본 연구에서는 스마트폰을 이용하여 손가락 끝의 혈류의 흐름을 촬영하여 사용자의 맥파 (PPG : Photoplethysmography) 신호를 측정할 때, 카메라 영상 속성에 따른 신호 품질에 대해 연구하였다. 영상 속성은 비트 레이트(Bitrate), 해상도(Resolution), 플래시(Flash)의 조건을 선정하였다. 각 조건에 따라서 변화하는 영상 이미지의 적색(Red)값의 변화를 측정하고 PPG 신호의 추출을 위해 PPI (Pulse to Pulse Interval)를 계산하였다. 실험은 총 20명의 대학생을 대상으로, 세 가지 영상 속성 조건을 조합하여 18가지 태스크로 분류하여 진행되었다. 오른손의 중지에는 PPG 센서를 착용하고 검지에는 스마트폰을 접촉한 상태로, 동시에 2분간 맥박을 측정하여 두 신호의 상관성 분석을 진행하였다. 실험 결과, 영상의 해상도가 $640{\times}480$, 비트레이트 5000kbps, 플래시가 On일 때 가장 높은 상관성(83%, p=0.01)을 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과가 앞으로 스마트폰의 카메라를 이용한 맥파 신호 측정 시스템에서 생체신호 품질을 개선하기 위한 유용한 가이드가 될 것으로 기대된다. In this study, we study that the video attributes captured by built-in camera in smart-phone can effect on the quality of PPG signal. The conditions of video attributes were composed of the bitrate, the resolution, the flash. As each condition, we measured a change in the red value of the video image and calculated a PPI(Pulse to Pulse Interval) for extracting the pulse wave signal. 20 subjects participated in the experiment and this experiment was carried out 18 tasks. The PPG signal was measured simultaneously for two minutes with the PPG sensor in the middle finger and Smart-phone in the forefinger of the right hand. By proceeding the correlation analysis, we obtained the highest correlation condition(83%, p=0.01), which the resolution was $640{\times}480$, bitrate was 5000kbps, flash was on. As a result, this study will be a useful guide for quality of signals in the pulse signal measurement system using built-in camera in smart-phone.

사용자의 감성을 유도하는 실시간 반응형 감성 이미지 콘텐츠 플레이어 시스템 개발

본 연구는 사용자의 감성을 효율적으로 유도하는 실시간 감성 이미지 콘텐츠 플레이어를 제안한다. 감성 이미지 콘텐츠 플레이어는 실시간으로 이미지 콘텐츠의 명도, 채도에 변화를 줌으로써 사용자의 감성에 따라 효율적으로 감성 유도가 가능하도록 설계하였다. 감성인식 부분은 자율신경계 기반의 맥파, 피부온도, 피부저항의 생체신호를 활용하였다. 사용된 감성 콘텐츠 이미지는 국제적 정서체계(IAPS)에서 분류된 9가지 감성영역의 이미지를 적용하였다. 실험결과로 감성 이미지 콘텐츠 플레이어를 통해 이미지의 감성 상태에 맞는 사용자의 감성이 10% 더 정확하게 유도되었다. 감성 콘텐츠 플레이어는 실시간으로 감성 반영을 통해 사용자와 콘텐츠간의 감성적 교감을 증대시킬 것으로 기대된다. This study presents the real-time emotion image contents player to induce the user's emotion efficiently. The emotion image contents player was designed to efficiently induce by giving a change in the color, brightness, saturation of image contents corresponded to the user's emotion. In the emotion recognition module, physiological signal of pulse, skin temperature, skin resistance which based on autonomic nervous system were used. The emotion recognition part used physiological signal of pulse, skin temperature, skin resistance based on autonomic nervous system. The image as emotional contents was used with the 9 kinds emotion area classified in international affective picture system(IAPS). As experimental results, the use's emotion that match the image's emotion with the emotion image contents player was derived 10% more accurately. The emotion contents player is expected to increase emotional feeling between users's emotion and contents emotion duo to the real-time emotion reflection.

자폐 범주성 장애 아동의 실행기능 중재 연구의 동향 및 과제

Executive function, a cognitive ability closely related to the core deficit areas of autism spectrum disorders, necessitates a thorough understanding of every child’s profile and provision of appropriate support. This study aimed to review the latest research trends and analyze the interventions targeting the enhancement of executive function in children with autism spectrum disorders. In accordance with the criteria, a total of 29 experimental studies were selected. An overview of general characteristics and a detailed analysis of specific intervention attributes were conducted. Executive function intervention studies among children with autism spectrum disorders have been underway since 2004, mostly in the fields of psychology and psychiatry, targeting primary school-aged children with high functioning autism spectrum disorders. The most used interventions were cognitive behavioral/instructional strategies (CBIS) and exercise and movement (EXM). Notably, a high proportion of interventions were used to facilitate flexibility and inhibition subcategories of the executive function. Based on the findings, the future directions and educational implications regarding intervention aimed at enhancing executive function in children with autism spectrum disorders were discussed.

자폐 범주성 장애의 조기 선별 및 진단 과정의 가족지원을 위한 국내외 문헌분석

본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애(ASD)의 조기 선별 및 진단 과정에서의 가족지원을 위한 국내외 관련 연구들을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 선별 및 진단 과정에서의 가족지원 실제와 연구 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2013년부터 2022년 사이에 발표된 국내외논문 중 ASD 조기 선별 및 진단 과정에서의 가족지원을 다룬 연구 총 23편을 선정하여 개괄적인 분석을 실시하였고, 조기 선별 및 진단 과정에서의 가족지원 요구 및 선별 및 진단 과정에서 제공된 가족지원의 특성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, ASD 진단 과정을 다룬 논문이 13편으로 가장 많았고, 선별과 진단 과정을 함께 다루거나 선별 과정만 다룬 논문도 10편이 있었다. 둘째, ASD 선별 및 진단 과정을 거치는 가족들의 요구 중에서는 정보적 요구와 실제적 요구가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 선정된 논문 중 조기 선별 및 진단 과정에서 실제로 가족을 지원한 연구 8편을 분석한 결과 ASD에 대한 이해 증진을 공통적인 중재 요소로 포함하고 있었으나 세부적인 중재 내용은 연구마다 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 ASD 영유아와 가족을 위한 ASD의 조기 선별 및 진단 과정의 가족지원 관련 실제에 대한 시사점과 후속연구에 대한 방향을 제시하였다. This study analyzed domestic and international studies on family support in the early screening and diagnosis process of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and sought to explore the practice and research direction of family support in the screening and diagnosis process. A total of 23 studies on family support in early screening and diagnosis process of ASD published between 2013 and 2022 were selected and analyzed in terms of overall study characteristics, family support needs, and support implementation during the process. The results were as follows. First, 13 articles dealt with the ASD diagnosis process, while 10 articles dealt with both the screening and diagnosis processes or only the screening process. Second, informational and practical needs were the most common among the needs of families going through the ASD screening and diagnosis process. Third, eight of the selected studies actually supported families during the early screening and diagnosis process, and while improving understanding of ASD was a common intervention, the specific interventions varied across studies. Based on these findings, implications for practices and directions for further studies were suggested.
