        후박의 약효에 관한 연구

        It has been known that Magnolia officinalis, Magnolia and Machilus Barks are reputed to be effective in Hagi, Sanman and to be analgesic but there was differences of efficacy of these crude drugs against the kinds and habitates. For this reason, this study was conducted to compare the acute toxicities, analgesic effects and motilities of isolated intestine. This results obtained in this work were summarized as follow: 1. In the test of acute toxicies, Machilus bark was found to be more toxic than the others. 2. Both these was found to have analgesic effect. 3. In the effects against the motility of isolated intestine, Magnolia officinalis and Magnolia barks were found to be relaxant, Machilus bark was found to be contractive. From these results, Magnolia officinalis and Magnolia barks might have analgesic effect and relaxant effect of intestine.

        The thermoacoustic refrigerator has not only considerable feasibility but also commercial usability, because it has high reliability, lower vibration, no moving pan, and can easily be constructed. So A thermoacoustic refrigerator, using a resonant standing acoustic wave. has been built. It employs a loudspeaker to sustain a standing wave in a resonance tube. in the air or nitrogen. filled tube, The stack of plates was along strip of 8cm-wide, 0.075mm-thick plastic sheet(Mylar), spirally wound to make a 40mm-diameter assembly 80mm long. and two heat exchanger are installed. The interaction of the compressed and expanded gas in the channels of the stack with the surface generates heat transport. In this study, the description of thermoacoustic refrigerator was presented and the performance measurements ,using Helium gas and air, was presented.

        한국무용 숙련자와 미숙련자에 따른 폐기능, 부드러움, 그리고 지면반력의 차이 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the performance of dancing motions depending on the level of skill by investigating pulmonary functions, ground reaction force, and jerk cost. The subjects of this study were 12 professional dancers (career: 16 yrs) and 12 amateur dancers (career: 9 yrs) who had similar physical conditions. We selected four motion phases which included the diagonal line motion, the deep flexion motion, the breath motion, and the turn motion with one leg after a small step walking motion, with Goodguri Jangdan. In the experiment, 6 infrared cameras were installed in order to analyze the value of the jerk costs and the force plate form. Finally, we measured the pulmonary functions of the subjects. For data analysis, independent t-tests according to each event, were carried out in the data processing. According to the results of FVC % Predicted, the professional dancers showed greater lung capacities than the amateur dancers, indicating that the level of dancing skill influences lung capacity. Based on the result of the balance test, the professional dancers used more vertical power than did the amateur dancers when performing maximal flexion motion. The professional dancers used a propulsive force of pushing their body forward by keeping the center of body higher while the amateur dancers used a braking power by keeping their bodies backward. When performing medial-lateral movements, the amateur dancers were less stable than the professional dancers. There were no differences in values of jerk costs between the amateur dancers and the professional dancers.

      • 수직연소식 보일러에서 운전조건이 미연분 발생에 미치는 영향

        The main objectives of this study were to collect the experimental data that could be used to predict the combustion characteristics of the pulverized coals and applied to find out the optimum operating conditions of utility boiler. Properties of coals were examined from the standpoints of combustion characteristics, propensities of slagging and fouling, and several environmental pollutants. The results of non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis by TGA showed that the weight losses of the coals began at the temperature range of 580 to 600℃ and ended at the temperature range of 778 to 814℃. The activation energy of test coal was calculated by Chatterjee-Conrad Method, a differential method and that result was E = 32.0kcal/mol. DTF test was found that if the case of sufficient air supply for complete combustion, fineness and furnace temperature are dominant effect of combustibility. Finally, the test of utility boiler told optimum operating conditions of boiler.
