems (β=-.213, p=.008), while a significant positive association was found for unsatisfactory school life (β=.103, p=.016), family function: emotional reactivity (β=.159, p=.028), and depression (β=.301, p<.001). These variables explained 20.1% of variance for impulsive behavior. Conclusion: The results of this study identify a relationship between family function, depression, and impulsive behavior in adolescents indicating variables to be addressed to reduce impulsive behavior. These variables can be used in developing intervention programs.
