In this paper, we have proposed the power detection (PD)-based TDM-PON architecture, which is implemented with a hardware-based decentralized DBA (Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation) algorithm among ONUs, without OLT's intervention. Of particular importance in the proposed approach is that the hardware-based power detection scheme is used to manage the distributed MAC algorithm without any complex, time-consuming and costly software-processing elements for DBA in ONUs and OLT. We evaluate the performance of average packet end-to-end delay in a statistical analysis and numerical analysis. In addition, through simulations with various traffic models, we verified the superior performance of the proposed approach by comparing with the results of other E-PONs. 본 논문에서는 OLT의 중앙집중 제어에 의한 대역폭 중재 없이 ONU간의 분산적인 동적 대역폭 할당을 이룰 수 있는 파워 검출 기반의 TDM-PON의 MAC 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 기존의 E-PON에서 사용하는 소프트웨어 기반의 DBA 방식과 달리, 제안된 방식은 하드웨어 기반의 파워 검출을 활용하여 동적 대역폭 할당 알고리즘을 수행함으로써 간단하고 빠르며 비용효과 측면에서 장점을 가진다. 제안된 가입자 망의 성능 평가는 수식적 분석과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 수행하였으며, 특히 다양한 트래픽 모델 환경에서 제안된 방식의 성능향상 정도를 기존 E-PON들과 비교 및 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 수동형 파워분배기 기반의 TDM-PON 망 구조에서 WDM 파장채널과 전송 대역폭을 동적으로 운용하는 가입자망 구조를 제안하고, 가입자 수를 확대하고 대역폭 활용의 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있는 동적 MAC 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 OLT와 ONU 사이에 별도의 제어채널을 마련하고, 정보 전송에 요구되는 QoS의 수준과 정보량에 따라 파장채널과 데이터 전송 시간슬롯을 동적으로 운용하도록 하였다. 제안된 가입자망의 성능 평가는 수식적 분석과 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 이루어졌으며, 특히 다양한 트래픽 환경에서 제안된 가입자망 구조의 성능향상 정도를 기존 PON들과 비교 및 분석을 하였다. In this paper, we propose the PON-based access network based on conventional TDM-PON architecture, which utilizes WDM wavelength channel and bandwidth dynamically. It is also described a dynamic MAC protocol in order to increase the number of subscribers and efficiency of resource utilization. Of particular importance in the proposed approach for MAC protocol is that the wavelength channel and time slot for up/downlink is dynamically allocated according to the required QoS level and the amount of data in data transmission, through the dedicated control channel between OLT and ONU. We evaluate the performance of average packet end-to-end delay in a statistical analysis and numerical analysis. In addition, through simulations with various traffic models, we verified the superior performance of the proposed approach by comparing with the results of other E-PONs.

Microlenses and microlens arrays are fabricated using a novel fabrication technology based on the exposure of a resist (usually PMMA) to deep X-rays and subsequent thermal treatment. The fabrication technology is very simple and produces microlenses and microlens arrays with good surface roughness (less than 1 nm). The molecular weight and glass transition temperature of PMMA is reduced when it is irradiated with deep X-rays. The microlenses is produced through the effects of volume change, surface tension, and reflow during thermal treatment of irradiated PMMA. The geometry of the microlens is determined by parameters such as the X-ray dose applied to the PMMA, the diameter of the microlens, along with the heating temperature, heating time, and cooling rate in the thermal treatment. Microlenses are produced with diameters ranging from 30 to 1500 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. The modified LIGA process is used not only to construct hemispherical microlenses but also structures that are rectangular-shaped, star-shaped, etc.

지속가능한 혁신경북의 발전전략 : 지속가능성과 혁신성, 그리고 실천성 개념을 중심으로 With a focus on Sustainablelity, Innovation, and Feasibility

본 연구는 지속가능한 혁신경북의 발전전략을 지속가능성과 혁신성, 그리고 실천성 개념을 중심으로 모색하였다. 첫째, 지속가능한 경북을 위해서는 생태적으로 건전하고 살기좋은 환경경북, 지역간·계층간 조화로운 균형경북, 그리고 개별 지역의 정체성을 발현하는 문화경북이 이룩되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 지속가능한 경북은 기본적으로 개발과 보전, 도시와 농촌, 사회적 강자와 약자, 그리고 지역정체성의 확립차원에서 정책이 추진되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 혁신경북을 위해서는 지역의 혁신력에 바탕을 둔 차별화된 지역혁신체제가 구축되어야 할 것이고, 이와 더불어 5T산업이 전략적으로 선택·추진되어야 할 것이다. 그리고 지역혁신과 지역발전의 국제적 나들목이 될 외국인투자자유지역을 신산업정책에 부합토록 추진해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 한편 '지속가능한 혁신경북'을 추진하기 위해서는 실천전략의 강구 또한 중요하다. 이를 위해선 협력적 지역개발사업의 추진, 투자재원의 확보, 성과지향적 행정체제, 계획고권의 확립과 지역정보체제의 기반구축, 그리고 정책기능의 강화와 지방공무원의 역량제고 등이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

Since year 2000, French housing and rent prices rose at a rapid rate and the housing market has been overheated. Face to this phenomena, the French government enacted a new law Alur which is a legislatif tool to control the private housing rent price for the cities, where the tension of the housing market is very high. This new law has impacted the housing market in two major ways. First, for the 38 cities designated by this law, the rent price's increase rate can not rise above the IRL, which is the rent reference index. Secondly, this law also permits local authorities to control the housing rent's price following the concrete price guidance. Especially in Paris, the city applicated this method for private rental housing since 2015. This city classified its own area by 14 zones. Based on the market surveys of each sector, local authority made a guidance for private housing rent's price. The guideline is consisted of average prices, maxima and minima price by types, which is classified by the construction year, number of rooms and furnished or not. Therefore, this study aims to understand french housing rent's price control system and draw implementation for korean housing rent policies. This research is meaningful for it introduces recent foreign regislations which could be helpful to control the housing market in Korea.

지역혁신거점의 구축과 지방자치단체간 협력방안

본 연구는 새로운 지역발전의 전략으로 대두되고 있는 지역혁신거점 구축에 있어서 지방자치단체간 협력의 필요성과 방안을 모색한 연구이다. 이를 위해 지역혁신거점 구축의 의의 및 지자체간의 협력의 필요성과 국내외 지자체간 협력사례를 중심으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 지자체간 지역혁신거점 구축의 추진원리와 접근방법, 발전모형과 추진방안 등을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 우선 지역혁신거점 구축을 위한 지자체간 협력모형의 추진원리로는 민주성, 효율성, 대응성, 파급성, 그리고 형평성을 들 수 있다. 그리고 접근방법은 공리주의적 접근, 기능적 접근, 공동체적 접근을 취하여야 한다. 이러한 지자체간 협력적인 지역혁신거점이 지향하는 목표는 지역중소기업의 기술력 향상, 기존 산업의 구조고도화, 지역특화산업의 기술개발, 성장유망산업의 신산업화를 통한 지역경쟁력 강화에 있다. 그러므로 지자체간 협력적 지역혁신거점은 첫째, 다양한 기술혁신 단위들이 결합되어 시너지 효과가 극대화되는 클러스터모형, 둘째, 지자체별 기술혁신주체와 환경요소들간에 긴밀한 상호작용관계가 있는 기술혁신창출형의 상호 적응모형, 셋째, 국가혁신거점, 지역혁신거점, 분야별 산업혁신거점체제가 연계된 네트워크 모형, 그리고 거점지역과 하위지역간에 기능분담이 체계화되어 있는 계층적 무형으로 구축되어야 할 것이다.

In the manufacturing of a LCD TV bottom chassis, the distortion after forming should be suppressed below pre-defined amount to avoid contact with electric components. Finite element analysis procedure of forming and springback of a LCD TV bottom chassis is developed to investigate the distortion behaviour. It is shown that after the first forming large distortion occur due to uneven metal flow induced by various embossings. In the second forming, distortion is decreased by introducing bead that absorbs the excessive metal flow. It is proved that analysis method could describe these behaviour effectively. The developed analysis method can be used to find the proper location and shape of bead more quickly and effectively.

계층적 Mobile IPv6 기반의 빠른 Micromobility 관리 프로토콜

본 논문에서는 무선/이동 네트워크 환경에서 VoIP와 같은 실시간 서비스를 제공하기 위해 HMIPv6 기반의 빠른 micromobility 관리 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 제안된 방식은 HMIPv6에서 주소 생성과정의 DAD 절차로 인한 지연시간을 줄이기 위해 도메인 내에서 MAP가 MN의 Interface Identifier의 유일성을 보장해 줌으로써 빠른 micromobility 핸드오프를 지원한다. 또한, 기존 HMIPv6의 IP 패킷 터널링으로 인한 대역폭 낭비를 줄이기 위해 HMIPv6 기반에서 MIPv6를 적응적으로 활용함으로써 빠른 핸드오프를 지원하면서 동시에 자원활용의 효율성을 증가시킨다. 제안된 방식의 성능 분석은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 이루어졌으며, 다양한 네트워크 환경에서 micromobility 핸드오프 지연시간과 패킷 손실에 대하여 기존 방식들인 MIPv6와 HMIPv6들과 비교 분석하였다. In this paper, we propose a fast handoff algorithm for micromobility management enhancement in HMIPv6 networks, which eliminates the DAD procedure involved in the regular HMIPv6 in order to o decrease handoff latency and increase the resource utilization efficiency. In the proposed scheme, the MAP is designed to guarantee the uniqueness of MN's interface identifier within a MAP domain as long as the MN moves in a MAP domain, so that the MN configures the new address without the DAD procedure resulting in the decreased handoff latency significantly When the MN resides in a subnet, MIPv6 is used adaptively as a mobility management protocol, which is to reduce bandwidth waste from the IP packet header overhead of IP-in-IP tunneling from the regular HMIPv6. We evaluate the performance of the proposed handoff micromobility algorithm in terms of handoff delay and packet loss thru computer simulation. Thru various computer simulation results, we verified the superior performance of the proposed scheme by comparing with the results of other schemes, MIPv6 and HMIPv6.
