        정서,행동장애연구 : 아동,청소년 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 평가에서 (전산화)신경심리검사의 기여도

        주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 평가 혹은 진단과정에서 신경심리검사가 어느 정도 기여하는 지, 어떤 종류의 검사와 지표가 활용될 수 있는 지 알아보고자 했다. 본 연구에 사용된 (전산화) 신경심리검사는 12개의 검사로 구성된 전산화 신경인지기능검사였으며, 각 검사의 하위지표에 대해 초등학생(고학년), 중학생 및 고등학생의 연령대를 달리하면서 차이검증과 효과크기 검증, 그리고 판별분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 청각적 조건연속수행검사를 제외하고는 각 연령대에 따라서 서로 다른 신경심리검사와 하위지표가 선택되었으며, 연령대가 증가할수록 신경심리검사를 통해 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애와 정상 집단을 구분할 수 있는 검사도구가 제한적이었고, 분류의 정확도 또한 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 결국 ADHD에 대한 일차적인 평가 혹은 진단을 위해서는 이들이 보이는 행동증상을 비롯한 보호자, 교사 혹은 친숙한 주변 사람들로부터의 객관적인 정보에 일차적으로 관심을 기울여야 하며, 무조건적인 신경심리검사의 실시는 그 이전에 충분한 고려가 선행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 신경심리검사의 선택과정에서, 주의력을 비롯한 여러 신경인지기능이 활발히 발달하고 있는 아동기 혹은 초기 청소년기의 경우 개인 내에서 당연히 발생할 수 있는 혹은 정상 범위 내에서 발생하는 수행편차에 의해 ADHD로 진단하게 하는 오류가 있을 수 있다는 점을 항상 염두에 두어야 할 것으로 생각한다. This study aims to examine the diagnostic values of (computerized) neuropsychological tests in evaluation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). (Computerized) Neuropsychological test composed of 12 sub-tests were used, each index or performance of neuropsychological test by each age scope(elementally school higher grades, middle school, and high school student) compared with the normal group of each age scope, effect sizes were calculated for preliminary discriminant analyses, and finally best effective index or tests of (computerized) neuropsychological tests were selected for final discriminant analyses. As results, selected neuropsychological index or test were different by age scopes except for auditory continuos performance test, and number and discriminal abilities of neuropsychological tests were decreased by growing age scopes. Thus a evaluation or diagnosis for ADHD is made by observed behavioral symptoms of them and objective reports by parents, teacher and familiar others, unconditional adminstration of neuropsychological tests was restricted. Furthermore, in selecting neuropsychological tests, it should be suggested that scattered intra difference or deviation of normal distribution of neuropsychological test performance in childhood and early adolescent should be considered, and these problems would be make over diagnostic faults.

        태국인 학습자의 한국어 성별 발화어에 대한 인식 연구

        This study examines the awareness and perceptions of intermediate to advanced level. Thai learners of Korean compared to native Korean speakers, with regard to the differences between male and female utterances and utterable genderlects. The research questions are as follows: (1) Do Thai learners, compared to Korean native speakers, make different judgments regarding Korean utterable genderlects and perceiving the attitude? (2) Is Thai learners’ understanding of the obviousness of gender preferences in utterances different to that of Korean speakers? In this study, samples of utterable genderlects were extracted from the categories of phonemes, vocabulary, grammar, and pragmatics. The data were analyzed using a frequency analysis and chi-squared test. The analysis showed that the highest deviation between Thai learners and native Korean speakers was in the category of pragmatics, implying that pragmatics is the most challenging aspect of acquiring utterable genderlects. Moreover, Thai learners were, in general, well-aware of utterable genderlects with more obvious gender preferences, especially female utterances. Therefore, it can be said thatThai learners are not uniformly different from native Korean speakers in understanding utterable genderlects. Results from such studies should be reflected in the field of Korean language education.

        서울지역 의료기관의 급식서비스 및 환자식 급여화 현황 분석

        The objectives of this study were to explore hospital foodservice management and to investigate conditions related to health insurance coverage of inpatient meals. A questionnaire was distributed to the nutrition departments of 44 hospitals in Seoul on July 2009. The average kitchen area was 0.5 m2, and centralized distribution systems were in place. Partition walls from contamination zones, separate work tables to prevent cross-contamination, exclusive areas for preparing tube feeding, and split carts with refrigerated and convection heat settings were largely used in tertiary hospitals. Most dietitians did meal rounds (93.2%) and surveyed for patient satisfaction (86.4%). The major theme of QI (Quality Improvement) was menu management (31.8%). The health insurance fees for meals were ₩4,938.9 for a general diet, ₩5,199.8 for a therapeutic diet, ₩4,067.0 for tube feeding, ₩9,950.0 for sterilized diet, and ₩18,383.4 for diets not covered by health insurance. The prices for general and therapeutic diets were significantly lower in hospitals compared to tertiary or general hospitals (P<0.001). The cost composed of 48.3% food, 44.0% labor and 7.7% overhead for general diets and 47.9%, 44.5% and 7.6% for therapeutic diets. In the case of health insurance coverage for patient meals, the number of items applied to general diets averaged 2.8 out of 4 and for therapeutic diets it averaged 1.9 out of 3. To reform the health insurance coverage system for patient meals, it is urgent that the qualified level of patient meals is presented from a national viewpoint, and monitoring should be performed consistently by developing the evaluation tools.

        어린이급식관리지원센터 지원에 대한 효과 평가

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Centers for Child-care Foodservice Management (CCFSM)`s support on menu management in child-care centers and kindergartens by comparing two perspectives of pre-support vs. post-support and established vs. non-established. To evaluate dietary variety, we used methods that considered both Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) and Dietary Variety Score (DVS). For surveying pre-support and post-support state by CCFSM, we collected and analyzed menus of June and September, 2012, targeting 7 CCFSM supported institutions. Meanwhile, for surveying state in CCFSM established and nonestablished areas, we collected and analyzed menus of June, 2012, which were implemented in institutions in CCFSM established (181 places) and non-established (106 places) areas. The results of evaluation on the dietary support by CCFSM showed that postsupporting state by CCFSM (95.3%) was significantly higher than pre-supporting state (77.2%) (p < 0.001) and established areas (87.4%) were significantly higher than non-established ones (77.2%) (p < 0.05) on ‘Meeting the DRI for infant’. Evaluation of dietary variety between pre- and post-support state by CCFSM showed that post-support state (total 77.3 point) was higher than pre-support state (total 76.4 point). Evaluation of dietary variety between established and non-established areas showed that established areas (total 81.1 point) were significantly higher than non-established ones (total 77.1 point) (p < 0.001). Therefore, it is considered that dietary support service conducted by CCFSM contributes to improve variety level of diet provided by child-care centers and kindergartens.         대전지역 한국대학생과 중국대학생의 커피 유형별 품질 속성에 대한 중요도 및 수행도 분석

        The purposes of this study was to investigate importance and performance for coffee quality attributes in Korean and Chinese university students by 3 types of coffee; coffee in coffee houses, coffee in vending machines and canned/ bottled coffee. Survey was done for 360 students in Daejeon with developed questionnaires including general information, favorite type of coffee and 15 quality attributes of coffee. Finally, data from 168 Korean and 126 Chinese university students was used for statistical analysis by SPSS 18.0 package program. Results of this study were as follows: for favorite type of coffee, the rates of coffee in coffee houses, coffee in vending machines and canned/ bottled coffee were 43.0% 34.8% and 22.2% in Korean students and 8.7%, 78.0%, and 12.2% in Chinese students, respectively. Comparing Chinese students and Korean students showed higher importance for several quality attributes of coffee in coffee house (p < 0.05), but lower importance for most quality-attributes of coffee in vending machine (p < 0.05) and canned/bottled coffee (p < 0.05). According to importance and performance analysis, strategies for increasing satisfaction were to improve ``price`` of canned/bottled coffee in Korean students, and ``taste``, ``volume``, ``concentration`` and ``variety`` of canned/bottled coffee and ``freshness`` of coffee in vending machine in Chinese students. These results suggested that differentiated marketing plans between Korean and Chinese university students should be needed in coffee industry. (Korean J Community Nutr 16(4) : 511~524, 2011)

        서울지역 의료기관의 임상영양서비스 현황조사

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of clinical nutrition services at various medical centers in Seoul, Korea. A questionnaire was distributed to the departments of nutrition at 44 hospitals in Seoul on July 2009. Nutritional screening carried out at a rate of 59.1% at the medical centers, and a significant difference was found according to the type of center, from 100% in tertiary hospitals to 18.8% in normal hospitals. On annual average, the numbers of inpatients, inpatients for malnutritional screening, inpatients with malnutrition, and inpatients for malnutrition management were 15,169.5, 10,870.9, 2,224.8, and 1,546.2, respectively. On average the group nutrition education was done 36.1 times/year for diabetes, 8.2 times/year for cancer, and 1.9 times/year for renal disease, and the numbers of participants 423.1, 95.1, and 31.5, respectively. On average the individual nutrition education of inpatients with diabetes was done 135.4 times/year for ordered- type, and 119.3 times/year for unordered-type, 106.2 times/year for paid-type, and 148.5 times/year for unpaid-type. The mean fee for education and counseling was the highest for peritoneal dialysis (73,090.9 won) but the lowest for heart disease (23,609.1 won). On average the individual nutrition education of outpatients with diabetes was done 234.6 times/year for ordered-type, and 2.5 times/year for unordered-type, 204.4 times/ year for paid-type, and 32.7 times/year for unpaid-type. The mean fee for education and counseling was also the highest for peritoneal dialysis (63,500.0 won) but the lowest for heart disease (21,336.4 won). To implement more effective clinical nutrition service, a national medical insurance imbursement policy should be urgently instituted such that diseases left as unpaid are covered by health insurance, including all nutrition-related disease.

        학교급식에서 사용되는 식재료에 대한 학부모의 인식조사

        Purpose : This study was to performed to investigate on the knowledge, attitues of Parents toward the use of food materials at school food service and to provide school meal management with basic data to improvement offood purchasing guideline Methods : A self-administrated questionnaires were provided to 2787 parents who have children attending in elementary school or middle, high school. The questionnaires were administered from July to September, 2003. For the statistical analysis, SPSS(12.0) was used to conduct the descriptive analysis. Results : The results were as follows: seventy percent of the parents said 'Food hygiene and safety' is most important. 'nutrition' and 'education' was next. Most parents wanted using food products produced in Korea for the safe and students' health. But 60% said it could not purchase because of expensive price. About consuming regional agricultural products for school food service, 90% of parent welcomed. Conclusion : For improving food procurement management, standardized food quality and purchasing criteria need to be developed for helping parent to do food inspection. the parent should improve their knowledges on the food quality stadards. This result suggests that effective food supply system in school food service of central goverment and autonomy also should be prepared.

        주부와 대학생의 식품표시에 대한 유용성, 이용태도 및 구매의도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the usefulness, attitude for using on food labeling such as nutrition labeling, organic food labeling and food additives labeling, and purchase intention in Korean housewives and university students. A total of 320 subjects participated in study from October to November in 2008. They answered to developed questionnaire and 300 subjects (149 housewives, 151 students) completed all questions. The statistical analyses were performed using by SPSS 17.0 package program. The rates of checking the nutrition labeling, organic food labeling and food additives labeling were 57.3%, 57.2% and 63.3%, respectively. Comparing housewives with university students, housewives showed significantly more positive usefulness, attitude for using, purchase intention in some questions about nutrition labeling, organic food labeling and food additives labeling (p < 0.05). Subjects who checked each food labeling on purchasing had more positive usefulness, attitude for using and purchase intention in all questions (p < 0.01). For nutrition labeling and organic food labeling, usefulness (each value of β was 0.362, 0.354) and attitude for using (each value of β was 0.336, 0.301) were independent factors for purchase intention (p < 0.001). For food additives labeling, only usefulness had an effect on purchase intention. In conclusion, usefulness, attitude for using food labeling and purchase intention were different between housewives and university students. Moreover, usefulness and attitude for using food labeling affected positively on purchase intention (Korean J Community Nutr 16(1) : 86~97, 2011)
