In this paper, we will provide an upper limb rehabilitation training system with active and passive movements. These movements are based on electromyography (EMG) signals for the maintenance and recovery of exercise capacity of the patients. Rehabilitation system provides a training system that will combine the drive system for the upper limbs, muscle strength, and auxiliary mechanical load for strength training. The passive mode assists the strength of the direction of movement. This is used to analyze the EMG signals of the patients. The automatic mode is used to induce and create bends in a circular motion. The motion is classified as the EMG mode. In the EMG mode, there should be an expected recovery of the patient due to the rehabilitation of the initial. The recovery of the patient’s motor skills will be assessed through the best mode. This mode can match the state of the individual patient. The active passive rehabilitation runtime is proposed in this paper.
