      • 보행자 전용지구 조성계획에 관한 연구 - 전라남도 순천시 중앙로를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 최근 도시마다 도심공동화 현상과 함께 원도심의 경제적 쇠퇴, 기존 시설물의 물리적 노후화 등이 발생됨으로써 복합적 문제점이 야기되는 상황에서, 도심재생을 위한 종합적이고 적극적인 대안으로 도심지의 일정구역에 차량진입을 제한하는 보행자 전용공간 계획을 제안한 것이다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 전라남도 순천시 중앙로(의료원 로터리∼남교 오거리) 일원이다. 연구내용은 우선 중앙로를 중심으로 시간 및 공간 그리고 그 안에 담긴 의미들을 종합적으로 분석했으며, 다음으로 원도심 활성화 전략으로서 보행자 전용지구를 설정해 성공을 거둔 국내외 선진사례의 긍정적이고 지속가능한 계획측면 및 조성기법을 고찰했다. 또한 대상지역의 거리 이용자와 상인을 대상으로 주변 환경과 보행자 공간조성에 대한 의식조사를 실시했다. 마지막으로 보행자 전용지구 공간에 대한 기본구상을 제시하고 이에 대한 사회·문화적 효과를 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 주변 정비계획으로 행정적 지원사항과 편의시설의 계획을 제안하였으며, 실제 시행을 위해 고려할 사항들을 제시하였다. At present there happen to be unbalanced development between old down town and new urbanized areas. In order to solve the problem of the declined old down town, pedestrian mall as a open space could be one of the solutions of urban revitalization in old down town. With these consideration in mind, this study intended to propose plans for pedestrian mall as a part of revitalization of old downtown. Focusing on the ‘Jungang Street’ of the old downtown of Suncheon-si, this study intend to grasp present status of using public space and suggest a new plan for improving use of the exclusive pedestrian district. Through theoretical consideration, this study examined the concept, characteristics, and patterns of space for pedestrian only. Objective of old downtown revitalization is to establish the identity of old downtown and to activate the local community. As its utilization target, this study proposed the exclusive pedestrian district as a base for the local community and as contributing elements to downtown activation. As a results, this study is intended to propose concrete measures for improving the old downtown revitalization by suggesting physical plans using the exclusive Pedestrian District. In addition to pedestrian district plan, a plan for administrative support and convenience facilities were proposed. Finally suggestions were made for practical implementation.

        순천읍성의 토지이용 변화에 관한 연구

        This study aims to collect data on the basis of historical city research that needed to formation of sense of value of local residents, through the unique city characteristics. The special features of change in the land use on the process of urbanization in Suncheon ; it was origined from traditional Eup-Sung city are as followings ; The first, the vast majority of Eup-Sung local estates were managed by the nationalized land. The second, the land owned by the Japanese started form the commerical area of Eup-Sung was spread all the area through the market's encroachment in the end of occupation by Japanese. The third, the city development, as if the construction of road network Japanese residential density ; it was apart form the needs of korean. The Fourth, most Japanese resident in Suncheon was concentrated in urban area. The fifth, divided lot were divided again.

        일반논문 : 근대기 전라좌수영성의 공간 변화에 관한 연구 -토지이용을 중심으로-

        현재 토지 관리의 시원이 된 일제강점기 토지대장과 지적도를 이용해서, 전통 성곽도시 전라좌수영성의 모습과 그 변화 양상을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구의 성과로 그 동안 조선 후기에 그려진 “호좌수영도”에 의존하던 전라좌수영성의 공간 추정을, 현재 활용하는 지적도로 당시 도로망 등 근대기 공간 이용 양상을 일부나마 확인할 수 있었다. 전라좌수영성의 경우 1914년 국유지 중심의 성곽도시에서 토지의 소유권이 민간으로 이양되는 과정에서, 특히 1921년 일본인들에 의한 토지 점유가 대단했음이 확인되었다. 그리고 신시가지 확산을 통한 도시발전이 과거 성곽도시 발전의 둔화로 이어졌던 것으로 나타났다. 이번 연구의 결과가 미력하나마 기존 도심의 발전 방향을 찾는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각한다. This research was executed to analyze the form and the change of the Jeolla Joasuyeong Castle, traditional castle city, by using a land register and a cadastral map made in compulsory occupation of Japan originated for the land management now. The results of the study could confirm only part from the cadastral map using now the phase of the use of land and the network of roads at that time for the space presumption of the Jeolla Joasuyeong Castle depended upon Ho Joasuyeong map painted in the late of the Joseon. In the case of the Jeolla Joasuyeong, In the course of the transfer of ownership in 1914, The possession of the land was transferred from the nation to the private, especially Japanese in 1921. And the city development through the spread of the new city caused a hold up in the growth of the past castle city. The results of this study will help to search the direction of the growth of the existing city in the future.

      • 국내 주광조도의 가용량에 관한 연구 : 6개 주요 지역을 중심으로 Focused on the six principal regions

        In Korea, daylighting availability data are lacking, but solar radiance data for various regions have been collected regularly at meteorological stations. These solar radiance data can be converted into equivalent daylight illuminance data if the luminous efficacy of solar radiance is known. For the purpose of determining the luminous efficacy of solar radiance, an daylight measuring equipment capable of simultaneously measuring exterior daylight illuminance and solar radiance was installed in Sunchon National University. The data collected during one year period are evaluated by a computer program, and the hourly variation of monthly and annual means of luminous efficacy of solar radiance are calculated. By using these values, the available solar radiance data are converted into equivalent illuminance data. In this paper the hourly variation of luminous efficacy values, daylight illuminance data and the illuminance levels of various working hours are tabulated. The results presented here may be used to predict a design base daylight illuminance level and the possible energy savings from photoelectric control of artificial lighting installations.

      • 利用可能한 日照時間의 豫測

        The use of meteorological data for architecture requires data on sunshine duration and sun positions for the calculation of both daylighting and solar heat gains. But in real situations, when the insolation of buildings is examined in detail, the available meteorological data on sunshine duration do not provide the guidance for sunshine calculation. So, measured sunshine data for Seoul based on a period of 10 years are analysed to give average hourly and daily durations of sunshine, average sunshine durations for certain intervals of the day and frequencies of days with sunshine duration exceeding a specified duration in terms of available sunshine rather than possible sunshine. To facilitate the application of these data, a design aid in the form of available sunshine diagram is developed and its use discussed.

      • 書光照明을 위한 天空狀態의 豫測

        Currently, instead of the conventional methods based on the uniform sky, the CIE standard overcast sky and the CIE standard clear sky, the average sky, which appears real sky conditions closely, is proposed to calculate the mean of interior daylighting illuminance. In order to compose the mean sky, the luminance distribution of all the sky conditions which really appear must be devided into three types, that is, the clear sky, the partly cloudy sky, and the overcast sky. Also their luminance distribution is to be defined respectively and their relative frequency of occurrences within the total working hours is indispensably to be estimated. In this paper, the existing theoretical model of sky luminance distribution and classifying methodologies of the three skies are described, and a procedure is stated which has been developed in order to estimate the relative frequency of occurrences of the three skies from the meteorological observation data, and as a result of this study, the yearly relative frequency of occurrences of the clear sky, the partly cloudy sky, and the overcast sky relating to the usual working duration is assumed to be 26%, 27%, 47% respectively.

      • 자동조명제어에 의한 시간별 조명에너지 절감의 예측

        The maximum hourly savings in artificial lighting use are being examined at the Sunchon Measuring Station. When the energy savings due to daylight are calculated an estimate of daylight availability is required. Where artificial lighting is automatically controlled the relevant quantity is the cumulative distribution of daylight illuminance. This paper describes an experiment which measured illuminances over one whole working year. Using measured data on availability of daylight, equations are drived to predict the maximum hourly possible savings in artificial lighting use that can be achieved using automatically controlled lighting systems. The equations are applied to a series of worked example and figures are given for the relative maximum savings in artificial lighting use. The hourly savings range from 33% to 89% of the energy used for uncontrolled lighting, assuming that a horizontal illuminance of 500lux is maintained throughout the space.
