        走高跳 方法들의 分析 研究 : 훼스베리와 벨리로울 중심

        The teaching method of high jumping nowadays in Korea has- been gradually turned to Fosbury type after 19th Mexico Olympic. However, afuer we studied and analyzed it for a long time on both male and female college students ‘ the following results were obtained: 1.Male persons have to develop their flexbility of bodies in about year's consolidated exercise, at first. Anderythum sense of running to the point ready to jump and legs conditions of ,the moment must be obtained smoothly. After that Fosbury tne.thod should becommenced. That is, Belly Roll method was better by 9cm than Fosbury method in 1st time. However, during, the courses, we found that Fosbury method was better bt 4cm than Belly Roll method in 4th time. 2.On part of female students, Fosbury method was much better than Belly Roll method due to, the better flexibility of body rythum and power of loin than male students. In 4th time, the difference was to '10 cm. Therefore, female students should be instructed trained' by Fosbury method from the beginning.

        The view point of study was divided in two problems. The first, how can Colon Health effect on the change of physiological human body? The other problem is how much this study contribute to develope the competitive power of athlete? We are studied to solve these problems. But the results of this study were not satisfied with those problems. Because, a significant difference was not founding this experiment. In spite of I knew that Colon Health effect on body condition of athletic and I didn't find out a similar research about Colon Health in fild of Medicine and physical education.

        Our representative champions of the long-distance-runner and of the runner of middle-distance have mainly traind"Interval-training as usual, and a week ago when opened-game starts, modulated condtiion must be performeb five days before when gane opems as A condition. The record of the runner himself and four davs'training exercise have to do done slightly. Two or three davs before they had better take conplete rest, a day before they have to do"warming-up contains gymnastics, assist-exercise. The upper statesment is the better ideal than any other B,C,D condition And in the preparative exercise, ten minutes'break-time to twenty-five minutes doing games(gymnastics contains assisted-exercise), and after five minutes joking, A con-dition which is going to do fighting game is more developed than any other B,C condition recordly. This result of the study shows us the follings: 1. In 1500 meter records, modulated condition as A condition according to Figure 4(minutes 10, 3 sec)is 15,9sec faster than 4miutes 26sec of the least 2D condi tion, this is 8, 4sec faster than 4miutes 18,7sed of B condition of the second record. 2. In 5000 meter run record. 16minutes 18,5sec of A condition is 21sec faster than 16miutes 39,5sec of D condition There oroved us that this is 4,7sec faster than 16minutes 23,1 sec. 3. In the preparative exercise, Figure14 of A condition shows us the best reco rds in 100 meter runs, it proved as an ideal condition that 13, 5sec on average of total is 0,4 faster than 13,9sec of C condition. 4. In 400 meter run record, 58,9sec of the best A condition is 1.1sec faster than 60sec of the least C condition. and 59,5sec of B condition is 0,6 sec faster than that.

        Interval training과 Cross Country의 比較 研究

        The physical constitution of an examined group those who have been trained by the method, of cross-country and circuit training turned out to be weaker than that of an non-examined group those who have been trained by the method of interval and weight training. The energy has been utilized economically putting moreemphasis on the flexibility (or pliablity) of training course while the whole bodily-fitness bringing-up be strengthened. As a result of practicing and utilizing the cross-country throughleg stepwise saising in the ascending road and waist stretching in the ascedning road along with high-pitched cardiopulmonary jur.dtion and high speed at the same time. The record of the examined group have been improved more 1.2 second in 1.500 metre distance than thenon-eami-ned group, and also the examined group are better been improved 3.4 second in 5,000 metre distance. And particulary to be noteworthy happening is that weight training method the sqecific gravity of circuit training and cross-country is excelled in interval training which have been follow up with by long-and medium distance ruuuers. Weight training method comes primarily from the diverssion, fatigue recovery and the always invigorating, interested training course in the cross-country

        男子大學生들의 走高跳 記錄向上에 對한 調査硏究 : Belly Roll과 Fosbury 중심

        One result of study on advancement of high jump score for male students showed that fosbury jump method was more ideal than belly roll jump method. The record by fosbury jump method was better by merely 4cm from zst training period to 3rd training period, So, this slow rise of jump score was caused by requiring of much time to become proficient in fosbury jump skill. However, the fosbury junap score was advanced by remarkably 14cm during 4th training-period ofter a month, on the contrary being was gone back during 5th training period This reason meant that short as period of training is, if repetition of training was not continued, the adaptation of body could not be fit to perform fosbury jump method. As comparing with belly roll jump method, fosbury jump method turned out to need the scientific teaching method to reach high level in skill. The rise of fosbury jump score was no -more than 1cm from 5th training period to 8th training period, but that of belly roll jump score was advanced gradually during the same period. Although fosbury jump method was regarded as good jump style and taught to most students, belly roll jump method could be more appropriate to certain students. Another result revealed fact that fosbury jump method was not always the fcert skill to all students.

      • 短距離 選手들의 無呼吸 走法을 통한 紀錄分析

        In this study, the subjects were 20 sprinters in all-10 out of them were college students (male 5, female 5), the others high school students (male 5, female 5). The 20 members were divided into two groups-experimental group versus the other-for the 100 meter dash. The author tried to analyze the results of breath-holding race training upon time-record between the two groups. The records were checked first before the implementation of the training program. Then, two more records were checked later on:one after 6 weeks of training and another one after 12 weeks of training. Means and standard deviations of each record were calculated and t-tests were performed. 1. The results of breath-holding training are; 1) The difference between the two groups was insignificant at 30% level according to the first measurement. 2) The second records, which were taken after 6 week-training, also showed insignificant difference between the two groups at 70% level. 3) Finally, the difference between the two groups was taken significantly at 90% level according to the third records which were checked after 12 week-training. 2. Based on the results above, it is concluded that the sprinters are also in better position without breathing than breathing while running.
