지방자치제가 실시됨으로써 각 지방자치단체들은 지역 고유의 정체성과 역사성을 반영하여 지역경쟁력을 강화하고 활성화시키기 위해 지역문화자원을 이용하는 효과적인 발전 전략을 모색하고 있다. 그 중 하나인 지역축제는 지역경제를 활성화시키고 지역이미지를 강화시키며 지역주민의 화합을 도모하는데 크게 기여하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역축제의 현황과 유형을 파악하고 지역의 경제·사회·문화적 효과를 분석을 통해 지역축제의 효과와 문제점을 확인한 후 지역축제가 나아갈 방향을 살펴보고 이를 근거로 디지털콘텐츠 관점에서의 군포시 이미지축제의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The local autonomy governments in Korea are trying to set up the effective development plans for their areas cultivating own cultural resources that reflect the identity and indigenous history of the area to meet with the particular needs of the areas after the decentralization of the Korea government. Among those projects the local festival is one of the mostly favored strategies for the regional promotion recently. In addition the local festival contributes a lot to the regional economy increasing the income of the local residents directly and indirectly and also it enhances the latent power for the community development. we need to grasp present condition and actual conditions of the local festival and analyze area interior and exterior's economy society cultural ripple effect and present direction of the local festival hereafter for development of more successful bloc economy and accession of characteristic culture. Therefore examine kind and effect of bloc economy in this research. Indicate the local festival present situation and result problem and this problem by score local economy activate and wished to present GUNPO-CITY festival in digital contents.

표면파의 음향 비선형성과 실험적 특성 검증

본 연구의 목적은 탄성 표면파에서의 비선형 거동의 이론적 배경을 소개하고 실험적으로 검증하는 것으로서, 이론상의 표면파의 비선형 파라미터는 벌크파에서와 같이 전파된 표면파의 2차 고조파 성분과 기본파 성분 크기의 비에 의존한다. 이를 검증하기 위해 접촉식 탐촉자를 이용한 측정 시스템을 구축하였고, 표면파 전파거리와 인가전압 크기를 변화시키며 알루미늄 6061 합금의 비선형 파라미터를 측정하였다. 또한, 비선형 파라미터를 측정함에 있어서 주파수 의존적 감쇠의 영향을 고려하였다. 이러한 과정을 통한 결과는 탄성 표면파의 비선형 파라미터가 인가전압의 크기에 독립적이며, 2차 고조파 성분의 크기는 전파거리에 선형적으로 의존할 것이라는 이론적 예측과 일치한다. The goal of this study is to introduce the theoretical background of acoustic nonlinearity in surface wave and to verify its characteristics by experiments. It has been known by theory that the nonlinear parameter of surface wave is proportional to the ratio of 2<SUP>nd</SUP> harmonic amplitude and the power of primary component in the propagated surface wave, as like as in bulk waves. In this paper, in order to verify this characteristics we constructed a measurement system using contact angle beam transducers and measured the nonlinear parameter of surface wave in an Aluminum 6061 alloy block specimen while changing the distance of wave propagation and the input amplitude. We also considered the effect of frequency-dependent attenuation to the measurement of nonlinear parameter. Results showed good agreement with the theoretical expectation that the nonlinear parameter should be independent on the input amplitude and linearly dependent on the input amplitude and the 2<SUP>nd</SUP> harmonic amplitude is linearly dependant on the propagation distance.

기업의 재무보고 품질과 부채 만기가 투자 효율성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 한국거래소 상장기업을 대상으로 재무보고 품질과 부채 만기가 투자 효율성에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 기업의 재무보고 품질은 Jones(1991) 모형을 수정한 Dechowet al.(1995) 모형, Dechow et al.(1998) CFO 모형, Kothari et al.(2005) 성과 대응 모형을 사용하여 측정하였으며, 추가로 이 세 가지 척도를 평균한 종합 척도를 사용하였다. 또한, 부채 만기는 자본조달 변수로서 Johnson(2003)의 방법으로 측정하였고, 투자 효율성은 투자정책 변수로서 Biddle et al.(2009) 모형으로 측정하였으며, 본 연구의 중요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 기업의 재무보고 품질이 투자 효율성에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는데, 이는 재무보고 품질이 증가할수록 과잉투자와 과소투자 문제가 완화되어 투자 효율성이 증가함을 의미한다. 그리고 기업의 부채 만기가 투자 효율성에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는데, 이는 단기부채의 비중이 증가하여 부채 만기가 짧아질수록 과잉투자와 과소투자 문제가 완화되어 투자 효율성이 증가함을 의미한다. 그러나 단기부채의 비중이 증가할수록 재무보고 품질이 투자 효율성을 증가시키는 효과는 점차 감소하는데, 이는 재무보고 품질과 부채 만기가 투자 효율성에 대체적 영향을 미친다는 증거가 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 투자정책의 측면에서 투자 효율성을 증가시키기 위한 대체적 방법 중에서 재무보고 품질과 부채 만기를 선택적으로 사용할 수 있음을 시사하며, 재무보고 품질과 부채 만기를 투자 효율성과 연결시킨 연구에 공헌할 것으로 기대한다. This study analyzes empirically the effects of financial reporting quality and debt maturity on investment efficiency of firms listed on Kosdaq Market of Korea Exchange. Financial reporting qualities are estimated using the Dechow et al. (1995) model, the Dechow et al.(1998) CFO model, the Kothari et al. (2005) ROA-performance-matched-discretionary-accrual model, and their aggregate measure. Corporate debt maturities are determined using the Johnson(2003) model, and investment efficiencies are determined using the Biddle et al.(2009) model. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows. The financial reporting quality has positive and significant effects on the investment efficiency, implying that firms with higher financial reporting quality show higher investment efficiency. At the same time, debt maturity has positive and significant effects on the investment efficiency, implying that firms with higher use of short term debt show higher investment efficiency. However, the financial reporting quality and debt maturity are mechanisms with some degree of substitution in improving investment efficiency, reducing both overinvestment and underinvestment problems. That is, firms mitigate investment inefficiency by preparing financial information with higher quality or by using shorter debt maturity. This study contributes to a growing body of literature providing empirical evidence of financial reporting quality and debt maturity roles in improving investment efficiency. In particular, this study analyzes the interaction effect between financial reporting quality and debt maturity on improving investment efficiency and suggests both financial reporting quality and debt maturity may play a substitutive role in reducing both overinvestment and underinvestment problems. This study may have a few limitations because it may be an only early study about the effects of financial reporting quality and debt maturity on corporate investment efficiency. Therefore, we think that it is necessary to expand sample firms and control variables, and use more elaborate analysis methods in the future studies.

표면파의 음향비선형 특성을 이용한 표면 피로열화 평가

이 논문은 표면파의 비선형특성을 이용하여 재료 표면의 열화손상을 평가한 사례 연구의 결과를 보고한다. 이 연구에서는 3점 굽힘 피로시험에 의해 표면에 피로열화를 가한 알루미늄 T6 시편을 대상으로 표면파의 음향 비선형 파라미터를 측정하기 위한 실험장치를 구성하였으며, 피로시험 전후에서 측정된 비선형 파라미터의 크기를 비교하였다. 특히 3점 굽힘 피로시험에 의한 표면피로손상은 시편의 중앙부 표면에 집중될 것이 예상되므로 이 주변에서의 비선형 파라미터의 변화를 세밀히 관찰하였다. 실험결과 피로손상이 거의 없는 시편의 가장자리에서는 비선형 파라미터가 피로시험 전후에서 큰 변화가 없었지만, 표면 피로열화가 집중된 중앙부에서는 뚜렷하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. This paper reports the results of a case study for the evaluation of surface damage by using acoustic nonlinearity of surface wave. In this study, the experimental system was constructed to measure the acoustic nonlinear parameter of surface wave in an Aluminum 6061 T6 specimen of which surface was damaged by the three point bending fatigue test, and magnitudes of nonlinear parameter measured before and after the fatigue test were compared. Especially, since the surface fatigue damage by the three point bending is concentrated at the central position of loading, the change in the nonlinear parameter around this position was monitored. Experimental results showed that the measured nonlinear parameter at the outside of this position after the fatigue test was almost same as the initial value before the fatigue test, since the fatigue damage at this position was little. However, clear increase in the nonlinear parameter was noticed after the fatigue test at the central position of specimen where the surface fatigue damage is expected to be concentrated.
