        배호흡운동을 동반한 닫힌 사슬 하지운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 체간조절 및 균형에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of closed chain lower limb exercise with abdominal breathing exercise on stroke patients and their effects on trunk control ability and balance. Method: The subjects were 40 stroke patients, 19 patients in the experimental group and 18 patients in the control group. The period was 5 weeks, 5 times a week, 30 minutes per session. The experimental group was subjected to a closed chain lower limb exercise with abdominal breathing exercise and the control group was subjected to a closed chain lower limb exercise. The posture assessment scale for stroke(PASS), trunk impairment scale(TIS) were used for trunk adjustment ability, and the balance ability was measured as center of pressure(COP) and limit of stability(LOS). Results: Results of this study showed that the PASS and TIS test significantly increased the experimental group compared to the control group. As a result of comparing the changes of pre and post intervention intervals between the two groups, the TIS test was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group, but the LOS test was not significantly increased in the experimental group. Conclusion: Closed chain lower limb exercise with abdominal breathing exercise showed a significant improvement in the trunk control and balance ability of the stroke patients compared to the closed chain lower limb exercise without the abdominal breathing exercise.

        프로야구선수 좌우 어깨관절의 통증, 관절가동범위, 등속성근력 비교

        Objective: This study investigated the pain of the shoulder joint in professional baseball players, the range of motion of the left and right inner and outer rotational rotations, the symmetry of the isokinetic muscle strength, and the correlation with pain. Method: In 30 professional baseball players, pain, left and right inner and outer rotational joint motion ranges, and isokinetic muscle strength were evaluated using the visual pain index for the shoulder joint. Independent t-test was performed to determine the difference between the permeable group and the non-permeable group, and Pearson correlation analysis was performed for the correlation with pain. Results: The correlation between pain and the symmetry of the range of motion of the left and right shoulder joints showed significant correlations for the inner and outer rotations, r=.725 and r=.746, respectively. The correlation between pain and the 120° isokinetic muscle strength symmetry was statistically significant, with r=.635 r=.698, respectively, in the inner and outer rotations, respectively. Conclusion: The symmetric ratios of the inner and outer rotational motion ranges of the left and right shoulder joints and the isokinetic muscle strength were not statistically significant in the two groups. The asymmetry of the permeable group was greater than that of the non-permeable group, and pain was correlated with the range of motion of the joint and the isokinetic muscle strength.

        만성뇌졸중 환자의 발목에 적용한 테이핑 장력이 보행에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of taping of different tension on the walking ability of stroke patients by applying them for 5 weeks to chronic stroke patients. Method: The subjects of this study were randomly divided into elastic taping group and non-elastic taping group. The duration of the experiment was a total of 5 weeks. During the experiment period, both groups lived with the taping attached, and both the elastic taping group and the inelastic taping group were equally applied to the area where the taping was attached. The attachment sites were peroneus tertius, peroneus longus, extensor disitorum longus, and tibialis anterior muscles, and they were attached along the running direction of the muscle. After attaching the taping, pre-measurement of walking ability was performed, and post-measurement was performed 5 weeks later. Results: As a result of comparing the amount of change before and after the experiment on walking ability between the elastic taping group and the inelastic taping group, the inelastic taping group showed significant improvement over the elastic taping group in stance phase time, step time, and cadence (p<0.5). Conclusion: The group to which inelastic taping was applied to the ankle of chronic stroke patients showed significant improvement in stance phase time, step time, and cadence compared to the group to which elastic taping was applied. Therefore, in this study, the application of inelastic taping to the ankle joint in the rehabilitation of chronic stroke patients can be of great help in improving walking ability.
