한국형경량전철시스템(K-AGT) 신뢰성 성장 평가에 관한 연구

Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI) developed the Driverless Rubber Tired Korea-AGT(Model: K-AGT) from 1999 to 2004. We have finished the safety and performance tests of K-AGT. Data obtained from this testing can be used to evaluate the growth of reliability. The most widely used traditional growth tracking model is included as IEC International standard. With the tracking model all corrective actions are incorporated during test, called test-fix-test. In the test-fix-test strategy problem modes are found during testing and corrective actions for these problems are incorporated during testing. In this paper, we demonstrated reliability analysis using growth model of driverless rubber tired K-AGT system to prove reliability of development system. Therefore, we introduce the well-known NHPP model and analyze a reliability growth using ReliaSoft's RGA software.

Korea Railroad Research Institute developed the driverless rubber-tired Korean-AGT(Automated Guideway Transit) system from 1999 to 2005 and has done its performance and reliability tests on the test line at Gyeongsan-city. In this paper, we have analyzed the investment cost of K-AGT system. The estimated cost data in planing phase to 6th year are collected and compared with the truth investment cost with respect to sub-systems, years, items. It is proved that the estimated cost related to R&D activity in planning phase is relatively correct.

Light Rail Transit(LRT) is a large scale complex system which combines rolling stocks, power supply, signal communication, tracks & stations, and hundreds of billions of wons per project are spent for construction. Therefore efficient integration of sub-systems is very important. The systems engineering is a good method to reduce the cost and risk of LRT project. In this paper, we introduce a research plan on the application of systems engineering to LRT project. We, Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI), launched a research program with 4 companies, which is support by the governmen and project period is 4.5 years. Main research topic is to develop the technology for the application of systems engineering technical process to LRT project based on ISO/IEC 15288.

Light rail vehicle is optimized vehicle system for complex urban circumstance. LRT systems have many merits such as improve accuracy, speediness and safety. There are many LRT systems such as monorail, tram, automated guideway transit, linear induction motor propulsion and so on. These systems have operated in Japan and other advanced countries. In Korea, local government has many projects to apply the advanced LRT system. But there are no standardized specification, performance test specification, construction specification for monorail system, linear induction motor propulsion system, tram in Korea up to now. So, we need to establish of standardized to economical construction and safety. The linear induction motor system has been usually applied in Japan subway and ART(Advanced Rapid Transit) of Canada. In Korea, the linear induction motor system has been adopted for Yongin LRT and currently under construction. This paper covers the contents and technical base for main items of rolling stock, performance standard, carbody structure, bogie, electronic unit and brake equipment in order to implement linear induction motor LRT system according to local conditions.

In this paper, we analyzed domestic and oversea‘s trend on the reliability of electrical multiple unit(EMU) and also investigated the domestic and international standards on RAMS(reliability, availability, maintainability & safety), then proposed the direction of RAMS’ improvement for domestic urban transit vehicle . In order to assure RAMS of EMU, we proposed to apply IEC 60300 and 62278 to EMU as Reliability Certification.

KS and ISO have proposed several evaluation methods of conventional machine tools. Even though the accuracy of the tools can be evaluated with those methods, there are still no proper evaluation methodsofhigh speed machining. Because it is hard to evaluate characteristics of high speed machining such as decrease of cutting temperature, cutting force, and reduced machining time. Therefore, new evaluation method for high speed machine should be developed. In this paper, several shapes of model have been proposed to evaluate cutting accuracy of high speed machine.
