A linear motor is an actuator that has strong thrust and high controllability, and can perform linear motion without the use of a motion converter. In this study, we propose a new method to measure the position of the mover of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor by measuring the magnetic flux density. To resolve the problem that existing methods have to spatially arrange multiple sensors, the proposed method uses a two-dimensional magnetic flux density measurement value at one point. In accordance with this, the estimation method was modified, the convergence condition of the estimation method was obtained, and the time required for the calculation was estimated. The validity of the proposed method was verified through comparative experiments with existing methods. As a result of the test, the proposed method had a small maximum absolute error compared to the existing methods, and was robust against sensor gain changes.

골프유사회원권 시장 실태조사를 통한 제도개선방안 연구: 체육시설 설치 및 이용에 관한 법률을 중심으로

골프유사회원권 현황 및 분석을 통해 현재 우리나라에서 발행되는 유사회원권의 종류와 이용자와 전문가들이 판단하는 문제점을 파악하였으며, 골프장에 적용되는 기본법을 살펴봄으로 제도개선 방안을 도출하기 위한 단계별 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 사례조사 연구, 전문가 인터뷰, 설문조사, 유형별 법제도 검토 그리고 전문가 회의를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프장 유사회원권 유형별 현황을 조사한 결과, 7개로 분류되었다. 둘째, 골프장 유사회원권 구매실태를 조사결과, 유사회원권을 구매해본 경험이 있는 응답자가 높게 나타났다. 골프장 유사회원권의 인식을 조사한 결과로는 유사회원권이 골프산업 활성화에 영향을 미친다는 긍정적인 응답이 높게 나타났다. 긍정적인 영향과 부정적인 영향을 기준으로 IPA분석을 실시한 결과 중점적인 관리 및 개선이 필요한 유사회원권은 정액제 선불카드, 미반환조건 회원권, 회원 예치금으로 나타났으며, 점진적인 개선이 필요한 유사회원권은 반환조건 회원권으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유사회원권 유형별 법제도를 분석한 결과는 체시법에 일정 기간을 정하여 회원권 계약을 용이하게 해제할 수도 있도록 해야 하며, 그 해제로 인한 손해를 사업자가 부담하도록 하는 조항을 신설한다면 유사회원권으로 인한 정규회원의 피해사례를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. 결국 위 연구결과를 통해 도출된 문제점은 유사회원권의 법적보호 장치 및 표준약관 등을 마련함으로써 사기피해를 최소화하기 위해 법률의 대상이 되는 회원계약의 보완, 재산 등 정보공개를 의무화 도입, 규정 위반시 조치에 관한 규정 신설, 계약철회청구제도(cooling off system)의 도입이 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify problems that consumer and golf expert faced with and determine types of similar golf membership in Korea through analysing status of golf semi-membership. In addition, as the law related to golf facility was examined, current issues to improve management system of golf semi-membership were diagnosed, some improvements were deducted. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, case-study, expert interview, survey, examination of typical legal-system and expert advisory meeting were conducted. The results were as follows: First, the type of golf semi-membership was classified by 7. Second, the result of survey from consumer who experienced in purchasing golf semi-membership revealed that the number of experienced respondents was more than the unexperienced. Also, awareness of golf semi-membership brings positive effect to development of golf industry. According to the result of IPA, it was required that the current situation of golf semi-membership market would be improved and managed properly. Third, the results from investigating legal system in Korea showed that provision for reducing property loss associated with illegal contracts might be needed. Eventually, in order to minimize the property loss, complementary of membership contract, mandatory of information discloser, enacting provisions against violation and introduction of cooling-off system would be required.
