        중국과 한국소비자의 대형할인점에 대한 점포태도와 충성도의 결정요인

        This study is about the effects of social responsibility activities of the discount stores on the attitudes of consumers towards the stores. The specific purpose of this study are as follows. First, this research is to prove the factors that the consumers who are using the large discount stores affect the store s attitudes, and the effects of the store s attitudes on the consumer s loyalty. Especially, it s to find the differences between the Chinese consumer and Korean consumers. Second, it is to prove whether the corporations social responsibility can be a meaningful moderator between attitude and consumer s loyalty. Finally, this study is to present proper strategy that maximize the consumer loyalty to the discount stores based on the empirical results. The survey was performed to consumers who use E-mart in South Korea and consumers who use Wal-Mart in China in order to disclose the relationships among variables. As a result of comparative study, various meaningful relationships were revealed. Based on these findings, we proposed best stores strategy and implication which can be helpful to extend global distribution market.

        중국 플랫폼 종사자의 직무 만족 연구

        본 연구는 전 세계적으로 닥친 코로나 19로 플랫폼 경제 종사자들은 우리 실생활과 가장 가까운 곳에서 다양한 서비스업을 하고 있는데도 불구하고, 그들에 대한 학문적인 연구나 실질적인 지원 정책이 미비한 상태이며, 그들이 느끼는 직업에 대한 태도나 만족도가 어느 정도인지, 타 직업에 비해 어떤 요인으로 긍정적 혹은 부정적인 영향을 받는지, 직업 효율이나 성과를 높이기 위해서는 어떤 부분에서의 직업 만족을 더 갖도록 해줘야 하는지에 대한 의문점을 갖고 본 연구를 진행하였다. 의미있는 연구결과를 얻기위하여 다양한 관련 선행연구의 검토를 통해 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였다. 이후 중국의 플랫폼 경제 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 자아일치성, 지각된 가치, 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 본 연구에서 제안한 연구모형이 타당함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 중국 플랫폼 종사자들의 경우 자아일치성, 지각된 가치, 사회적 지지가 높아질수록 직무만족도가 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. This study provides a holistic framework of the labor implications of the so-called platform economy. The platform economy has meant more employment options for individuals wishing to participate in the gig economy. Typically, platform employment opportunities fall into two forms of work, which are crowd work and gig work. Platform economy has three key features, flexibility, virtuality and connectivity. These three features give people more opportunities to provide professional and non-professional labour service. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of differences in Chinese platform economy workers toward self-congruity, perceived value, social support with job-satisfaction. Data were collected from China (219 China), the results of data analysis showed that the proposed research model was valid and that the factors influencing job satisfaction were different, depending on China. According to analysis results, the self-congruity, perceived value, and social support impact positive(+) influence on job-satisfaction of platform economy workers.

        다양성 수용과 혁신행동의 관계: 상사의 친화태도를 조절변수로

        Purpose: We want to look at how the degree of diversity acceptance perceived by members of an organization affects the ability to change and innovation behaviors that are indispensable to today's corporate competitiveness. In particular, it was intended to verify how the acceptance of diversity (social category, information, and value) perceived by employees of export firms affects employees' innovation behaviors. In addition, we tried to verify how diversity- friendly attitudes of boss play a role in the relationship between perceived diversity sensitivity by employees of exporters and innovation behaviors of members. Research design, data, and methodology: 272 questionnaires were collected from employees working in export companies and 253 were finally used for actual analysis except 19 which lacked value such as centralization tendency, omission, and insincere response. A confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted respectively. Results: We found that social category, information and value diversity sensitivity has a positive effect on innovative behavior. We confirmed that the diversity acceptance of employee was very closely related to their innovative behavior. In addition, we confirmed that the supervisor’s diversity-friendly attitude plays a meaningful moderating role between accepting social category diversity and innovative behavior. Implications: Companies that emphasize employees’ innovative behavior in the future need to make various efforts to make them recognize diversity positive. First of all, firms need to create an atmosphere in which all organizational members can understand and recognize the need and importance of diversity that has recently emerged significantly in our society. Companies have organizational culture with a lack of basic understanding and respect for diversity require systematic education and training. And, it is very important to hire applicants with a high degree of perceived diversity sensitivity in the recruitment and selection process. In effect, various HR institutions and policies related to perceived diversity sensitivity provide practitioners with a good starting point to improve employees’ innovative behavior.

      • 중국시장에서의 한국기업의 사회적 책임활동과 성과

        Purpose: Recently, corporate social responsibility(CSR) has become one of the most important topics in the area of international business. As global companies try to get into China market, they start to consider CSR activities as important tools for their competitive advantage and superior performance. Through this study, we try to disclose the CSR activities and performance of Korean firms in China market. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey was conducted in main cities of China to get data collected from university students in china who have an experience of buying Korean firms` goods or service. SPSS package was used to test the research hypothesis. Results: The four elements of CSR(economic, legal and moral, charity, and local society contribution activities) have a significant positive effect on firms` trust and contribution image. And, the significant positive relationship between enterprise images and customer loyalty is also disclosed through the empirical test. Conclusions: The results of this study show that CSR activities of Korean firms affect customer loyalty through their trust and contribution image. The more CSR activities one corporate performs, the more enhanced the corporate image and then the more raised customer loyalty. This study imply that to improve customer loyalty Korean firms should try to improve their image.

        The transmission of sound and vibration through structures is of interest in many noise control problems, including architectural acoustics, sound transmission through air craft, spacecraft and ship, and transmission of noise through machinery and engine enclosures. Statistical Energy Analysis provides a simple and accurate method of approaching these problems. In this paper, comparing the measured coupling loss factor of plate-beam with measured coupling loss factor of mass on the junction will be inspected.
