        다문화가정 아동의 자기성장 리더십프로그램 효과

        본 연구는 다문화가정 아동을 위한 자기성장 리더십프로그램 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 프로그램 구성은 자기이해 및 수용, 자기개방과 자기주장, 자기결단 단계로 구분하였다. 연구대상은 전라남도 다문화가정 아동 12명이다. 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보기 위해 자아탄력성, 대인관계를 프로그램 사전과 사후에 비교하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 다변량 반복측정을 실시하였다. 연구결과 자기성장 리더십프로그램 실시 후 실험집단의 자아탄력성과 대인관계 점수는 유의하게 나타났다. 자기성장 리더십을 통해 실험집단의 다문화가정 아동들은 첫째, 자신의 환경에 위축되지 않고 개방하는 방법을 배웠으며, 자신의 한계를 극복할 수 있도록 좌절하지 않고 유연하게 대처하는 적응능력이 향상되었다. 둘째, 자신과 타인을 수용하고 공감하는 기술을 훈련함으로써 대인관계에서 문제해결력이 향상되었으며 보다 효율적이고 적극적인 관계를 맺고자 노력하는 태도를 보였다. 다문화가정 아동을 대상으로 자기성장 리더십을 실천중심으로 적용한 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-growth leadership programs for children of multicultural families. The program consists of self-understanding and acceptance, self-opening, self-assertion, and self-determination. The subjects of this study were 24 children from the Multicultural Health and Family Support Center in Jeollanam-do(experimental group: 12, comparative group: 12). To find out the effectiveness of the program, self-elasticity and interpersonal relationships were compared before and after the program, and multivariate repeated measurements were performed using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. As a result of the study, the self-growth leadership program showed significant self-elasticity and interpersonal scores in the experimental group. Through self-growth leadership, children from multicultural families in the experimental group first learned how to accept without shrinking in their environment, and their ability to adapt flexibly and flexibly to overcome their limitations improved. Second, by training skills to accept and empathize with others, problem solving ability in interpersonal relations was improved, and they showed an attitude of trying to form more efficient and active relationships. It can be said that the study has significance in that it applies self-growth leadership to children of multicultural families as an action-oriented one.

      • 생애사 연구를 통한 시각장애인의 삶의 재구성

        본 연구는 시각장애인 H군의 생애경험을 재구성하여 그들의 삶을 이해하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 F. Schutze의 즉흥 이야기식 인터뷰를 조사도구로 시각장애인 스스로가 그의 삶을 이야기하도록 하였으며 ‘인생진행의 과정구조’로 분석하였다. 그 결과 이야기 특성을 살펴봄으로써 자아인식을 하지 못하고 성장한 경험과 죄책감이 도출할 수 있었고 사회적 자원을 활용하면서 H군의 삶이 주변인에서 주체적인 삶의 대상으로 인식되는 과정으로 재구성할 수 있었다. The aim of the study is to search the experience a hindrance and the study has a meaning in looking around how the experience of a hindrance that the blind perceive and the crisis of life caused by a hindrance are. To make its point, the study attempted the analysis of life history by conducting a depth interview with one blind on using F. Schutze s narrative interview method. According to the results of reinterpretation, on the ground of the viewpoint of a researcher, to the experience of the blind who participated in an inquiry the study found the main idea that I even did not know that the thing I can not see is a hindrance and the meaning of experience of the youth who is a criminal and poor and the repetition of frustration and bringing himself home a hindrance is my companion . The author suggested the construction of preventive systems and the enforcement of positive service delivery systems etc. on the ground of analysis of the results.

        집합건물에 있어서 대지권의 등기 문제와 개선방향

        본 논문에서는 집합건물의 대지권 등기 시에 나타나는 집합건물의 대지권에 대한 일반이론을 연구하고 현실적인 문제점을 검토하여 그에 대한 해결방안을 제시하였다. 집합건물 및 대지의 등기실태를 토대로 하여서 현행 집합건물에 있어서 대지권의 등기에 관한 문제점을 정리하면 다음과 같이 네 가지 사항으로 집약할 수 있다. 하나는 “구분건물의 적합성”의 문제이고, 둘은 “구분건물의 특정”의 문제이고, 셋은 “공용부분의 등기능력”의 문제이며, 넷은 “대지의 공유 지분등기”의 문제이다. 현재 명확한 개념정립과 현실적인 실행에 있어서 나타나는 제반 문제점을 결론에서 세부적인 설명과 함께 해결방안을 다루고 있다.

      • 사회복지시설 종사자들의 직무만족도 영향요인 분석

        The current study verified job satisfaction and distinctive characteristics by demographic variables for workers at seniors welfare facilities in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area, and analyzed the influential factors on their job satisfaction from the personnel management aspect of welfare facilities. From the analysis, it was found that job satisfaction of the subjects was high and female workers presented slightly high job satisfaction degree than male counterparts with no significant statistical difference. In the analysis of job satisfaction by work experience, it was observed that those with more work experience had higher job satisfaction except those who have worked for less than one year, and it was analyzed to have statistically significant difference. As for the analysis of job satisfaction by duty, it was found that there was meaningful different by duty. Except one director and one doctor, a dietitian, a secretariat and a manager presented the highest job satisfaction level, and nurses (physiotherapists and rehabilitation workers) providing direct service to the old with relatively high specialty also showed relatively high job satisfaction. However, cooks, drivers, guards and clerks presented relatively low job satisfaction. Also in job satisfaction analysis by reasons for entering, it was found that their reasons for entering the facilities were in the order of religious belief, devotion to social welfare, economic income and bad employment conditions while presenting statistically meaningful difference among groups. Multiple regression having job satisfaction as a dependent variable showed that homogeneity test of dispersion that influences job satisfaction was meaningful. It was found that 14 variables that were applied as a result had about 26% of explanatory power for job satisfaction. From verification by index influencing job satisfaction, it was found that there are three meaningful variables of salary and retirement allowance, employment and placement process and promotion management. When measuring influential powers of the variables with standardized regression index(beta), it was found that fairness of employment and placement, salary level and retirement allowance level influence job satisfaction most among personnel systems. Also in the personnel management aspect, it was observed that reward and punishment management, promotion management and salary level didn``t influence job satisfaction greatly. On the other hand, it was found that salary and retirement allowance level, various allowances, and b of employment and placement management greatly influence job satisfaction. Accordingly, for perstnnel management for workers at seniors vve1fcU``e facilities, managing salary and retirement allowance level, and various allowances should be emphasized. In particular, employment process should be transparent and placement process should be performed fairly considering qualifications, work experience, aptitude, etc. in order to enhane job saticfaction.

        경북농민사관학교 교육생의 교육 참여 경험에 관한 내러티브 연구

        본 연구는 2011년 경북농민사관학교에서 실시한 경북전통식품상품화과정에 참여한 교육생 5명을 대상으로 교육과정 참여 경험을 탐색해 보고자 질적 조사를 시행하였다. 연구방법은 연구 참여자의 교육 참여경험을 가장 잘 드러낼 수 있는 내러티브 탐구로 접근하였고, 자료 수집은 심층면담과 관찰을 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 연구 참여자들의 교육 동기는 "작물재배의 실패", "주변의 권유", 그리고 "새로운 돌파구 모색" 등으로 도출되었다. 교육과정 참여 경험은 소득 증대나 소득 창출과 같은 당장의 가시적 효과로 이어지지는 않았지만 "도약의 발판", "넓어진 시야", "적극적인 삶의 태도" 등의 긍정적 개념이 도출되었다. 따라서 농민사관학교의 교육과정 참여가 연구 참여자들의 삶의 질을 변화시키는데 기여하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. The study conducted a qualitative research to prove the participation experience in a training course on 5 trainees participated in Gyeongbuk traditional food merchandising course by Gyeongbuk farmers academy in 2011. The research method is to approach narrative inquiry showing best the experience of education participation of study participants Data collection was made up of in-depth interviews and observation. The analysis of collected data shows that the educational motivation of study participants shows that "the failure of crops cultivation", "the neighbor solicitation" and "the groping of new breaking through". The participation experience of educational course did not lead to the immediate visible effect such as the increase of earnings and generating income but it drew "a springboard leap" "widened one`s view" and "positive life manner". Therefore, the authors come to know that education participation of the educational course in academy can contribute to improve the quality of life.

        국제결혼 한국남성의 경험에 대한 단일사례 연구

        본 연구는 국제결혼 한국남성의 경험을 다룬 질적 연구로서 의도적 표집 방법을 통해 참여자와 심층면접을 실시하였다. 사례모음의 어려움으로 단일사례로 진행하였고, 연구참여자의 지인 및 다문화관련기관 관계자와의 인터뷰 내용을 첨가하여 내용의 충실에 기하고자 하였다. 분석결과 국제결혼 한국남성은 배우자의 외도나 가출, 도벽, 혼외 자녀출생, 배우자의 이혼 요구 등의 피해경험이 있었고 이로 인해 신체적 이상이나 심리적 불안을 경험하는 것으로 도출되었다. 분석결과를 토대로 국제결혼 피해상황에 대한 조사, 유책배우자에 대한 엄격한 처벌, 피해상황에 개입 가능한 체계마련, 이혼 위기자나 이혼자에게 제공되어야 심리적 지원 서비스의 필요성 등을 제언하였다. This is a qualitative case study on Korean men’s experience of victimization to an international marriage by in-depth interview on the participant with deliberated sampling method. Due to difficulties in collecting cases, this study was conducted with a single case, but used interviews of participant’s acquaintances and officials from multicultural-related institute to have substantial contents. According to the analysis, Korean men who had international marriage have experienced his spouse’s extramarital affair, running away, kleptomania, child birth from extramarital affairs, and asked to divorce. Because of these experiences, he is having physical disorders and psychological anxiety. Based on the analyzed data, this study is suggesting for a damage report on international marriage, severe punishment on blameful spouse, establishing a system to intervene in the situations, and necessity of psychological support service for those divorced and in danger of getting divorced.

      • 장애인시설 재활교사의 조직몰입이 서비스의 질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is for improvement of quality of service by organizational immersion of life rehabilitation teacher that is important medium of provision service in living faculties for the disabled, to investigate effect factors of organizational immersion of positive effect on quality of service and level of organizational immersion of life rehabilitation teacher of living faculties for the disabled, and to suggest concrete measures for improvement of quality of service by organizational immersion of life rehabilitation teacher of living faculties for the disabled that is important medium of provision service in living faculties for the disabled. After considering the results of investigation and analysis on subjects of 400 life rehabilitation teachers of living faculties for the disabled, conclusions are as follows: First, after examination individual characteristic, organizational structural feature, and variable of organizational managerial feature, which are the effect factors of organizational immersion of life rehabilitation teacher of living faculties for the disabled by mean and standard deviation in descriptive statistics, organizational managerial feature was appeared most high as effect factor of organizational immersion, and organization structural feature was appeared to have almost similar effect on individual characteristic. Considering this result, organizational managerial feature was recognized more importantly in relation to effect factor of organizational immersion of subject life rehabilitation teachers. Second, in the relation among general feature, individual characteristic, organizational structural feature, and variable of organizational managerial feature, the factor that showed significant difference with individual characteristic by general feature was ‘marital status`. And features that showed significant difference with organizational structural feature by general feature were appeared in order of sex, age, religion, and employment history. Also, features that showed significant difference with organizational managerial feature were appeared in order of age, academic ground, religion, and employment history. Third, level of organizational immersion of life rehabilitation teacher of living faculties for the disabled was appeared more than average, and features that showed significant difference with factors of organizational immersion were appeared in order of age, religion, and employment history. And cognition level of quality of service by general feature of life rehabilitation teacher of living faculties for the disabled was appeared average, and no feature that showed significant difference with quality of service was appeared. Fourth, associate variable in descriptive statistics and verification normality in the correlation between effect factors of organizational immersion, organizational immersion, and quality of service, degree of organizational immersion was the highest in verification normality of associate variable of life rehabilitation teacher, and factors that have direct effect on quality of service were individual characteristic and organizational managerial feature. But organizational structural feature had no significant meaning. with this study, by practice various measure to increase the differentiated organizational immersion by area as for measure to increase quality of service of living faculties for the disabled by the organizational immersion of life rehabilitation teacher of living faculties for the disabled, more efficiency will be sought to improve quality of service of life rehabilitation teacher of living faculties for the disabled.

      • 철도차량 부품 기술개발 방향에 대한 소고

        한국철도산업은 100여년의 역사와 고속차량의 자체기술 제작·운영에도 불구하고 타 산업에 비해 기술력에 대한 해외인지도가 크게 뒤쳐져 있다. 철도차량 분야에서도, 국내에서 본격적으로 기술개발에 투자하기 시작한 기간이 길지 않았고, 철도차량 부품에 대한 원천기술을 보유하지 못해 주요핵심부품에 대한 기술을 수입하고 있는 실정과 국내 시장규모가 협소하여 투자비용 만큼 수익을 보장받을 수 없어 일반기업의 참여가 저조할 수 밖에 없는 산업구조에서 기인한다. 이에 한국철도산업의 제도적인 측면과 철도차량 부품 기술발전 현황을 고찰하고, 기술수출국으로 부상하기 위한 국가 연구개발사업의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고자 한다. The Korea's rail industry has been 100 years. It has own production, operation with high-speed rail technology. But an international recognition, the Korea's rail industry is lower than other companies of industries. In the field of rolling stock, there was more serious occurred. So the most of Korean investor didn't logger invest for the Korea rail technology as we didn't have a core technology of rolling stock components. We are importing the technology for core components of rolling stock from overseas. In addition, domestic market size is so small that couldn't be guaranteed for the small and medium business. So the investment costs are rated as much as returns. Thus, low participation of companies must be considered as the industrial side of Korea's industries of technology are advancement of rolling stock component. Constantly, this document is proposed for new paradigm in national project of research and development to be become technology exporter.
