In this paper, the contact ratio and tooth modification among the reducer design parameter were checked how they affect the actual noise. To verify of performance we calculated specifications having different rate of engagement and the prototype was made base on the specifications. In addition, in order to confirm the effect on tooth modification , the crowning was making progress turning gear is applied. After the prototype produced, the result of the noise test of the noload condition in an anechoic chamber was used as evaluation indicators.

This article discusses themes such as trans-humanities, trans-nationalism, trans-identity through Taiwan movies, 〈Cape No.7〉 and 〈Etude〉. Korea and Taiwan are sharing the history of colonization, but two nations possess the same moments with different ways. In Taiwan, the identification is difficult and complicated. This paper focuses on the ‘Trans-’ in the process of identification of Taiwan. Referring to the survey of ‘Changes in the Taiwanese/Chinese Identity of Taiwanese’(the Election Study Center, NCCU, 1992-2016.12), the results is below. Taiwanese : 17.6%(1992) → 58.2%(2016) Both Taiwanese and Chinese : 46.4%(1992) → 34.3%(2016)Chinese : 25.5%(1992) → 3.4%(2016) What I am interesting is the figure steady upwards curve of Taiwanese. It means that Taiwanese have chosen their identity as only Taiwanese. The figure of 25.5% as Chinese(1992) was even more than the figure of 17.6% as Taiwanese(1992). Taiwanese identity has been transferred from Chinese and Taiwanese to only Taiwanese. Stuart Hall said that the identity is not given in the fixed conception, is evolving in the process. In modern history of Korea and Taiwan, national identity was mostly transferred by not arbitrary, for example as a colonist under the imperialism of Japan. Also Taiwan classified into 3 identities given by time when you came to the island of Taiwan such as Native taiwanese, Mainlanders and aborigines. When the national party(Guomintang) ruled Taiwan, Taiwanese were forced to identify themselves as Chinese, then after 90s, when the president Lidenghui governed Taiwan, they have been considering themselves as Taiwanese and the Taiwanese things. 〈Cape No.7〉 have been at the center of controversy, having a pro-Japanese’s review, even if Taiwan had been ruled by Japan. So 〈Cape No.7〉 has been criticized that still can not get out of the colonial view of history. But I wonder why Taiwanese accepted this movie. The critics on criticizing 〈Cape No.7〉, they are under the views of ‘Sinocentrism’. China has an intention which integrates Taiwan as one nation using mediated memory of colonial history, whereas Taiwan refuses to construction of memory by China, Taiwan tries to reconstruct the memory of Taiwanese. In 〈Etude〉 tried to explore the ‘Taiwanese things’ through crossing island of Taiwan by bike. So I focuses on the memory and hybridity for the reconstruction of Taiwanese things through these 2 movies. The quests for Identification or Taiwanese things examine the diverse reviews mediated through transnational and regional discourses. It concerns how difficult it has been to create local-ethnographies of what it means to be a dweller in Taiwan through any single historical interpretation. The memory of colonization can be serving as a mediated memory in the nation-state, such as Korea after Japanese-colonization has focused on the anti-Japan, that is, nationalism for the social unification using the memory of colonization and after Korean war has focused on the anti-communism using the memory of the war, so maintained pro-American. The memory of colonist has been used as the mediated memory for the unified nation state. The nation needs one homogeneous memory, so some memories uncomfortable for one homogeneous memory could be excluded and forgotten. So this article concerns hybridity and diversity from behind the homogeneous memory.

DP 생성 메커니즘을 통한 ‘X’의 고찰 ― ‘향(向)/왕(往)/도(到)+X’구를 중심으로

This study analyzed the DP generation mechanism regarding ‘X’ from a generative grammar point of view, after categorial features of ‘X’ in structures which consist of ‘direction(向/往/到)+X’ were classified into [-V] and [+V]. First, phrases related with ‘De(的)’ has been separated into three types as the DP(Determiner Phrase) with referentiality, the DeP(‘的’-particle Phrase) with modifier function, the NominalP(Nominalization Phrase) to nominalize properties of verbs or adjectives for the DP derivation of [±V]. As for conclusions analyzed, it suggests the results summary in order of the categorial features of ‘X’, the derivation of a DP in [-V] and the derivation of a DP in [+V] below. The categorial features of ‘X’ is summarized as follows. The figure is expressed as a percentage according to being placed before(B) and after(A) the predicate within structure in order of ‘向+X’, ‘往+X’ and ‘到+X’. In case of ‘向 +X’, 92.5%(B) and 93.5%(A) in [-V], 7.5%(B) and 6.5%(A) in [+V] ; in case of ‘往+X’, 84.5%(B) and 100%(A) in [-V], 15.5%(B) and 0%(A) in [+V] ; in case of ‘到+X’, 99.5%(B) and 89.5%(A) in [-V], 0.5%(B) and 10.5%(A) in [+V]. The derivation of a DP in [-V] is summarized as follows. One is that the explicit referential DP includes personal pronoun, only a few of time unit words, a demonstrative pronoun, ‘referential determiner +‘De(的)’+noun’ and so on. They are directly assigned to a ‘D(head)’ from the lexicon and then projected onto the DP. The other is that the implicit referential DP includes bare nouns(proper and common nouns), ‘NumP+ClP+NP’ and phrases by ‘yi(一)’. Bare nouns are projected onto the DP by the head movement principle from a N to a D. The rest can be projected onto the DP by a null determiner because of the head movement constraint. The derivation of a DP in [+V] is summarized as follows. The maximal projection of [+V] can be regarded as the implicit referential DP. NominalP to nominalize properties of verbs or adjectives is projected onto the DP by head movement from a Nominal to a D. AP/VP, AP/VP+(了/裏/處), VdP and CP are constituents to be projected as DeP which modifies null(empty) nouns phonologically. The derivation of a DP related with them is derived by a null determiner. Because the DeP is located in a specifier of a NP, it can not be raised to a D by head movement principle. Furthermore, the movement of a N causes contradiction between surface structures and deep structures. This studied with regard to the DP generation mechanism regarding ‘X’ and then showed only some opinions, this will be willing to do its best to make a progress of a better research continuously.

Reconstruction of Locality - A Study of Hong Kong’s plays in the 1980s

While the China emphasizes ‘identity politics’ with Sinocentrism, locality is emerging in Hong Kong and Taiwan. This is a clash between ‘local’ and ‘national’ with China. This study focuses on rising on ‘locality’ of Hong Kong in the 1980s with how Hong Kong’s plays represented own memories beyond a national/ethnic history. Transnational history is to redefine ‘historical nowhere’ as a national history. Gabaccia emphasized that it is a transnational practice to offset the surroundings of life outside the narrative of national history. When this perception meets literature and art which many ways to read our lives, they can narrow the gap between knowledge and life, and represent the present with own language. Literature and art interestingly have its own locality, but its boundary is vague and extensible. This paper began with a question whether we have own languages to represent our time and space. So focusing on ‘realms of memory’ and look at the re-contextualization among local-national-global or individual-state-world relationships with Hong Kong’s plays. This could be a challenge to the hegemony of ‘identity politics’ in the National History so far. The united way ‘trans’ and ‘national’ will be a journey to find the meaning ‘-’ that hyphen. When each ‘locality’ i.e., Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore read history and memory trans a boundary of East-Asian or national/ethnic narrative, This journey will explore many ways of uniting ‘trans’ and ‘national’, not trapped in the national/ethnic discourse. The reason we need this journey is because it is not enough to represent our lives with national/ethnic narrative and the capital letter ‘History.’

Bacteria magnetic particle (BMP) is one of important candidate for delivering molecules to inside cells. Due to its unique property such as bio-compatiblity, super paramagnetic ability, uniform nano scale size, BMP is used in many areas. In this study, aptamer, which is an oligonucleic acid or a peptide that can bind specifically to the target molecules used for targeting cytochrome C. The specific response of the cell only uptakes BMP and BMP-aptamer conjugate is measured in several ways. Using the information of cell viability, protein concentration, and microscope picture, the effect of the followings can be discovered: magnetic field, BMP, targeted cytochrome C by BMP-aptamer conjugate. Moreover, holding cytochrome C by targeted BMPaptamer conjugate and magnetic field, the specific function of cytochrome C can be also distinguished.
