지상전술C4I체계의 품질이 사용자 만족과 개인성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of ATCIS quality on user satisfaction and individual performance, and to analyze the moderating effect of IT leadership on this relationship. To this end, a sur- vey was conducted targeting the staff of the Infantry Division using ATCIS. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the system, information, and service quality of ATCIS had a significant positive(+) relationship with user satisfaction, and that user satisfaction had a positive effect on individual performance. Also, it was analyzed that IT leadership had no moderating effect between quality factors and user satisfaction, but had a positive (+) moderating effect between user satisfaction and individual performance.

장병의 군 생활 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 : 스마트폰 사용의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 장병의 군 생활 만족에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하고, 휴대전화 사용의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통해 확인된 팀 신뢰, 의사소통, 사회적 연결감을 군 생활 만족에 영향을 주는 변수로 선정하여 연구모형을 구성하였다. 연구모형 검증을 위해 육군 대대급 부대에 복무 중인 300명의 병사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 277부의 설문지를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석 결과 군 장병이 지각하는 팀 신뢰와 의사소통은 군 생활 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나, 사회적 연결감과 군 생활 만족의 관계는 규명되지 않았다. 다음으로 조절효과 분석을 위해 평균 사용시간을 기준으로 스마트폰 사용을 많이 하는 집단과 적게 하는 집단으로 구분하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 다중집단 분석 결과 팀 신뢰가 군 생활 만족에 미치는 영향은 스마트폰 사용이 적은 집단에서 크게 나타났고, 의사소통과 군 생활 만족 간의 관계는 스마트폰 사용이 많은 집단에서 더 크게 인식하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 군 생활 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인과 스마트폰 사용의 조절효과를 분석하여 이를 활용한 효과적인 부대관리 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

《춘향전(春香傳)》과 원잡극(元雜劇) 《두아원(竇娥寃)》의 비교연구

本文對韓國古典小說代表作品《春香傳》與中國古代戱曲的代表作元雜劇《竇娥寃》進行了比較硏究。《春香傳》和《竇娥寃》具有非常進似的人物形象和情節結構。美麗善良女人的遇難-暴虐的貪官汚吏(社會的丑惡勢力)的驕橫跋扈和暴行-擁有强大權利的淸官出現-驅除暴虐的貪官(惡勢力被毁滅),善與美最終取得勝利,這是兩部作品共同的情節結構。還有,支撑這種情節的人物形象,卽春香和竇娥、李夢龍和竇天章、月梅和蔡婆、卞學道和桃올及張驢兒等人物的性格,也有흔多相近之處。盡管兩部作品的情節和人物形象具有如此相近的進似性,但타們在對美的追求和道德价値觀方面,又有着較大的差異。如果說《春香傳》是以善的勝利爲最終的結局,表現了底層階級出身的主人公渴望改變命運,實現身빈上升的主題,而《竇娥怨》則是以惡勢力的破滅和正義的勝利,來反映揭露幷평擊黑暗的現實社會的大主題。這種情結與主題的差異,是由兩部作品不同的社會背景和創作過程所決定的。

본 연구의 목적은 미국의 한반도 확장억제의 신뢰성을 게임이론을 적용하여 논리적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 도전국, 보호국, 피보호국 3개 국가로 구성된 확장억제 3인 게임 모형을 한반도 핵 위기 상황에 대입하여 북한을 도전국, 미국을 보호국, 한국을 피보호국으로 하는 게임 모형을 구성하였다. 국제관계의 불확실성을 고려하여 경기자가 상대방의 유형 및 행동을 알지 못하는 미비정보 하에서 균형을 분석하였으며, 특히 확장억제의 신뢰성 분석을 위해 한국과 미국의 동맹 신뢰 유형을 서로 알지 못하는 미비정보로 하였다. 연구모형 분석 결과 한국과 미국이 동맹 신뢰 유형일 확률인 pS와 pU가 특정 조건을 충족하는 경우 억제1 및 억제2, 한국 공격1 및 한국 공격2의 4가지 균형이 존재할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 재래식 전력 강화 및 핵잠재력의 보유, 미국의 전략자산 전개 및 핵 공유 방안 추진 등이 확장억제력 강화에 도움이 될 수 있다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

군 장교의 처벌에 대한 지각과 국방보안 준수 의도의 관계 : 보안 감수성의 조절효과 분석

The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effect of security sensitivity on the relationship between military officer’s perception of punishment and defense security compliance intention. To this end, a research model was established. The research model was analyzed based on the survey results of 208 military officers. The results are as follows. First, the perceived punishment had a significant positive(+) effect on the defense security compliance intention. Second, as a result of moderated regression analysis, awareness and knowledge among security sensitivity were confirmed to have a moderating effect on the relationship between perceived punishment and defense security compliance intention, but the moderating effect of motivation was not identified. Based on these research results, measures to improve the level of defense security, implications and limitations of the study were presented. Clinical Microscopy: Performance, Maintenance and Laser Safety

임상병리 검사분야에 있어서 환자로부터 유래된 조직이나 세포의 형태학적 변화, 세포 생리, 세포 내 분자의 추적 및 신호전달 체계 등의 임상검사 및 관련 연구를 위한 빼놓을 수 없는 주요한 진단과 연구장비로서 현미경이 가지는 의미는 크다고 할 수 있다. 현미경에 대한 포괄적인 지식과 이해를 바탕으로 현미경의 올바른 사용, 관리와 유지보수는 신뢰도 높은 이미지 획득과 그에 따른 정확한 데이터 분석을 통한 질병의 진단을 위해서 반드시 요구되는 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 광학현미경의 표준 운영 절차(standard operating procedure, SOP)는 현미경의 작동 절차와 함께 검사실 규모에 따른 현장 사용자의 체계적인 현미경 장해 해결 방안과 기계적 원리에 대한 핵심 정보가 함께 수록되어야 한다. 현미경 유지관리 업무에는 대물, 접안렌즈와 현미경 내부 광학필터의 청소, 광원의 교체와 교정, XY재물대 유지보수, 공초점 레이저 주사 현미경(confocal laser scanning microscope)에서의 점확산함수(point spread function, PSF) 측정, 형광현미경에서의 검사 품질관리(quality control, QC)와 체계적인 현미경 장해 해결방안 등이 포함되어야 한다. 본 종설에서는 국제적 기준에 따른 레이저의 위험도에 따라 일부 현미경에 장착된 레이저 광원에 대한 안전지침과 보호장구에 대한 내용을 함께 소개하였다. 현미경을 통해 획득된 이미지는 촬영된 시점의 검체에 대한 모든 정보를 제공한다고 할 수 있으며, 적절한 유지보수 프로그램과 그에 따라 적합하게 관리된 현미경만이 이미지 데이터를 통한 정보의 획득, 올바른 해석과 정확한 진단에 반드시 필요한 선제 조건들이라고 하겠다. A microscope is the fundamental research and diagnostic apparatus for clinical investigation of signaling transduction, morphological changes and physiological tracking of cells and intact tissues from patients in the biomedical laboratory science. Proper use, care and maintenance of microscope with comprehensive understanding in mechanism are fully requested for reliable image data and accurate interpretation for diagnosis in the clinical laboratory. The standard operating procedure (SOP) for light microscopes includes performance procedure, brief information of all mechanical parts of microscopes with systematic troubleshooting mechanism depending on the laboratory capacity. Maintenance program encompasses cleaning objective, ocular lenses and inner optics; replacement and calibration of light source; XY sample stage management; point spread function (PSF) measurement for confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM); quality control (QC) program in fluorescent microscopy; and systematic troubleshooting. Laser safety is one of the concern for medical technologists engaged in CLSM laboratory. Laser safety guideline based on the laser classification and risk level, and advisory lab wear for CLSM users are also expatiated in this overview. Since acquired image data presents a wide range of information at the moment of acquisition, well-maintained microscopes with proper microscopic maintenance program are impulsive for its interpretation and diagnosis in the clinical laboratory.
