여러 개의 자석을 삼킨 경우 자석들이 서로 잡아당겨 압력 괴사로 인한 장폐쇄, 장천공, 누공 형성 등의 합병증을 일으킬 수 있다. 따라서 영 유아나 정신과적인 문제가 있는 큰 아이의 경우 자석이나 자석이 포함된 장난감과 같은 물건들을 멀리하고, 자석을 삼킨 경우에는 즉시 확인해 보아야 한다. 저자들은 1년 전부터 주기성 구토를 호소했던 중등도 정신지체를 가진 12세 남아에서 삼킨 장난감 자석 4개로 인해 위-십이지장 누공을 형성하였고 수술 후 호전된 1예를 치험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. If multiple magnets are ingested, the potential exists for the magnets attracting one another across the gastrointestinal tract and inducing pressure necrosis, perforation, fistula formation, or intestinal obstruction. We report the case of a 12-year-old boy who suffered from a fistulous communication between the lesser curvature of the mid-body of the stomach and the duodenal bulb, caused by 4 ingested magnets (Singing Magnets, China). The patient presented with moderate mental retardation, a one-year history of cyclic vomiting, and abdominal discomfort. We present the findings of simple abdominal radiography, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, computed tomography, and upper gastrointestinal series. An emergency exploratory laparotomy was performed, which revealed a gastroduodenal fistula. Fistula repair and the removal of 4 magnetic toys were subsequently performed. We emphasize that clinicians who care for children should be aware of the hazards of magnetic toy ingestion.

저자들은 만성 복통과 체중감소를 호소하는 10세 여아에서 장중첩증을 초래한 회맹부에 발생한 저등급 MALT 림프종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The gastrointestinal (GI) tract is the extranodal location most frequently involved in MALT lymphomas, and although MALT lymphomas can be found in the small intestine, most MALT lymphomas of the GI tract occur in the stomach. In addition, MALT lymphoma occurs predominantly in adults; however, a ten-year old female that was admitted to our hospital due to Rt. lower quadrant abdominal pain 1 month ago,was diagnosed with intussusception secondary to ileocecal MALT lymphoma. A biopsy specimen confirmed lymphocyte infiltration with lymphoepithelial lesions, suggesting a low grade MALT lymphoma. Therefore, we report a case of low-grade MALT lymphoma occurring in a ten-year-old female who presented with ileocecal intussusception.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationships between the mixing ratio and water vapor sorption property of charcoal-based loess composites for furniture & building materials with environmental friendly. Charcoal-based loess composite can be easily made by blending method with water. But the composites had much brittle fracture pattern with the increase of charcoal content. That is due to the lack of loess that takes linkage role of composites. In water vapor sorption properties, adsorption ability of charcoal was about six times higher than that of loess. Therefore, vapor sorption ability was maximum at the mixture ratio of charcoal 80% and loess 20%. It is considered that wood charcoal based inorganic composite materials can be used for various purposes as a building interior & exterior and furniture members.
고온초전도체와 유전체 삽입 공동 공진기를 이용한 발진기의 위상잡음 개선에 관한 연구

In this paper, an oscillator using dielectric-rod loaded cavity resonators with HTS(High Temperature Superconductor) end-plates was presented. It was operated at X-band. A two port cavity resonator was incorporated into a basic feedback loop oscillator configuration. A rutile loaded cavity resonator with HTS thin film end-plates was used to provide the quality factor between $10^4$ and $10^6$. A parallel feedback oscillator was constructed with a dielectric loaded cavity resonator, an amplifier, and a directional coupler. At 300 K, the experimental results showed the phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz at a 100 kHz offset frequency. At 26 K, the results was -118.8 dBc/Hz at same offset frequency.
원통형 공진기를 이용한 유전율 측정방법에서 측정모드 선택에 관한 연구

비유전율 측정을 정확하게 할 수 있는 모드 선택 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 비유전율 측정을 위하여 유전체를 가득 채운 원통형 공진기를 이용하였다. 원통형 공진기에 유전체를 가득 채울 때 유전체의 가공오차로 인하여 틈이 발생한다. 틈에 의한 공진주파수 변화가 덜 민감한 모드를 이용하여 비유전율을 계산하면 정확히 비유전융을 구할 수 있다. 틈에 의한 공진주파수 변화를 확인하여 본 결과 $TE_{011}$모드는 높이 방향과 반지름 방향 틈에서 평균 0.009%의 공진주파수 편차를 보였다.$TE_{011}$모드는 틈에 의한 공진주파수 민감도가 기본 모드 중 가장 덜 민감하였다. $TE_{011}$모드를 이용하여 측정하면 보다 정확히 비유전율을 구할 수 있다. This paper describes resonant mode selection with which the relative permittivity can be measured exactly. To measure the relative permittivity, a circular cylindrical cavity filled with dielectric material is used. When the circular cylindrical cavity is filled with the dielectric material, the air gap occurs on account of machining error. Accurate relative permittivity can be obtained by using less sensitive mode in resonant frequency variation by the air gap. As a result, Average 0.009% resonant frequency variation in the vertical and the radial direction appears at $TE_{011}$ mode. It is interesting that the frequency variation by the air gap at $TE_{011}$ mode turns out to be the least sensitive.
