Forklift is the vehicle that conveys loads and unloads them in industrial fields. There happens annually many accidents involved with the forklift which cost many lives. One of them is an accident due to careless driving Generally speaking when a driver leavers a vehicle, it must be in a state of complete halt. Otherwise, the vehicle on a gentle slope or by the driving power, without a controller(driver), rolls down the road and hit a pedestrian or a driver oneself. When it occurs, the victim was forced to die hit by the huge impulse of rolling vehicle which is caused by the heavy weights of ordinary cars. A forklift, for example, weighs over 3 tons. In this paper we analyzed an accident involved with a forklift. In the case when the forklift driver leaves a seat and in the process of getting out of the forklift, he may have pushed unintentionally the gear lever and letting the vehicle go without a driver. The forklift driver himself, the victim, was found dead compressed between the ongoing forklift and the container box. The victim has died from serious wounds he has received to his chest. We conducted a driving test with the accident forklift at the site. We let the forklift be in a state of forward gear and without acceleration. And then it was made to crash a silicone block leaning against the container box. The silicone dummy is a good substitute for the human chest. We could measure quantitatively the impulse and the dynamic force on the silicone block given by the forklift. The result shows that even a slow progressing vehicle could severely damage the chest of the human. The analysis agrees well with the autopsy report of the victim. And we finally, for the prevention of forklift accident, make a suggestion that a forklift should adopt the safety device such as a seat sensor which is highly urilized in heavy equipment vehicles.

When there was a car accident involving a motorcycle, it is crucial to determine the velocity before the collision. The sliding motorcycle after a collision finally come to a halt because of kinetic frictional force that exists between the moving objects and the roads. If we know the total sliding distance of a motorcycle we can calculate the speed just before the collision by a simple physical formula. For that we should know the sliding frictional coefficients of the motorcycle on the sliding surface. In this paper we inferred sliding frictional coefficients of motorcycles under various conditions by pulling it. As various sliding conditions, three kinds of sliding surfaces, two kinds of pulling velocities and two kinds of motorcycles are applied for comparison. The results revealed that the factors are highly dependent on the sliding surface, and not as much in the conditions associated with velocity and motorcycle model.

본 연구는 분산적 지도성의 관점에서 보건교사의 지도성에 대한 경험과 의미를 9명의 연구 참여자에 대한 심층 면담을 통하여 수행하였다. 원 자료로부터 의미 있는 진술은 약 33개였 으며, 교사지도성의 지도성 경험과 의미는 5개의 범주와 13개의 주제묶음, 25개의 주제로 분 석되었다. 보건교사에게 지도성의 경험과 의미는 범주별로는 더 많이 요구되는 것, 잠재되어 있는 것, 발휘하고 싶은 것, 역할 확대를 요구하는 것, 성취감을 주는 것이었다. 주제묶음으로 는 꼭 필요한 것, 수고롭고 힘든 것, 감춰져 온 것, 소극적으로 표현되는 것, 의료전문성을 살 리는 것, 수업 잘하는 것, 학생지도 잘하는 것, 소통 잘하는 것, 보직 활동 하는 것, 변화를 주도하는 것, 경험을 공유하는 것, 활력소 제공 수단, 자아실현 수단, 감동 같은 것으로 표현 되었다. 이는 보건교사가 학교 현장에서 교사로서의 지도성, 특히 분산적 지도성을 발휘하고 있음을 시사한다. This study has been conducted by in-depth interview on nine participants, which focuses leadership experience and meaning of health teachers in the perspective of distributed leadership. There were about 33 meaningful statements derived from original text. Leadership experience and meaning of health teachers were analyzed in five categories, thirteen groups of themes, and twenty five subjects. The five categories were what was required more, what was potential, what was to be exerted, what required expanding the role, and what provided a sense of achievement. The groups of themes were what was necessary, what was demanding and difficult, what was hidden, what was passively expressed, what was realized in medical professionalism, what was related to well-structured lecture, what was connected to well-instruction for students, what was related to well communication, what was to serve an assigned position, what led the changes, what shared experience, means of providing a source of vigor and self-realization, and touching events. This implies that health teachers take leadership, especially distributed leadership in the field of schools.
