청소년기 고등학생의 학대경험과 자살생각간의 관계에 대한 스트레스의 매개효과-남·여학생 비교연구-

본 연구는 고등학생의 학대경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향과 스트레스를 매개하여 자살생각에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상은 충남 및 대전에 소재한 고등학교를 다니는 청소년 940명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학대경험은 자살생각에 정적으로 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스는 자살생각에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학대경험은 스트레스를 매개로 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 학대경험은 직접적으로 자살생각에 영향을 미치기도 하지만 스트레스에 정적(+)인 영향을 미쳐 자살생각을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 스트레스는 고등학생의 학대경험과 자살생각간의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학대경험, 스트레스, 자살생각의 관계가 성별에 따라 차이가 있는지를 확인하기 위해 다집단 분석을 통해 구조모형을 살펴본 결과 집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 고등학생을 위한 학대 및 자살예방을 위한 실천적 및 정책적 개입방안과 스트레스 완화를 위한 정신건강 증진방안에 대해 논의하였다. The present paper is intended to analyze the effects of Adolescents abuse experience on their suicidal ideation and, furthermore, to examine if such experience may mediate their stress affecting by thus their suicidal ideation. A total of 940 juveniles who are enrolled in the middle and high schools located in Chungnam Province and Daejeon Metropolitan City were invited to take part in this study as subjects and an analysis of structural equation model was conducted to process the data collected from the subjects. The major outcomes of the analysis could be summed up as follows: first, abuse experience can exercise direct impact on suicidal ideation in a positive way; second, stress may have positive influence on suicidal ideation; and third, abuse experience is found to have connection with stress which can act as mediator leading eventually to suicidal ideation. In short, abuse experience can not only affect suicidal ideation directly but also influence stress positively (+) prompting then suicidal ideation. Stress is thus believed to play a role in part as mediator between abuse experience and suicidal ideation of Adolescents. Finally, several differences were found about abuse experience, stress and suicidal ideation between a female group and male group. Based on the outcomes of the study, measures are discussed in this paper to work out practical as well as political ways to promote mental health, to prevent abuse and suicide and to mitigate stress of Adolescents.

요양보호사의 소진이 이직의도에 미치는 관계에서 직무몰입의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 요양보호사의 소진이 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 직무몰입의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울시에 주야간보호센터에 근무 중인 요양보호사 437명을 대상으로 하였으며, IBM SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 기술통계, 신뢰도 및 상관관계 분석, Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro를 실시하였고, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하기 위해 Bootstrap 방법을 사용하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사의 소진이 높을수록 이직의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 소진이 높을수록 직무몰입이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 직무몰입 수준이 낮을수록 이직의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 요양보호사의 소진은 직무몰입을 매개로 이직의도에 미치는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 요양보호사의 소진이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 이들 변인과의 관계에서 직무몰입의 매개효과를 분석함으로써 요양보호사의 소진을 예방하고 직무몰입 향상을 위한 개입전략을 모색하는데 필요한 이론적 기초자료가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of burnout of nursing care workers on turnover intention and the mediating effect of job commitment. To this end, 437 nursing care workers working at day and night care centers in Seoul were targeted, technical statistics, reliability and correlation analysis, Hayes (2013)'s PROCESS macro were conducted using the IBM SPSS 25.0 program, and the Bootstrap method was used to verify the statistical significance of the mediating effect. Accordingly, the main results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that the higher the burnout of nursing care workers, the higher the turnover intention. Second, it was found that the higher the burnout of nursing care workers, the lower the work engagement. Third, the lower the level of work commitment of nursing care workers, the higher the intention to turnover. Fourth, it was found that the burnout of nursing care workers had a significant effect on turnover intention through work commitment. Through the results of this study, it will be the theoretical basic data necessary to find out the effect of burnout of care workers on turnover intention and to find intervention strategies to prevent burnout of care workers and improve work engagement by analyzing the mediating effect of work engagement in relation to these variables.

간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도 및 셀프리더십과 대학생활적응의 관련성을 파악하고, 대학생활적응에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 간호대학생 368명에게 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료분석방법은 IBM SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 셀프리더십은 성별, 연령, 학년에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 대학생활적응은 연령에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 셀프리더십, 대학생활적응은 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 전공만족도 및 셀프리더십은 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 긍정적 대학생활적응 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 이론적 기초자료에 필요한 근거가 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between major satisfaction and self-leadership of nursing students and adaptation to college life, and to analyze the factors that influence college life adaptation. For this, data were collected from 368 nursing students, and the data analysis method used the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The main results of the study according to this are as follows. First, nursing students' major satisfaction and self-leadership showed significant differences according to gender, age, and grade, and college life adaptation showed significant differences according to age. Second, it was found that there was a positive relationship between nursing students' major satisfaction, self-leadership, and college life adaptation. Third, it was found that nursing students' major satisfaction and self-leadership had an effect on college life adaptation. Through the results of this study, it is expected that it will serve as a necessary basis for the development of educational programs and theoretical basic data to improve positive adaptation to college life for nursing students.

위기가정의 재기경험에 관한 탐색적 연구

위기는 누구에게나 당면할 수 있는 문제이며, 사회가 급변하는 과정에서 나타나는 사회구조적인 요인은 가족기능을 약화시켜 가정의 위기를 경험하게 한다. 이에 본 연구는 위기가정들이 경험하는 구체적인 삶의 변화와 적응과정에 대해 살펴보고 성공적 재기에 관한 함의를 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 위기가정 재기지원 과정에 직접 참여한 위기가구들의 경험을 질적연구 방법 중 하나인 사례연구를 통해 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 8명의 연구 참여자에 대해 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집한 자료들은 사례 내 분석과 사례 간 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 나타난 참여 경험의 주요한 주제들은 위기과정 경험과 재기과정 경험을 중심으로 각각 4개의 주제가 도출되었다. 위기과정 경험에서 도출된 주제는 자포자기, 쫓기는 삶, 백지상태, 벼랑 끝 절벽의 4가지이며, 그들이 재기과정에서 경험한 주제는 심리적 안정감, 계획과 목표가 생김, 무지개, 절벽에서 들판으로의 4가지 주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 질적 사례연구로서 위기가정이 실제로 위기를 경험했던 내용과 재기과정에서의 구체적 경험에 대한 실체적 이해를 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 위기 가정들의 적응과정 및 삶의 어려움을 지원하기 위한 사회복지의 실천적·제도적 방안을 모색하였다. Crisis is a problem that anyone can face. Social structural factors appearing in the process of rapid social change weaken family functions and cause family crises. Therefore, this study examines the specific life changes and adaptation processes among crisis families and attempts to derive implications for successful recovery. The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiences of crisis families who directly participated in the crisis family recovery support process through a qualitative case study. Data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with eight research participants. The collected data were analyzed to explore differences within and between cases. As a result, four themes were derived based on the experience of the crisis and recovery process: desperation, life being chased, a blank slate, and the cliff edge. was derived. Four sub-themes were also emerged: a sense of psychological stability, having new plans and goals, rainbow, and from cliff to field. As a qualitative case study, this study contrubutes to better and substantive understanding of what crisis families actually experienced and the specific experiences in the recovery process. This study provides practical and institutional ways that support the adaptation process and life difficulties of crisis families.

청소년기 부모역할 자신감이 출산의식에 미치는 영향: 결혼의식의 매개효과

본 연구는 청소년들에게 부모역할에 대한 긍정적 가치관을 정립시켜 주고, 향후 결혼 및 출산에 관한 청년층의 긍정적 인식변화를 심어주기 위해 다음과 같이 부모역할자신감이 출산의식에 미치는 영향과 결혼의식의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 대전에 거주하는 청소년 중 본 연구에 동의한 614명을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2019년 4월 1일부터 4월 5일까지 조사하였다. 연구의 분석을 위해 기술통계분석, 다중회귀분석 및 Baron & Kenny의 3단계 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 부모역할자신감은 결혼의식에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 부모역할자신감은 출산의식에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 결혼의식은 출산의식에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째. 청소년의 부모역할자신감은 결혼의식을 정적(+)으로 매개하여 출산의식에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 청소년기 결혼의식과 출산의식 개선을 위한 실천적·정책적 개입 방안에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to establish the positive values of parental role for adolescents and to instill positive changes in the perception of youth on marriage and childbirth. The subjects of this study were 614 adolescents who lived in Daejeon who agreed with this study, The survey period was investigated from Apr. 1, 2019 to Apr. 5. First, adolescents’ confidence about parental roles had a positive effect on marriage consciousness. Second, the confidence about parental roles had a positive effect on procreation consciousness. Third, marriage consciousness of adolescents had a positive effect on procreation consciousness. Fourth, adolescents’ confidence about parental roles has a positive effect on procreation consciousness by mediating marriage consciousness. Based on the above results, we discussed practical and policy interventions to improve adolescent marriage consciousness and procreation consciousness.

주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 자기효능감이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 조직몰입의 매개효과

본 연구는 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 자기효능감과 이직의도에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구의 대상은 서울시 주야간보호센터 요양보호사 437명이며, 연구 분석방법은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하고자 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro를 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 자기효능감이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아짐을 검증하였다. 둘째, 자기효능감이 높을수록 조직몰입 수준이 높아짐을 검증하였다. 셋째, 조직몰입 수준이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아짐을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 자기효능감은 조직몰입을 매개로 이직의도에 영향을 미친다는 것을 검증하였으며, 이는 주야간보호센터 요양보호사의 자기효능감이 높을수록 조직몰입 수준의 수준이 높아져서 이직의도가 낮아짐을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인장기요양보험 영역에서 상당한 부분을 차지하고 있는 주야간보호센터에서 근무 중인 요양보호사의 심리적 요인과 업무의 안정성을 확보하기 위한 조직적 차원의 중요성을 강조하여 이직의도를 낮추는 실질적인 방안에 대하여 논의하였다. This study was conducted to examine the mediating effect of organizational commitment on self-efficacy and turnover intention of day care center caregivers. The subjects of this study were 437 caregivers at day care centers in Seoul. The research analysis method was carried out by the PROCESS macro of Hayes(2013) to verify the mediating effect using SPSS 25.0 program. The major results of this study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the higher the self-efficacy of day care center caregivers, the lower the turnover intention. Second, it was confirmed that the higher self-efficacy, the higher organizational commitment level was. Third, First, it was confirmed that the higher the level of organizational commitment, the lower the turnover intention. Finally, it was confirmed that the self-efficacy of day care center care workers affects the turnover intention through the medium of organizational commitment, which means that the higher the self-efficacy of day and night care center caregivers, the higher the level of organizational commitment, and the lower the turnover intention. Based on the results of this study, we discussed the psychological factors of the caregivers working at the day care centers, which occupy a considerable portion of the long-term care insurance area for the elderly, and the practical measures to lower the turnover intention by emphasizing the importance of the organizational dimension to secure the stability of work.

배드민턴 동호회 참가자들의 참여동기 및 재미요인과 여가만족의 관계

이 연구에서는 배드민턴 동호회 참가자들의 참여동기 및 재미요인과 여가만족의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 광주지역 배드민턴 동호회 참가자 268명을 대상으로 하였고, 분석방법은 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모델 1에서 배드민턴 동호회 참가자들의 인구사회학적 특성이 여가만족에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 결과 동호회 참여기간, 연령, 성별, 월수입이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모델 2에서 인구사회학적 특성과 참여동기가 여가만족에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 결과 외적동기, 내적동기, 무동기, 동호회 참가기간이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모델 3에서 인구사회학적 특성, 참여동기와 재미요인이 여가만족에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 결과 연습과 혜택, 클럽분위기, 외적동기가 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 배드민턴 동호회 참가자들의 여가만족 수준을 높이고 동기부여를 확장시키기 위한 관련 프로그램 개발과 같은 실천적 개입 방안에 대해 논의하였다. This study aimed to understand the relations of participation motivation, enjoyment factors, and leisure satisfaction of badminton club members. Targeting total 268 badminton club members, the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. The main results of this study are as follows. First, regarding the model 1, in the results of analyzing the influence factors of demographic characteristics of badminton club members having effects on the leisure satisfaction, the period of club participation, age, sex, and monthly income had statistically significant effects. Second, regarding the model 2, in the results of analyzing the influence factors of demographic characteristics and participation motivation having effects on the leisure satisfaction, the extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, motivation, and period of club participation had statistically significant effects. Third, regarding the model 3, in the results of analyzing the influence factors of demographic characteristics, participation motivation, and enjoyment factors having effects on the leisure satisfaction, the practice & benefit, club atmosphere, and extrinsic motivation had statistically significant effects. Based on such results of this study, the practical intervention measures for increasing the level of leisure satisfaction of badminton club members were discussed.
