        기하학적 추상문양을 모티브로 한 커튼 직물 디자인

        Modern people enjoy the life in comfort and live well materially. But the fierce competition for the capital and natural resources makes people unemotionaly and repress self-consciousness. So, people tired of everyday life try to find himself through the medium of the art, and especially this kind of will achieve the eminence in residence space which has a great deal of weight in life environments. The concept of residence space extends personal life space which can express artifical sensitivity and the changeable interior fabric design for the expression is our greatest concern. Therefore, people are looking for originative and sensitive curtain designs containing personality and taste from the abundant designs. Curtain fabric design do an important role to make high- added value, so it is essential to develop and study for high quality fabric design. Therefore, I have studied various fabric expressions using by objective plan based on subjectively creative fabric design. This thesis makes a proposal for curtain fabric designs using the motive of geometric abstract point, line, plane and suggests limitless design's possibility using by various materials and techniques. These contents departmentalize between introduction's theoretical background and main issue's practical design plan. And I presented 6 themes of F/W trends in 2009, 2010. Also, I present various fabric design's application plan to satisfy consumer's needs and seek curtain design's progress through various technique's mix. I expect this thesis could be applicable to fabric design development and promote the importance of design development.

        한반도 남동부 어일분지의 마이오세 화산암의 암석기재적 연구

        한반도 남동부에서 어일분지내의 마이오세 화산암류는 성분상 규장질(67.2-70.5wt.% SiO₂)과 염기성 (49.3-55.2wt.% SiO₂)으로 구성되는 쌍모식 조성을 나타낸다. 이 분지에서의 쌍모식 화산작용은 분지 발달과 정과 밀접하게 연관되어 있으며, 화산암류는 분지내의 두터운 퇴적암층내에 협재되어 있으며, 특징적으로 반정 광물조합의 비평형을 나타낸다. 현무암질 용암에서는 융식된 석영 반정과 공존하는 감람석과 사방휘석 반정이 산출되고, 데사이트~유문암질 용결회류응회암에서는 사방휘석과 단사휘석이 반정으로 출현한다. 구성 광물상의 불균형으로부터 어일분지에서 일어난 쌍모식 화산활동에서 서로 다른 성분의 마그마 혼합이 크게 작용하였음을 시사해준다. The Miocene volcanic rocks in the Eoil Basin, which is one of the pull-apart basins in the southeastern Korean Peninsula, are bimodal in composition: felsic (67.2-70.5wt.% SiO₂) and mafic (49.3-55.2wt.% SiO₂). The bimodal volcanic activities in the basin appear to be closely associated with the basin development. The volcanic rocks are intercalated with thick piles of sedimentary sequence. They show evidence of magma mixing, which has produced mafic and felsic volcanic rocks. We are able to identify the petrographic characteristics (disequilibrium phenocryst assemblages) of the volcanic rocks that were mixed. In basaltic lava, phenocrysts of olivine and orthopyroxene coexist with corroded quartz phenocryst. Dacitic to rhyolitic welded ash-flow tuff contains phenocrysts of clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene. It suggests that phenocryst disequilibrium have been affected and mixed by magmas, which have different compositions.

        한국전통문화의 산업디자인 적용을 위한 소비감성연구

        21세기 디자인의 중요한 주제 중 하나인 감성디자인이 소비심리 분석에 있어서 효과적인 과제임을 인증받고 있는 현 상황을 기반으로 본 연구에서는 한국의 전통문화요소를 산업디자인에 적용하기 위한 소비감성연구를 통하여 전통문화요소를 활용한 디자인 개발방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국 전통문화 및 전통문양에 대한 소비자들의 감성평가로서 감성소비가치 요인과 감성소비자들의 유형을 분류하여 유형별 감성평가, 감성적 소비가치, 구매 의도는 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지 연구결과를 도출하는데 주안점을 두었다. 이에 따라 유형별 요인분석 연구결과 4가지 감성평가 요인 중 매력성 요인이 가장 중요한 차원임을 확인할 수 있었고, 감성소비자 군집분석결과 각 집단별 다소 차이를 보임을 확인할 수 있었으며, 유형 분류된 네 개의 감성 소비자집단별 감성평가, 감성적 소비가치, 구매의도에서 감성평가 시 매력성 요인을 가장 높게 보고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 개인의 기호나 감성을 중요시하는 감성적 소비성향에 따라 소비자들이 자신의 가치와 만족에 따라 디자인을 선택하게 된다는 점을 인식하여 한국의 전통문화 및 전통문양을 디자인에 효과적으로 적용시켜 개발하여야 할 필요성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Based on the current situation where emotional design, one of the important topics of design in 21st century, was proved to be effective subject for the analysis of consumer sentiment, the purpose of this study is to provide the development direction for design using traditional cultural element through emotional consumption study in order to apply korean traditional elements to industrial design. This study is focused on categorizing the consumers emotional evaluation, emotional consumption value factors, and the types of emotional consumers, about Korean traditional culture and traditional pattern and how each type makes a difference in emotional evaluation, emotional consumption value, and intention of purchase. As a result of type-factor analysis study, attractiveness is the most important elements among 4 factors of emotional evaluation, and result of emotional consumer cluster analysis confirms the difference between each community. Moreover, it was proved that attractiveness is the most important factor when four communities of emotional consumers emotionally evaluate from emotional evaluation, emotional consumption value, intention of purchase. Based on the result of this study, it was confirmed that image of traditional culture has differential competitiveness. In addition to that, it is necessary to develop effective application of design with Korean traditional culture and traditional pattern since consumers’ selection depends on emotional propensity to consumption which emphasize the individual preference and emotion. Therefore, it is important to figure out the motif that can stimulate the consumer’s purchase and it will be the base for application of traditional cultural element into industrial design product having guaranteed competitiveness in the market.

        유전자 변형 작물 성분 검출용 PCR Kit의 성능 평가 연구

        유전자변형작물의 이점과 잠재적 위해에 관한 다른 사회적 인식은 각국에서 다른 반응을 유발시켜왔다. 한국을 포함한 많은 국가는 새로운 규제를 제정하기 위해 부심히고 있다. 한국은 최근에 3% 이상의 유전자변형작물 혼입을 포함하는 모든 식품에 표시제를 실시하였다. 유전자변형작물 혼입을 신속하고 간편하게 검출하는 방법의 하나는 PCR에 의한 도입 DNA의 증폭이다. 이 목적을 위한 많은 PCR kit가 시판되고 있어, 본 연구는 이들 상업화된 유전자변형작물 검출 kit의 성능을 시험하였다. 그 결과 이들 15개 kit 중 6개는 안정성, 재현성 및 검출 한계의 측면에서 제작사 스스로 제시한 요구조건도 충족하지 못하여 이들 kit의 개발 및 생산 단계에서 품질관리에 문제점이 있음을 시사하였다. 본 시험은 또한 duplex와 triplex 검출 kit가 단일 PCR 반응에서 명백한 검출을 보장할지라도, monoplex 검출 kit의 검출 능력이 가장 높다는 것을 시사하였다. 또한, kit들은 콩과 옥수수 사이에서 다른 검출 한계를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 GM 작물의 재배, 국가간 이동, GM 작물을 사용한 식품 생산 과정의 모니터링 뿐만 아니라 GM 작물과 관련한 정부의 법규를 준수하기 위한 GM 작물의 혼입의 건전한 과학적 추적체계의 개발에 유용할 것이라 사료된다. Many PCR kits for this purpose are commercially available. The objective of this study was to evaluate performance of commercialized GM crop detection kits. The results showed that 6 out of 15 kits tested did not meet the requirements even purposed by the manufacturers themselves in terms of stability, reproducibility, and detection limits, suggesting a potential quality control problem in their design stage or<br/> production line. The evaluation also suggests that, although the duplex and triplex detection kits allowed unambiguous detection in a single PCR reaction, the monoplex detection kits were the most sensitive to the detection of GM ingredients. The detection limits also differ between soybean and corn. Results from this study will be useful in the development of sound qualitative tracking systems of GM ingredients for monitoring throughout the cultivation of GM crops, their transboundary movement, and food production using GM grains as well as for complying with government guidelines associated with GM crops.
