인터넷쇼핑에서 한·중소비자의 라이프스타일에 따른 만족도 및 거래지속성 비교

本研究是根据使用网络购买商品的韩中消费者的生活方式和所购产品的特性, 对网络购买商品的满足度和交易持续性有着怎样的差异而进行的研究。以使用网络购买商品的人为对象,把握其生活方式的特性,将其分为三个集团后从各集团间网络购买商品的满足度和这些主要交易产品特性类别的满足度及交易持续性的差异中再以国家层面进行分类,对韩国和中国分析后将两国的消费者之间的差异进行比较分析。根据生活方式研究的结果,在中国的情况中可以看出网络购商品的满足度和交易持续性的差异;在韩国的情况中虽然有网络购商品满足度的差异但交易的持续性方面却没有可以留意的差异。对于产品的特性方面,两国均没有表现出任何的差异。这样的结果可以为在网络购物市场中进出的企业提供关于市场细分化的有用情报,还可以树立市场营销过程中使危险降至最小化的市场营销战略以及提供实事要点的意义。

In this research the levels of information infrastructure of selected forwarders were measured and analyzed a relationship with business performance. The selected forwarder was consisted of local forwarder group and foreign invested forwarder group. In this analysis the level of information infrastructure of foreign invested forwarder group was higher than local forwarder group, and accordingly their performance was found a difference. i. e. A positive significant relationship was found between the level of information infrastructure and forwarders' business performance by means of correlation analysis.
Identification of Factors Affecting Continuity of Partnerships in the Internet-Based Supply Chain

The primary purpose of this study is to review literatures on the relationships between the continuity of partnerships and several relevant constructs drawn from transaction cost theory and social exchange theory, and to propose the conceptual research model and some hypotheses under the internet based supply chain. The e-commerce environment is changing a nature of market. The market is getting dynamic and enabling low-cost partner switching and a high flexibility as well as changing inter-organizational structure. These dynamic nature of the internet-based supply chain structure may potentially lead to less focus on such collaborative efforts. Therefore, this study propose it is necessary to explore and test relationships between the continuity of partnerships and several relevant variables constructs, specially, a moderating effect of transactional products type under the internet environment. 무역업체의 정보네트워크가 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 논문은 무역업에 종사하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 무역거래과정에서 활용되는 거래경로, 유통경로, 서류경로, 추적경로를 제공하고 있는 인터넷 기반의 무역업 정보네트워크의 구성요소가 기업성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 정보네트워크의 구성요소로서 정보네트워크의 활용도, 정보네트워크의 기반, 정보네트워크의 정책 및 전략, 조직 및 인력 중에서 정보네트워크의 기반을 제외한 정보네트워크의 활용도, 정책 및 전략, 조직 및 인력 등이 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중소규모의 무역업체 대부분이 아직 통합된 정보네트워크의 구축이 미흡한 실정임으로 물리적인 정보기반에 의존하기보다는 기존의 정보네트워크를 최적으로 활용하고, 정보네트워크의 개선에 대한 기업의 치밀한 계획 및 실행능력이 기업성과에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사하고 있다. In this research the levels of information network of selected export and import company were measured and analyzed a relationship with business performance. A positive significant relationship was found between the level of information network and business performance by means of logistic regression. Especially, the level of information network utility, policy and strategy, organization and human resources for information network which affect positively on business performance. The information network infrastructure was not important variable on performance. This result imply that it would be more important to have the best strategy as well as feasibility in order to maximize performance in condition of developing the information network of small-medium sized trade company.
