By using the ${\beta}$-tyrosinase of Citrobacter freundii KCT2006, which was cloned and overexpressed in Escherichia coli, 3,4-dihydroxy phenyl-L-alanine (L-DOPA) was synthesized efficiently from pyrocatechol, sodium pyruvate, and ammonium acetate. Optimal temperature and pH for the reaction were determined to be about 18$^{\circ}C$ and 8.5, respectively. The effects of substrate concentrations were also examined at different concentrations of ammonium acetate, sodium pyruvate, and pyrocatechol. Ammoniumacetate and sodium pyruvate increased the reaction rate until the concentrations reached to 300mM and 50mM, respectively. Although pyrocatechol showed the optimal concentration at 20mM, it was controlled between 20mM and 50mM to avoid the depletion of substrate during the enzymatic synthesis. Meanwhile the synthetic rate was improved about 20% when ethanol was included in the reaction solution. Based on above results, a reaction medium for the productin of L-DOPA was prepared and incubated with 1 unit/ml of ${\beta}$-tyrosinase. Pyrocatechol and sodium pyruvate was added to the reaction solutin intermittently to avoid the substrate depletion during the enzymatic reaction. After 24 hour of reaction, 31.6g/l of L-DOPA was accumulated in the reaction solution as soluble and precipitated ones and the conversion yield was about 85.2%.

This study is to verify the relationship among leisure motivations, leisure constraints, leisure skill and leisure participations. To achieve the goal of this study, A total of 377 questionnaires were sampled from people who climbed mountains in Northern Seoul(Dobong mountain), Southern Seoul(Cheonggye mountain), Gapyeong in Gyeonggi province(Yeonin mountain), Chuncheon in Gangwon province(Geombong mountain) for a month from October 20th 2014 to November 23rd 2014 by the purposeful sampling method. This research conducted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model with collected data using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follows. First, leisure motivation does not influence leisure participation directly. Second, leisure motivation influences leisure skill. Third, leisure motivation influences leisure constraints negatively. Fourth, leisure skill influences leisure constraints. Fifth, leisure constraints do not influence leisure participation. Sixth, leisure skill influences leisure constraints negatively. Seventh, leisure skill does the mediator role in relationship between leisure motivation and leisure participation. Results are discussed with possible implications and suggestions for further research. First, leisure participants don``t participate in leisure activities right after getting motivated, therefore, to make them participate more, it is necessary to develop leisure skills. Second, leisure skills, a leisure negotiation process by interaction between leisure motivation and leisure constraints, work as an important variable in leisure activities.

목적: 전위가 심하지 않은 급성 주상골 골절에 대한 비수술적 치료의 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 1998년 5월부터 2008년 1월까지 비전위성 급성 주상골 골절 후 비수술적 치료를 받은 24예의 환자를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 장상지 및 단상지 석고 고정으로 치료하였고, 단상지 석고 고정 시에는 주관절의 굴곡, 신전 운동은 허용하였으나 전완부의 회내전 및 회외전 운동은 제한하였다. 석고 제거 후 즉시 능동 및 수동적 관절 운동을 시작하였으며, Maudsley의 평가 기준에 따라 평가하였다. 결과: 24예의 Mayo 분류의 안정성 비전이형 주상골 골절을 대상으로 하였고 Herbert 분류로는 A1이 10예, A2가 3예, 그리고 불안정성 골절인 B2가 11예이었다. 평균 석고 고정 기간은 7.16주였고, Maudsley의 평가 기준에 의하면 19예가 우수, 4예가 양호의 결과로 24예에서 골유합을 얻었고 1예에서 주상-월상골 해리가 있었다. 결론: 전위가 심하지 않은 급성 주상골 골절은 비수술적 방법으로도 만족할 만한 치료 결과를 얻을 수 있으므로 비수술적 치료가 우선적으로 추천된다. Purpose: We wanted to evaluate the results of nonoperative treatment for acute, undisplaced, stable scaphoid fracture. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 24 cases of acute undisplaced scaphoid fracture that were treated at our department from May 1998 to January 2008. The immobilization method was a long or short arm cast. Flexion-extension exercise was permitted during the period of the short arm cast, but pronation-supination motion was prohibited. After the removal of the cast, active and passive range of motion exercise was started immediately. The result was assessed by the Maudsley scale. Results: The twenty four cases were undisplaced or minimally displaced fracture (10 cases of Herbert type A1, 3 cases of A2 and 11 cases of B2) according to the Mayo classification. The average duration of immobilization was 7.16 weeks. According to the Maudsley scale, 19 cases had an excellent result and 4 cases had a good result. One case had a complication of scapho-lunate dissociation. Conclusion: We recommend conservative treatment with cast immobilization as the first treatment of choice for acute undisplaced scaphoid fracture.

Interlaminar delamination is an important problem in applications of carbon fiber reinforced composites. Delamination occurs due to the presence of matrix cracks, causes fiber breakage, and results in the loss of stiffness and strength, which may lead to safety and reliability problems. In this study, the effect of polyethersulfone (PES) of the epoxy resin on interlaminar shear strength and fracture toughness of carbon/epoxy composites was investigated. Consequently, interlaminar bonding increased with proper addition of PES, but excess PES led to loss of interlaminar bonding of the carbon/epoxy composite.
가속노화조건이 섬유강화 고무복합재료의 물성에 미치는 영향

타이어, 고무제품과 보호 장비 등 MRG(mechanical rubber goods) 개발을 위해 강화재로서 가볍고, 강도와 탄성률이 우수한 고기능성 섬유가 적용되고 있다. 섬유강화 고무복합재는 환경 인자에 따라 노화하게 되므로 사용되면서 본래 의도한 요구 수준에 만족되지 않아 여러 문제가 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 가속노화조건에 따른 폴리케톤섬유 강화 고무복합재의 물성 변화를 검토하고자 하였다. 열과 습도 노화된 섬유 강화 고무복합재의 형태적 특성, 경도, 열적 특성과 표면 화학조성과 계면접착강도의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 섬유 강화 고무복합재는 습도보다는 열에 의해 노화가 현저히 많이 이루어졌다. 또한, 강화섬유 표면의 접착제 프라이머 처리는 섬유/고무 복합재의 계면접착강도를 효과적으로 증가시키며 가속 노화 조건에서도 계면강도를 잘 유지해 주는 것으로 나타났다. As a reinforcement, the high fuctional fiber has been applied to the mechanical rubber goods (MRG) with high strength and modulus. The high adhesion of fiber/rubber interface and good durability to aging conditions are very important. In this study, polyketone fiber reinforced natural rubber composites were manufactured and were aged under accelerated aging conditions to assess the changes of the physical properties. Also, the effect of adhesive primer treatment, based on the resorcinol formaldehyde resin and latex (RFL), of fiber for interfacial adhesion was determined. Morphological and physical properties of the fiber/rubber composites were analyzed. Conseqeuntly, the fiber/rubber composites were aged much more by the temperature factor than the humidity factor. The interfacial adhesion strength between the fiber and rubber was increased by the adhesive primer treatment.
