        탈구된 인공수정체 공막고정 및 홍채고정의 단기 임상결과 비교

        목적: 인공수정체 탈구의 치료법으로서 인공수정체 홍채고정술과 공막고정술을 시행 받은 환자들의 술 후 전방 깊이, 인공수정체의 기울어짐과 중심이탈, 굴절력의 변화 등을 비교하였다. 대상과 방법: 인공수정체 공막고정술 환자 10명 10안, 인공수정체 홍채고정술 환자 8명 8안을 대상으로 후향적 연구를 진행하였다. 수술 전 시력 검사, 안압 검사, 세극등 현미경 검사, 안저 검사 및 굴절검사를 시행하였고 각막 곡률, 안축장의 길이, 전방의 깊이를 측정하였다. 수술 후 1일, 1주일, 1개월, 2개월째 경과관찰 하였으며 시력 검사, 안압 검사, 세극등 현미경 검사 및 굴절 오차와 전방의 깊이, 인공 수정체의 기울어짐과 중심이탈을 측정하였다. 결과: 인공수정체 공막고정술을 시행한 군과 홍채고정술을 시행한 군을 비교하였을 때 수술 전, 후의 나안시력(uncorrected visual acuity, UCVA) 및 교정시력(best corrected visual acuity, BCVA), 굴절력은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 홍채고정술을 시행하는 경우에 공막고정술을 시행한 경우에 비하여 유의하게 전방의 깊이가 깊어지는 것으로 나타났으며 intraocular lens (IOL) tilting은 공막고정술에 비해 홍채고정술을 시행하였을 때 유의하게 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 인공수정체 홍채고정술을 시행한 군은 공막고정술을 시행한 군에 비하여 인공수정체의 기울어짐이 유의하게 커지며 전방의 깊이는 깊어지는 경향을 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 인공수정체 탈구 환자에서 수술 방법을 선택할 때 고려해 볼 수 있겠고 인공수정체의 도수를 결정할 때 이 변화 정도를 분석하여 이용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: To compare clinical outcomes between iris fixation and scleral fixation as treatments for dislocated Intra Ocular Lens. Methods: Ten eyes of 10 patients underwent scleral fixation (scleral fixation group) and 8 eyes of 8 patients underwent iris fixation (iris fixation group) were enrolled in this retrospective study. In each group, visual acuity and intra ocular pressure, slit lamp examination, fundus examination, refraction, keratometry, axial length and anterior chamber depth were measured before the surgery. Regular follow up was made 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and 2 months after surgery and visual acuity, intra ocular pressure, slit lamp exam, refractory error, anterior chamber depth, intraocular lens (IOL) tilting, and decentration were measured at each visit. Results: There were no significant differences in uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), and refractive error for patients with iris and scleral fixation before and after surgery. Patients with iris fixation had significantly deeper anterior chamber depth (ACD) and more IOL tilting than patients with scleral fixation. Conclusions: In this study, the iris fixation group tended to have more IOL tilting and deepening of anterior chamber depth than the scleral fixation group. We can use this information to choose the appropriate surgical method for dislocated IOL and to select of new IOL.

        Impulse Oscillometry (IOS)를 이용한 무기분진 노출자에서의 기도폐쇄 연구

        Background: We tried to examine the small airway diseases which can be found early, in workers exposed to inorganic dusts. This is measured in normal breath by using the impulse oscillometry (IOS). Methods: The Pulmonary function test (forced vital capacit [FVC], forced expiratory volume in one second [FEV1], forced expiratory flow between 25% and 75% of vital capacity [FEF25-75]), IOS resistance (Rrs at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35 Hz) and reactance (Xrs at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35 Hz) were measured for 454 workers. The subjects were classified into 173 workers of normal (38.1%) and 281 patients with pneumoconiosis (61.9%). Results: There were significant differences between normal and patients with FVC (3.82±0.61 vs. 3.53±0.56 L), FEV1 (2.67±0.63 vs. 2.35±0.48 L), and FEF25-75 (1.88±0.95 vs. 1.47±0.80 L/sec) between groups (p<0.05). And as for IOS, there was no significant difference in resistance (Rrs) (p>0.05), and there were significant differences between normal and patients with reactance (Xrs) 15 Hz (0.003±0.05 vs. -0.006±0.04 kPa/L/s), 20 Hz (0.043±0.05 vs. 0.031±0.04 kPa/L/s), and 35 Hz (0.141±0.05 vs. 0.131±0.05 kPa/L/s) between groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: We could find out that 15 Hz, 20 Hz, and 35 Hz values of reactance were significantly influenced by pneumoconiosis. When usefulness and reproducibility to carry out the IOS are considered, it is thought that in future work will be required to draw the reference values for normal Korean persons.

        우리나라는 산악지역 특성으로 인해 터널이 장대화 되는 경향이 있어 터널 내에서의 위험성이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 터널 내 열차화재로부터 승객이 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 배연설비와 연동되는 피난유도등 제어시스템을 설계하여 보다 명확한 피난방향을 제시하고자 한다. 터널 내 피난유도등은 상시 점등 상태로 좌우방향을 동시에 표시하고 있어 피난 방향에 혼돈을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 피난유도등을 반으로 나누어 배연방향의 피난유도등을 소등하고 피난방향의 피난유도등만 점등되도록 배연설비와 연동하여 제어시스템을 구성한다. 제어시스템 구성은 터널 배연설비 원격제어반으로부터 TCP/IP 통신방식으로 배연설비 작동정보를 취득하고, 그에 따른 유도등 제어 Logic 이 결정되면 LoRa 무선통신방식으로 개별 유도등에 대한 소등명령이 전송되어 안전한 피난방향을 제시할 수 있도록 한다. Currently, it is a trend that the danger in the tunnel is increasing because the tunnel tends to be longer due to the characteristics of mountainous area in Korea. The purpose of this study is to propose a more clear direction to evacuate the passengers safely by designing a control system of an evacuation guide light that works with Smoke Exhaustion Equipment so that the passengers can safely evacuate from a train when fire breaks out in the tunnel. The evacuation guide light shows the left and right direction at the same time due to being on all the time, thus, it may make passengers confused in the evacuation direction. Therefore, after the evacuation guide light is divided into two directions, the control system is configured to be worked with Smoke Exhaustion Equipment so that the only evacuation guide light of the evacuation direction is turned on while that of Smoke Exhaustion Equipment direction is turned off. The control system uses TCP/IP communication method from the remote control panel of Smoke Exhaustion Equipment. If the control logic of the guide light is determined after the guide light acquires operating information of the Smoke Exhaustion Equipment, the decision guides a safe evacuation direction because the order of lights-out with LoRa wireless communication method is transmitted to each guide light.

        메타버스 플랫폼에 나타난 패션 콘텐츠의 놀이 유형 분석 - 로제 카이와의 놀이 이론을 중심으로 -

        Background Recently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the metaverse, which has no time and space restrictions, is rapidly emerging. The fashion industry is also developing various fashion content using metaverse to provide users with a play experience. Thus this study aims to analyze the various play phenomena of fashion content manifested in the metaverse-based platforms by categorizing based on the playing types suggested by Roger Caillois. Methods The types of playing was classified with examination of Roger Caillois' theory of play, sociological point of view, through literature review and prior research and this study conducted and analyzed the play phenomenon of fashion content on the metaverse. The study subjects limited to five platforms, which is top 5 by monthly actively user, Zepeto, Roblox, Minecraft, Animal Crossing, Fortnite, reviewed through major daily newspapers including Dong-A Ilbo, JoongAng Ilbo, Chosun Ilbo, Hankyoreh and foreign correspondent such as Forbes, The Washington Post. Result The results of the study as follows. First, the playing type of 'Agon' is strictly applied fairness on fashion content. Also, It can stimulate creators' desire for content creation and promote fashion brands, products in the entertainment industry such as movies, dramas, and K-pop, movies, and artists. Second, the type of 'Alea' allows users to experience while freely exploring the virtual showroom, inducing immersion in fashion content and stimulating users' unintended curiosity, also users can naturally experience the image of a fashion brand. Third, the type of ‘Mimicry’ is a play phenomenon that allows users to freely compose situational role plays according to the will of the participating users to produce content or to parody various video content without certain rules. Fourth, the type of 'Illinx' can be implemented as a game that allows users to experience collective hypnosis in a dramatic concept such as horror or may arouse interest in a new visual form by representing a fantastic world and atmosphere that did not exist in reality. Conclusion Roger Caillois' theory of playing and types of playing could be analyzed by applying it to the play phenomena manifested in various fashion content appearing on the metaverse platforms today. If metaverse fashion content is approached from the perspective of play to develop a user's play experience, It is expected that it will be helpful in developing a new concept of fashion marketing method or content.

        ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) transparent electrode of after used LCD, contains indium oxides, which is classified as an expensive rare metal. Therefore, LCD recycling is becoming an important issue in terms of solving environmental problems and securing resources. Followed by dismantling of waste LCD, for hydrometallurgical indium recovery from LCD through solvent extraction is the rudimentary stage. The determination of optimum conditions is rather essential from efficient solvent extraction process development perspective. Hence, solvent extraction efficiency of indium as function of leachant(A)/extractant(O) ratio, extractant(O)/stripping reagent(A') ratio and reaction temperature were investigated. Through our investigation, A/O and O/A' ratio varies from 1 to 8, reaction temperature varies from 25℃(RT) to 80℃. As extractant and stripping reagent, D2EHPA and HCl were used, respectively.
