        유도 경기규칙 개정에 따른 경기내용분석: 2016년 리우올림픽과 2020년 도쿄올림픽 비교

        본 연구는 유도 종목의 경기규칙 개정에 따라 경기내용이 어떻게 변화하였는지 확인하기 위해 2016년 리우올림픽(429경기)과 2020년 도쿄올림픽(426경기) 대회를 비교 분석하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석과 백분율(%), 교차분석(χ²)을 실시하였으며 통계적 유의수준은 ⍺=.05로 설정하였다. 연구결과 여자선수들의 득점유형에서는 차이가 나타났지만(p<.001), 남자선수들은 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p=.165). 기술득점경기의 점수유형에서는 남ㆍ여 모두 차이가 나타났으며(p<001. p<.001) 벌칙득점경기의 점수유형에서도 남ㆍ여 모두 차이가 나타났다(p<.001, p<.001). 남자선수(34.7%)와 여자선수(17.2%) 모두 ‘골든스코어’ 경기가 증가하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 남ㆍ여 선수 모두 기술득점경기는 증가하고 벌칙득점 경기는 감소하여 긍정적인 결과를 나타냈지만 남자선수들의 경우 한판승 경기가 감소하였다. 둘째, ‘지도’가 승패를 결정할 수 없는 규정으로 인해 남ㆍ여 선수 모두 골든스코어 경기가 급격히 증가했다. 셋째, 남자선수들은 경기시간이 단축됨으로 연장전 경기가 증가되고 이로 인해 ‘한판’이 감소하였다. 결론적으로 국제유도연맹이 경기규칙을 변경하므로 긍정적인 유도(Positive Judo)의 목표는 부분적으로 이루었지만 모든 목표가 달성되지는 않았다. 향후 국제유도연맹의 새로운 규칙을 도입할 때 유도 경기내용분석에 대한 연구는 현장에서 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이며 유도 경기분석에 관련된 연구를 지속적으로 모색하여 다가올 2024년 파리올림픽에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study compared and analyzed the 2016 Rio Olympics (429 games) and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics (426 games) to see how the contents of the event changed according to the revision of the judo rules. For data processing, frequency analysis, percentage (%), and cross-Vaildation (χ²) were performed, and the statistical significance level was set to ⍺=.05. As a result of the study, there was a difference in the scoring patterns of female athletes (p=.001), There was no difference in male athletes (p=.165). There was a difference in the score type of the Positive(p=001. p<.001), and there was a difference in the score type of the Negative for both males and females (p<.001, p<.001). Both male players (34.7%) and female players (17.2%) showed an increase in Golden Score matches. To summarize the results of this study, First, both male and female players increased Positive and decreased Negative, but it is difficult to interpret this as a positive result because the ippon for male players decreased. Second, due to the rule that ‘Shido’ cannot decide whether to win or lose, both men and women’s and women’s Golden Score matches have increased sharply. Third, due to the shortened game time for male players, overtime matches increased, which resulted in a decrease in ippon. In conclusion, as the International Judo Federation changed its rules of play, the goal of positive Judo was partially achieved, but not all goals were achieved. When introducing new rules by the International Judo Federation in the future, research on judo content analysis will be used as useful data in the field and is expected to contribute to the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics by continuously seeking research related to judo analysis.

      • LC-MS/MS를 이용한 벌꿀 중 잔류동물용의약품 분석법 개발

        The Positive List System (PLS) will be implemented for veterinary drug residues in food from 2024, therefore this study focused on the establishment of more sensitive analytical method for veterinary drug residues in honey, propolis, and royal jelly. For analysis, 8 veterinary drugs frequently used in honey, such as antibiotics and anthelmintics, were selected. The target analytes were extracted from honey, propolis, and royal jelly samples by using 80% acetonitrile, and then purified with C<sub>18</sub> and acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. The LC-MS/MS analysis was performed on a reverse-phase C<sub>18</sub> column (2.1 × 150 mm, 3.5 μm) with gradient elution using 0.1% formic acid in water and 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile as mobile phases. Method validation was proceeded for honey, propolis, and royal jelly at three concentrations, 1×LOQ, 2×LOQ and 10×LOQ (limit of quantification) or 0.5×MRL, 1×MRL and 2×MRL. The coefficient of linearity presents good linearity at matrix-matched calibration curves (R<sup>2</sup>>0.99). At all concentrations, the recoveries were ranged from 70.9% to 118.9% and the coefficient of variability (CV) were lower than 10%. These results met the CODEX guideline (CAC/GL 71-2009) requirements to analyze veterinary drug residues in food products.

        도토리묵의 물리적 특성 -Puncture test 와 Back Extrusion test-

        도토리묵의 관통검사와 Back Extrusion test를 실시하여 각각의 특징적인 force-distance curve를 구하였다. 관통검사시에 관여하는 compression force와 shear force의 기여도를 알기 위하여 $K{\acute{c}}$와 $K{\acute{s}}$를 계산하였다. 도토리묵의 관통에는 compression force가 훨씬 더 크게 기여하고, 도토리묵의 농도가 클수록 탐침의 지름이 커질수록 그 기여도가 더 증가하였다. Back Extrusion test에 의해 얻어지는 maximum Extrusion force는 시료량의 증감에는 변화가 없었지만, 도토리묵의 농도가 증가함에 따라서는 그 값이 증가하였다. The typical force-distance curves by puncture test and Back Extrusion test of acorn flour gels were investigated. Kc' and Ks' were calculated to estimate the compression and shear components of a puncture force. In this study, compression effect played a major role. The more concentration of acorn flour gel and diameter of probe increased, the more compression force contributed to the puncture force. In the Back Extrusion test, the effect of increasing the sample size was to extend the length of the plateau without affecting the maximum force. However, as the concentration of acorn flour gel increased, maximum Extrusion force became larger.

        도토리묵의 물리적 특성

        $3^{3}$ 요인배치법에 의하여, 농도 저장시간 저장온도의 차이에 따를 도토리묵의 물리적 특성 변화를, Instron Universal Testing Machine을 사용하여 측정 비교하였다. 도토리묵의TPA curve는 첫 번째 압착에서 두개의 peak를 보이고, negative peak는 나타나지 않았다. 견고성과 절단성은 농도 저장시간 저장온도의 세 인자들의 변화에 대해 매우 유의적인 차이를 보이고, 두 peak의 높이 차이는 농도와 저장온도의 변화에 의해 특히 영향을 받으며 저장시간의 효과도 무시할 수 없었다. Bend는 농도의 변화에 대해서는 민감하게 대응하나 저장온도의 영향은 다소 약하게 작용하며 저장시간에 따른 변화는 무시할 수 있었다. 탄성은 농도의 변화에 대해서만 유의적인 차이를 보였다. The textural properties of acorn flour gels were investigated with the variations in the concentraction, storage time and storage temperature by the use of Instron Universal Testing Machine. The experimental design was $3^3$ factorial experiment. TPA curves of acorn flour gels showed two sharp peaks in the first bite and no negative peak. The hardness and brittleness of acorn flour gels were very significantly affected by concentration, storage time and storage temperature. For the height difference between first peak and second peals, the main effects for concentration and storage temperature were very significant and the main effect for storage time was not negligible. For bend, the effect of concentration was more significant than the effect of storage temperature, and storage time effect was negligible. Springiness was affected only by the concentration.

      • 자궁내막 생검조직의 병리조직학적 검색

        Histopathological and clinical reevaluation of the 197 cases of endometrial tissues obtained from curettage was performed, and the results were as follows, 1. Histopathologically, findings consistent with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were 76 cases(43.7%), pregnancy related lesions, namely, abortion, postpartal bleeding, hydatidiform mole, partial mole, and choriocarcinoma were 64 cases(36.7%), and primary organic endometrial disease, nemely chronic endometitis, endometrial hyperplasia, atrophied endometrium, endometrial polyp, submucosal leiomyoma, and endometrial adenocarcinoma were 34 cases(19.6%). 2. Age distribution was 18 to 73, and the mean age was 39 years. Prevalent age group in dysfunctional uterine bleeding was 4th decade of active rep개ductive stage, and organic endometrial diseases were 5th and 6th decades (menopausal age). 3. Most of the endometrial specimens were obtained from patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding, and only a few patients had another symptoms. 4. Volumes of the curettage specimens were about 1-2 ml in pregnancy nonrelated lesions, but in pegnancy related lesions, larger volume, more than 3ml, was obtained.

      • 이물질에 의하여 증식된 백서 슬관절 활액막조직의 조직화학적 및 효소조직화학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Hypertrophy of the synovial membrane is an important feature of inflammatory lesions of the synovial membrane, but there is no infromation on the porliferation of the cells in the synovial membrane. Electron microscopically, synovial lining cells are consisted with phagocytic(type A) cells and fibroblast like(type B) cells. In thsi paper, to investigate the histochemical and enzyme histochemical characteristics of the foreign body induced porliferated synovial lining cells, at 1 and 3 day after injection of the foreign bodies(carbon particle) into the knee joing cavities of the rat, the histologic (H&E), histochemical(PAS) and enzyme histochemical (acid phosphatase, 5'-nucleotidase, and nonspecific esterase) stains were performed on the surgically removed synovial membranes. Prominent hypertrophy of the synovial membranes with porliferation of the synovial lining cells, increased phagocytic macrophages, many inflammatory cell infiltration, dilated and congestive blood vessels, and collagen fiber proliferation of the deeper layer were recognized. Most of the phagocytes were shown in superficial and deep layer of the synovial membrane at 1 and 3 day after injection of bodies, respectively. The proliferated synovial lining cells were stained with PAS, and there is no mitotic figure in proliferated synovial lining cells. In enzyme histochemical studies, the nonspecific esterase and 5'-nucleotidase activities were not p개minent in proliferated synovial lining cells, but the acid phosphatase activity was very strong compared with normal synovial lining cells. According to the above results, foreign body induced proliferated synovial lining cells may be type A cells, which were Known phagocytes, and further studies for these cells will be performed.

        응력완화시험에 의한 도토리 전분겔의 물성론적 모형 분석

        도토리 조전분겔과 정제전분겔에 대하여, 변형의 정도를 달리한 응력완화시험을 실시하였다. 그 결과 초기 응력(σ_o)은 변형정도에 무관하게 항상 정제전분겔이 큰 값을 나타내었고, 평형응력 (σ_e)은 조전분겔이 더 큰 값을 보여주었다. 그러나 초기응력에 대한 평형음력의 비(σ_e/σ_o)는 60%변형의 경우에 최소값을 나타내었다. 응력완화곡선의 물성론적 모형 분석은 축차잔차법을 사용하였다. 60%변형의 경우, 조전분겔은 7-element 정제전분겔은 5-element generalized Maxwell model로 분석되었고, 45%변형의 경우에는 조전분겔은 5-element, 정제전분겔은 3-element model로 표현할 수 있었다. 즉 조전분겔에 비해 타 성분들이 좀 더 제거된 정제전분겔이 보다 더 단순한 모형으로 분석되었다. Stress relaxation tests with different percent deformation were performed for crude and refined starch gels of acorn. With no relation to percent deformation, refined starch gel had higher initial stress (σ_o) and lower equilibrium stress (σ_e) than crude starch gel. But the ratio of equilibrium stress to initial stress (σ_e/σ_o) was minimum at 60 percent deformation. The analysis of relaxation curves by successive residual method revealed that the rheological behavior of acorn starch gels could be expressed by generalized Maxwell model. The element numbers of models for crude and refined starch gel were 7-element and 5-element at 60 percent deformation, and 5-element and 3-element at 45 percent deformation, respectively.

        객관적 주관적 검사방법에 의한 도토리묵의 텍스쳐 특성 연구

        Objective and subjective methods were performed together for TPA analysis of acorn mook, and their correlations were analyzed. As the result of sensory evaluation, hardness and fracturability were most important factors for prediction of preference. Meanwhile, compression test with Instron Universal Testing Machine revealed that P1(maximum peak in first bite) was very effective factor representing the cheracteristics of first bite, and that P 2 the latter peak in first bite) was valuable for prediction of characteristics of second bite.
