Target-centered context-detection technique using dual R-CNN

Image captioning, which aims to understand the context of an image, generates natural language using object feature vectors. This results in verbose sentences because they usually contain modifiers and objects. However, unlike human descriptions, the infor-mation needed in natural environments must be simplified. Therefore, we propose a target-centered context-detection model that uses dual R-CNN to generate short sentences about subject-centered attributes to describe the behavior of the target. The proposed model consists of target context detection (TCD), which detects subjects and actions, and activity image caption, which generates sentences centered on actions. The proposed TCD uses two RCNN heads to estimate objects and their properties. In this process, we added target-description region expansion to filter out unnecessary objects and encompass surrounding information. Afterward, the proposed activity image caption combines the feature vector and attributes of each target to generate a short description of the target-attribute pair. The proposed model can effectively convey information using brief rather than long sentences.

Local zoning decisions for multifamily housing development are understood as an outcome of interactions among multiple participants in the decision-making processes, including state and local government, local politics and professional planning groups. From the perspectives of transaction cost and hierarchical governance, a hierarchical linear model enables us to examine both local and state-level factors affecting local multifamily housing development within a single model. The analytical results show that the decision delay for multifamily housing zoning is better understood when we consider state smart growth effort, state authority over local land-use authority, majority agreement of managerial political actors, and professional engagement controlling for socio-physical contexts.
4POST를 이용한 실 차 Wheel Drop mode 재현시험

The ultimate goal of the automotive test sector is to increase the level of satisfaction of customers, led to deliver the defect-free product through the verification of various customer`s usage. In the field of the durability test in OEM and suppliers have also tried to verify the various consumers’ driving mode using “Simulation test” in the lab. The 4POST test rig is one of the simulation test facility. It can reproduce vertical direction of the 4 corners. Durability simulation test has been used for evaluating the developing vehicle or system during vehicle developing process. The 4POST simulation test is also used for durability verification focus on a consumer unexpected operation. In this study, one of the reproduction method is suggested, that is a kind of customer`s abnormal operation mode and has not been included in the standard durability verification mode. The event mode is “Wheel Drop Mode”. It is caused by rebound force of the wheels.

This test improvement is applied virtual Road Load Data correlated with physical PG sensor data at 8ch. test rig which is called suspension multi axial test. Up to now, there is no measuring method of acquiring the specific points of rear axle trailing arm area. Because of a constraint condition of CAE modeling, it is impossible to use the local specific points of individual component parts around rear axle. It is more important to be regenerated on individual component strain than 6 degree of freedom on rear wheel force center from a durability point view. Especially, it is more difficult to simulate suspension 8ch. test which is applied torsion beam type rear axle. In this paper, we focused to increase the reliability of 8ch. test according to the correlation between virtual and physical model and RLD about local stress in particular components. A physical RLD Sensor of rear are correlated with the CAE vehicle model at rear axle trailing arm about longitudinal and lateral direction between actual PG data and virtual PG data. Finally, test drive file are regenerated by the half car road simulator test with vRLDA which is correlated with actual sensor model.
