In this paper, Using a Fuzzy theory an On-Line phoneme recognition procedure of Korean characters is studied. The recognition method is performed by reading the pixel coordinates, finding the feature points, recognizing the stroke, recognizing the phoneme in order. In the course of recognizing the stroke, first the feature points of an inputed stroke is characterized by starting point, end point, and bending point. and then, based on 0, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 stroke code among the recognized stroke the distance or direction between base stroke and the next input stroke is used for recognizing the phoneme

The study is aimed at developing the parellel processing interpriter for normal order reduction algorithm, which process the functional program. Programmer can develop programs regardless of hardware and parellelism of the algorithm becase functional program is easy to detect parellelism and nees not synchronization aming tasks. After several tast program execated, I see 2.1 and 3.5 times speed-up effect in SUM.L and COND.L program, each other.

부동산경매절차에서 허위유치권에 관한 문제와 개선방안 – 집행법원의 역할을 중심으로 –

부동산경매절차에서 허위유치권으로 인하여 각종 문제들이 발생하고 있으 며, 이로 인하여 경매절차에 대한 불만, 부동산거래질서의 혼란 등 사회문제화 가 되고 있는 현실을 감안할 때 실무를 담당하는 입장에서 허위유치권에 관한 문제와 개선방안에 대하여 심도있게 논의할 필요성이 있어 연구주제로 선정 하게 되었다. 먼저, 부동산경매절차에서 허위유치권이 증가하게 된 주요 원인에 대하여 유치권 관련 제도상의 문제점, 부동산경매절차상의 문제점, 집행법원의 소극 적인 대응, 부동산경매전반에 만연된 도덕적 해이라는 네 가지 시각에서 고찰 해 보았다. 그리고 허위유치권의 유형으로는 통모한 당사자를 분류기준으로 삼아 세가지 유형으로 나누어 검토하였고, 허위유치권으로 인하여 야기되는 부동산경매절차상의 폐해를 단계별로 검토하였다. 끝으로 부동산경매절차에 서 허위유치권 근절을 위한 개선방안으로 법제도상의 개선방안과 집행법원의 적극적 역할로 나누어 검토하였는데, 법제도상의 개선방안으로는 법개정을 통 한 개선방안과 유치권 관련규정에 대한 새로운 해석을 통한 해석상의 개선방 안으로 구분해서 살펴보았으며, 집행법원의 적극적 역할에서는 부동산경매절 차상의 개선방안과 유치권신고에 대한 집행법원의 대응방안 그리고 허위유치 권자에 대한 처벌강화에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 부동산경매절차에서 허위유치권에 관한 문제를 근원적으로 해결하기 위해 서는 법 제도의 개정이 시급한 문제이지만 그리 쉽지 않은 것이 현실이고, 따라서 집행법원의 역할이 중요하며, 또한 적극적인 역할이 요구되는 시점이 다. 물론 집행법원의 특성상 그 범위와 한계에 대하여 논란이 있을 수 있지만 우리 실무에서 좀 더 적극적인 의지를 가지고 허위유치권에 대한 문제점을 인식하고, 현실적인 대안을 제시하고 이를 실천함으로써 부동산 경매절차의 안정과 활성화에 다소나마 기여할 수 있게 되기를 바란다. There occurs various problems because of the false lien in the real estate auction procedure, and due to that, there occurs social problems such as the dissatisfaction about the auction procedure, disorder in the real estate transaction order, and considering these phenomenon, there are need for discussing in depth the problems regarding the false lien and the its improvement scheme from the point of the person in charge of the practical tasks, so we have selected this problem as the thesis of the research. First, we have studied from the four points of views, the systematic problems regarding liens, problems of the real estate auction procedure, the passive actions of the prosecuting courts and the ethical slackness that is prevalent in the overall real estate auction, about the main causes of the increase of the false liens. And for the types of the false liens, we have classified them into three categories based on the person who conspired and reviewed on them, and reviewed on the problems of the real estate auction procedure that occurs due to the false liens step by step. And finally, we have divided the improvement scheme for the eradication of the false liens in the real estate auction procedure into the improvement scheme on the law and systematic phase and the positive role of the executing court. For the improvement scheme of the law and systematic phase, we have divided it into the improvement scheme through amendment of the law and the analytical improvement scheme through new interpretation about the regulations related to the liens and investigated on them, and for the positive role of the executing court, we have studied on the improvement scheme of the real estate auction procedure, the coping scheme of the executing court about the declaration of the liens and the fortification of punishment about the person of false lien. In order to solve the problem on the false line in the real estate auction procedure fundamentally, the amendment of the law system is an urgent matter, but the reality is that it is not that easy. Thus, the role of the executing court is very important, and their positive role is expected. That there can be controversies about the scope and limit on the characteristic of the executing court is for sure, but we wish that we will possess more positive volition about our practical tasks, be aware of the problems regarding the false lien, present realistic measures and implement them, and contribute somewhat to the stability and vitalization of the real estate auction procedure.
