On the aspect of on-time production and development resource use, it is very important to predict the software release time during the software development process. In this paper, we present the optimal release problem based on the evaluation indicator and cost evaluation. And also we show the optimal release point considered with both of them. We applied the Exponential Software Reliability Growth Model(E-SRGM) and Testing-effort dependent Software Reliability Growth Model(Te-SRGM) and decided the software release time according to software reliability indicator. As a result of two models comparison, we verify the Te-SRGM is more adopted in our switching system software.

마이크로/나노 전자 소자의 고성능화, 융/복합화, 미세화가 급격하기 진행됨에 따라 칩과 기기를 하나의 시스템으로 구성하기 위한 패키징 기술은 그 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 칩의 성능을 효과적으로 활용하기 위하여 다양한 패키징 기술이 개발되었고, 그 중에서 특히 칩과 기판 사이를 직접 적합하는 역할을 하는 솔더의 전기적/환경적 요구를 개선하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 특히, Sn-58Bi는 가장 대표적으로 사용되는 저온 무연 솔더 소재는 flexible electronics나 wearable electronics 에 적용되고 있지만, 취성이 있어서 휨 변형이나 장기적인 신뢰성이 떨어진다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 Sn-58Bi에 W 나노 입자를 첨가하여 금속학적, 기계적 특성을 개선하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 Sn-58Bi에 W 나노 입자의 첨가에 따른 젖음성, 퍼짐성, 미세조직, 인장강도, 연성 등의 물성 변화를 분석, 측정하였다. 실험 결과, Sn-58Bi의 microstructure가 미세화되는 경향을 확인하였고, 최적 나노 W 함량에서 Sn-58Bi에 비해, 인장강도 및 연성이 개선되었다. 이를 통해, W 나노 입자의 최적 첨가 결과에 확보에 따라, felxible electronics용 차세대 솔더로서의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

Background: D-dimer testing is widely applied as a first step in the diagnostic work-up of pulmonary embolism (PE). Although this is the most sensitive assay for ruling out PE, the prognostic implications of D-dimer testing in patients with normotensive PE are not well known. The aim of this study was to determine if D-dimer testing on admission predicts major adverse cardiac events (MACE) in patients with normotensive PE. Methods: A total of 180 consecutive patients with normotensive PE admitted between January 2003 and June 2009 were included. The group was divided into quartiles on the basis of their D-dimer levels. We compared the frequency of MACE by quartile of D-dimer level and estimated sensitivity, specificity, and predictive values for MACE in the first and fourth quartile. Results: In the 37 (20.6%) patients with MACEs, the median D-dimer level (7.94 [IQR: 4.03∼18.17] μg/mL) was higher than in patients with a benign course (5.29 [IQR: 2.60∼11.52] μg/mL, p<0.01). The occurrence of MACEs was increased with increasing D-dimer level (p=0.017). In the first quartile (D-Dimer <2.76 μg/mL) sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values for predicting MACEs were, respectively, 91.9%, 29.4%, 25.2%, and 93.3%. Conclusion: Patients with D-dimer levels below 2.76 μg/mL have a low risk of MACEs. Our study suggest that D-dimer level may be used to identify low risk patients with normotensive PE.

Aconitum is an extremely dangerous plant that contains various toxic diterpenoid alkaloids, primarily concentrated in the roots. We report a case of acute intoxication of a 60-year-old man admitted to our emergency department after ingestion of a large amount of homemade aconitine decoction. At presentation about one hour after intake, the patient was unconscious and electrocardiographic analysis showed a ventricular tachycardia/fibrillation. Several times defibrillation was applied and antiarrhythmic agents were administered, but the patient still exhibited a refractory ventricular fibrillation and failed to return to spontaneous circulation. Sustained cardiopulmonary resuscitation finally produced a pulsatile cardiac rhythm at two hours after intake. The patient was discharged from our hospital on day 8. The authors stress that clinicians must be aware of the possible occurrence of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmia in cases of aconitine intoxication and be prepared to persist with prolonged CPR as necessary.

Purpose: This study was performed to determine the time of initial fundus examination after the diagnosis of diabetes and the probability of diabetic retinopathy in the primary eye clinic. Methods: 158 diabetes who visited on primary eye clinic between September 2003 and February 2004 were enrolled. We perfomed fundus examination with stereoscopic photograph. and made some questions about the delyed fundus examination. Results: Among 158 patients (Mean age 59.56±9.66), diabetic retinopathy was demonstrated in 59 (37.3%). The average delayed time of initial fundus examination was 5.98±5.30years. The longer duration of the interval, the higer was the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy and the more severe retinopathy was found. The common reason of delayed fundus examination after diagnosis of diabetes was `having no symptom` (50.0%) and `not knowing of diabetic ocular complication` (15.0%). Conclusions: We concluded the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy in primary eye clinic was not remarkable different in tertiary hospital. In order to prevent vision threatening diabetic retinopathy, We should perfom the fundus examination before becoming too advanced. In primary eye clinic as well as tertiary hopital, education of diabetic patients and thorough understanding of diabetic retinopathy must be needed.

The plant Korean rosebay are members of the Ericaceae(Heath) family and may contain grayanotoxins, which exert toxic effects by binding to sodium channels in cell membranes. We had experience of 2 cases of Korean rose bay intoxication, who exposed to Rhododendron mucronulatum. Patients were presented to our ED with nausea and vomiting, hypotension, and dizziness or depressed mentation. The patients were performed monitoring and supportive treatment and were fully recovered within 48hours. Korean rose bay intoxication should be considered in patients with clinical evidence of gastrointestinal irritation, cardiac arrhythmias, and/or neurologic signs without identifiable causes, especially in spring or early summer.

Phytolaccaceae had been used as a pharmaceutical drugs or food in Korea. Nowadays, it is rarely used due to its toxicity, and then, case reports as to poisoning also are rare. Recently, Authors experienced a case of an occurrence in a group intoxication after ingestion of roots of phytolacca american a misidentifying as arrowroot. We report this case with review of phytolacca radix poisoning.

A mobile ad hocnetwork(MANET) is a network where a set of mobile devices communicate among themselves using wireless transmission without the support of a fixed network infrastructure. The use of wireless links makes MANET susceptible to attack. Eavesdroppers can access secret information, violating network confidentiality, and compromised nodes can launch attack from within network. Therefore, the security for MANET depends on using the cryptographic key, which can make the network reliable, In addition, because MANET has a lot of mobile devices, the authentication scheme utilizing only the symmetric key cryptography can not support a wide range of device authentication, Thereby, PKI based device authenticatioo technique in the Ad Hoc network is essential and the paper will utilize the concept of PKI. Especialy, this paper is focused on the key management technique ot PKI technologies that can offer the advantage of the key distribution, authentication, and non-reputation, and the issuing and 'managing technique of certificates based on clustering using.
